Score from 1106 reviews Very good
It was very noisy as a fan came on and went off all night. Not ours. It was too hot in the room and couldn't open the windows readily. Also shower curtain seemed to smell.
Location! Quiet room -Functional
Too easy to complain-In truth cost reflects location and all good..but close to needing new carpets in corridors..or air fresheners in corridors which are a little claustrophobic...but don't let this put you off.
welcoming, flexible staff, good room, cosy and useful lounge, great location
Comfortable, excellent staff, quiet, has both air conditioning and heat, many extra's including snacks, computers, printers, exercise facilities, restaurant, washer and dryer , etc .... pretty much like you are home away from home ....

Friendly helpful staff Large room Cleanliness
The location is excellent for self-catering with Marks & Spencer and Paul very near
Kitchen utensils could be much better. There should be small bowls and proper cups and saucers.
Even though we had a 'small' double room... it wasnt that small. Quite a reasonable size. Could not hear road noise either.
Good location near the train station to the airport. Good cleaning room comfy.
Very expensive No shower hat in the shower
The view of St Paul's from the bedroom window. The facilities were good and the staff were so helpful.
The chiming of St Paul's all night made it difficult to sleep and it was a little too hot, even in winter. I tried to open the window for fresh air but it was a little too noisy to leave it open.
A fabulous boutique hotel, first visit and realise I'm the daft one for spending £300 a night in other London hotels historicly. Thanks for your help.
Small observation and it was my first visit so don't know if it applies to all rooms, I stayed In room 341 and I couls here everything in the room next door. Don't know if it was just the soundproofing between those rooms. This is a very very minor observation because I had to put something in this box.
Re. the location, - very good ie near St. Pauls and the South Bank, the Underground. Also shops and eating places.
The traffic noise especially during the night - absolutely nonstop within a room at the front of the building. I had two hours sleep on Sunday night. Something needs to be done about that.
I booked a 'small' double - well one doesn't need a large double as the room was an impressive size! I had a corner room (416) with windows on two sides and woke up in the morning to a view of St Paul's. The shower was large and I really liked that one could go to the guest supply closet on each floor to get extra milk/ coffee/ pillows etc. Very convenient! As was the free bottled water station. My bed was very large and very comfortable. The self check in/out was convenient and fast. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend!
Value for money Friendly staff Great location
Unlimited tea and coffee in the guest lounge. Good wifi use of computers and screens in lounge good access to bistro walking distance to major sites Could at least open both parts of double glazing to get some fresh air in
having to ask for more tea and milk for the room Super heated room where the aircon couldn't cope and was putting out warm air even though it was to maximum cold.
Location was excellent, we pooped into St Pauls on Sunday morning no Umbrella needed as we were so close.
Hearing voices and general moving about noises from adjacent rooms, wasnt loud but noticable.
Excellent location and attentive reception staff. All the facilities you need for a city stopover, and very good value.
Great atmosphere, nice concept and staff that were very helpful.
The kitchen, the clean bathroom, the surprising amount of space in a room for three. Staff were friendly but we didn't have much contact with them. The location and value for money couldn't have been better.
The kettle was a bit temperamental, but it worked and as we were rushing around we dealt with it rather than complain.
excellent location, good price-quality, close to the underground, good restaurant nearby with perfect breakfast, clean room, conveniant bed, very good choice for staying in London
everything was fine
Water machine on every floor & fast wifi! Comfortable bed and nice staff
Easy to find and to check-in. The size of the room was perfect as was the view and location. The restaurant attached was so convenient, well priced and the our waiter made the whole trip for us.
The room decor was quite dull and business like
Very good and free coffee
Can't open the windows in my room
excellent place to stay
Good location , wifi free , breakfast not included in price !
Asked for a sofa bed for my daughter , which wasn't supplied . She slept on the floor . !!!!! Hotel was full and had no other rooms .
