近くにバス停と地下鉄があり、交通の便は良いです。またホテルから直ぐのところに小さいながらコンビニ？が- あり重宝します。 |

電子レンジ、食器、ナイフ、フォーク、シンク付の部屋にしてくれていた。観光のためにチェックイン前、後も- 快く荷物を預かってくれました。スタッフも笑顔で応対してくれ感じがよかった。ロケーションもスーパーが歩- いて一分程の所にあり、地下鉄の駅も5分くらいのところにあり、とても便利でした。 簡易ベッドが柔らかすぎるなと思ったら、脚が壊れていました。 |

１．最初の予約後、1週間後に予約の変更をしたら当初の８５ポンドが１４５ポンドにアップしたこと。需給関- 係だという説明だったが。２、３－４泊がシャワー付きだったのでバスタブ付きに変更を申し出たが、駄目だっ- た。日本人はバスタブ付きを好むことを考慮すべき。３、室内スリッパを希望者には配ってもよいのではないか- 。４．フロントＷｏｍｅｎの対応（愛想、笑顔など）に個人差を感じた。 |

It's location - I've visited Club Quarter's many times and I've never been disappointed. Sometimes the other residents are noisy but that's to be expected. |

Fantastic location right next to St Paul's Cathedral (you can hear the bells on the hour), great for the Tate Modern just across the river, and easy to get around on the Tube (although Blackfriars underground station is closed, it's less than 10 mins from Mansion House). Our room was nice with a view of the Cathedral, bed was really comfy, breakfast (not included) was OK, generally had a great stay here! The voice in the lift was awful! |

Quick and easy check in/out pocedures- also let us check in earlier than stipulated which helped a great deal. Breakfast first class, water recycle facility very good and hotel situation central, easy to access in a nice clean tourist area around St Paul's. No complaints about the hotel but we had not appreciated that the bells at St Paul's would strike every quarter of an hour, especially through the night, so a room at the rear of the hotel may be quieter. |

Good modern hotel. The location is perfect. We had a room with a view on St Paul's and it is really only 200m away from it. The Metro station is at 5 minutes walking distance. |

Good location, very clean rooms and the facilities within the room were more than adequate for our requirements The check-in procedure was very slow and although I booked the room under one name, they wouldn't let us pay with a debit card under a different name. The guy on reception was very unclear and not as helpful as he could have been |

Really liked the room, large, comfortable and well equipped. Staff very helpful with the automatic check in facility which i hadn't used before. Breakfast excellent (£8.50 for all you can eat and open until 11 am). There were only two milk sachets, and 2 coffee and teas. We bought milk locally and put it in the fridge. |

I liked the location of the hotel, the helpfulness of the staff (especially as they lent me an umbrella), and the computerised check in/out system My room was slightly on the small side, being at the end of a corridor in a corner, but the bed was very comfortable |
