very good standard of hotel room and ideal for our needs

its A bit like A rabbit warren !!

We booked a triple room with a small kitchen. Only a microwave, a kettle and some plates, but no cookers. The location is good, 5 mins' walk to Liverpool street station, 10 mins' walk to London bridge. It is business friendly.

A little narrow with an addition sofa bed. Not very value for money, the room rate usually not conclude the breakfast.

The ease of checking in & out. Comfort of the bed. Tea & coffee facilities. iPhone dockin station in room.

No plug socket anywhere near the mirror!!!! Made drying my hair a nightmare!!! :((

Rooms were dark and would have liked a bath in the room. The hotel skimped in some areas like providing plastic tea spoons. At a hotel of this quality you expect those little touches.

Nice room, clean & Tidy

noisy, but expected from staying in London!

The room was clean and the bathroom was excellent. The double bed was comfortable. The reception was strange, but the guy was very helpful and friendly.

The room was small for three and the sofa bed was extremely hard and insufficient blankets. There was insufficient tea/ coffee facilities for 3 guests when we had booked the room for 3.

*Location *friendly, efficient *reasonable price, but price is higher than formerly *good coffee and"goodies" in lobby *overall service *overall good experience in London

*Shuttle service to airport; waited almost 2hrs in lobby & shuttle never came. Hotel staff called them 3 times(good!), but finally had to take taxi to Heathrow; shuttle co. Pd for taxi but arrived uncomfortably late and just made flight. Will never use shuttle again!! No other compliants.

Weird tv channels, such as the public channel of Venezuela; breakfast possibility looks rather poor

the security guy at night, he was quite the charmer

if i was being very picky, i would have expected more modern facilities for the price i paid.

Nothing in the hotel was open ie restaurant, fitness room, bar.

The self checkin is wonderfully simple - one of the better I've used. Excellently placed - even though its central, v.quiet at the weekend. Comfy beds. Bottled water a nice touch

Old fashioned, badly in need of renovation, poor facilities and it felt like a 2 star B&B. Shockingly overpriced compared to other 4 star hotels in London. Absolutely cannot believe it has been awarded 4 stars! Will never return!
