Club Quarters Gracechurch Hotel  

We arrived to be told that there were no non-smoking rooms available, but the very nice staff on the desk upgraded us to a larger non-smoking room at no cost. We really appreciate that, thank you.

Having smoking rooms at all is ridiculous. If the hotel had been full and/or we hadn't been given an upgrade, I doubt we would have enjoyed our stay. Smoking rooms always stink and make me feel ill. Please consider making all rooms non-smoking?

Close to Bank/Monument station.

Close to Liverpool Street station (Stansted express)

Fifteen minutes and you will find yourself in the Tower. Five minutes and you're in the Thames.

On arrival the hotel looked quite lavish, me and my wife could not wait to get in!... Only to be greeted by an extremely small but well furnished lobby, my wife and i collected our room key and headed up to the room only to open the door and be hit by and overwhelming damp spell and to find that our "deluxe room" was actually just a disabled room. As the night went on we noticed the basics were well... basic. Tea and coffee facility was travelodgesque, no TV remote, no plug sockets near a mirror for hair-dryer/straighteners, iPod dock alarm that did not charge my iPhone 4s and crackled loudly whilst charging my wife's iPhone 3. Each floor provides a request locker for irons, extra pillows, blankets etc. but could not find 1 extra pillow in the whole hotel even after ringing reception which left us with just 2 pillows. The positives though, the bed was comfortable and its location is great. Overall, as a 4 star rated hotel and the money we paid club quarters grace church needs an update, our pre-honeymoon weekend was pretty much average due to the hotel. London Dungeon is great though!!!!

Great service and is located in a fine distance from the Liverpool St station.

My room, although small, was equipped with an ipod dock, flat panel television, and media hub to connect USB and other AV cables to the television. The free wireless worked quite well, and there were no passwords or restrictions on number of devices. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower / bathroom was very clean and had great water pressure. Overall, I can't believe I was able to stay somewhere this nice for such little money. I will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.

The neighborhood shuts down on Sundays. But there are many tube stations w/in a five minute walking distance, as well as busses heading in all directions. Small price to pay for the ... small price to stay :)

Very modern clean room with everything we needed

Great hotel, great location but unfortunately other guests were shouting crying and hammering on doors at 4am, obviously some sort of drunken argument.

Great value, friendly staff, and comfortable, clean room. Exactly what we were looking for

Club Quarters has been our preferred choice of hotel having stayed at St Pauls previously and now Gracechurch. We find them comfortable, reasonably priced and very convenient with excellent check in/out service and pleasant, helpful staff.
