It is a great hotel if you need to stay over in London - great for getting to work in the morning in the city and good value. Not enough pillows or towels |

It's a fair price to pay for a weekend break, clean rooms, helpful staff no air condititoing so in summer can be a bit hot, internet wasn't working, and nno minibar in the room |

Got a good-sized room for a reasonable price (special-offer) at a very central location. Useful facilities like free wireless internet, coffee, water. While the room was clean and well presented, the grimy (and difficult-to-open) windows somewhat distracted from that. |

It is perfectly situated at 5 minutes walk from London Bridge into the commercial part of the city. Very suitable for business and city walks (next to a underground station). Rooms are quite nice, especially designed for business people (have desk, comfortable chair, internet, etc). It also have a system for electronic check in/out. Prices are kind of high, but that's London, right :) |

The ease of check in and out is superb, no waiting at desks for assistance. Value for money stay which is not always easy to achieve in Central London |

The comfort and convenience of it, and its security: my suitcase could be kept safely for collection later. Newspapers available to read in the entrance lounge. Attentive and friendly staff on the desk. The room was spacious and attractive. I'd be glad to stay there again. When I arrived, there was some paper in the lavatory bowl, not flushed away. I find duvets too heavy, and there was no blanket in the room with which I could substitute for the duvet. |

friendly staff, willing to make my stay enjoyable; day and night staff included; did not facilitate your restaurant/bar; just stayed in the room. Loved the chilled water at the lift; very secure conscious hotel in a good way |

The bathroom, king size bed and the little kitchen were great. The bartender was very polite and good at mixing drinks. But we thougt that the hotel restaurant was quite expensive and the Continental breakfast was kind of lousy. |

I liked the good coffee, the cocktail bar and the cleanliness. I liked the office facilities and the building was lovely. The bathroom door was blocked by the bed, the shower did not empty properly and the decor was a bit dated. The restaurant was closed for breakfast on Sunday and smelled damp. |
