駅からのアクセスも良く、セキュリティもしっかりしていた。近くにTESCOがあったので、便利だった。 無線インターネット使用可ということでこのホテルにしたのだが、あまりにも遅すぎて、使えませんでした。ビ- ジネス街にあるホテルなのにあり得ないです。 |

チェックインチェックアウトが自動化されていて大変効率が良い。ただし、立地がビジネス街であり、繁華街か- らは離れているのがたまに傷。地下鉄のBANK駅が近いので地下鉄に飛び乗るだけ、とも言えますが。 日曜日ホテルの食堂が休みでルームサービスだけでした。アルゼンチン料理には興味津々でしたが、出張先で、- ひとりでルームサービスはなんとも味気ないので、ピカデリーサーカスまで出て、たぶん豪州産のステーキを食- しました。 |

A very efficient hotel, very good security, surprisingly quiet.Much better location for weekdays rather than weekends as the city closes down, and the hotel has limited facilities for meals. |

right in the middle of the square mile, so very convenient for business trips and parties in the bank district. The automated check-in/out system works very well. room was quite small, but considering where it is, not surprising. |

The decor of the room and the ability to have a room for our son, too. No real issue other than the need for more sachets of milk, tea and coffee as one each does give the impression of meanness. |

Self service check in & out made it quick. The room was fine, though a bit cold and it wasn't clear how to turn the heating up. We weren't in the room for long do it didn't matter. The night staff were rude. We came back late after a birthday party and our key would not open the front door. The sign on the door said ring the buzzer but it wasn't clear that this was on a wall outside the doorway. The guy on reception was rude and patronsing when we said this. The hotel was fine though would only use it as a base as it seems to have limited facilities and the as it is in the city most shops and resturants shut down over the weekend. |

Everything. The room was comfy and tidy, great location and near the gherkin building, because that is where we were going in the evening. The check out time was reasonable and not too early. The price wasn't bad either. |
