Ideal location for city centre, but still quiet, car parking available. Easy 10 minute walk to city centre. Staff very friendly, facilities good/clean. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice. Nothing that we did not like.

The clunie guest house was an excellent stay for my husband and I. We felt very welcome and every detail was thought of in our room which was spotless! Am only sorry it was a short break for us and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good place to stay!

Just like home. Felt very welcome. Ann & Bill were fantastic. Everything was brilliant, room,cleanliness, food,very friendly. Could not have asked for anywhere better. Would highly recommend to everyone. First time to Scotland, look forward to next visit, would definately go back.

I have stayed at the Clunie Guesthouse on a number of occasions when I have had meetings in Perth. It is well located for the City centre and all facilities with pleasant woodland walks nearby. The standard of accomodation and service are excellent, I shall continue to use the Clunie and would have no hesitation in advising others to do so.

The proprietress, Anne, was extremely friendly and helpful. The premises were clean and welcoming. The food was excellent. Perth is a beautiful city and I would recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone planning to have a vacation in Perth.

Very friendly and helpful landlady. House was spotlessly clean and very well furnished. Location was 10 minutes pleasant walk to the city centre. Excellent breakfast. All positive, to us it was a 5 star b & b.

Prima verblijf tijdens onze motortrip door Schotland. Prima te vinden, aardige mensen, centrum (eten, pub) op loopafstand. Prima kamer met douche/toilet. Goed geslapen. Heerlijk ontbijt! Wij waren maar 1 nacht. Aanrader!

Freundlichkeit des personals, sauber, gutes, reichhaltiges frühstück. An hauptstrasse gelegen. Da keine doppelverglasung, relativ laut. Aber landlady sorgt für ohrstopfen! Hatte keine schlaflose nacht. Aber man sollte an oropax denken.
