Cluny Bank Hotel  

Friendly service, good food and made very welcome

Very comfortable and made very welcome. Evening meal was excellent.Had elderly parents with us and not just as easy for them with slightly awkward access.All in all a great stay and we would definately stay again if we were up that way.

Nil of note but slightly awkward due to steps etc for my father in law who is 87 it has to be said

Very helpful staff. Food amazing. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and recommend it to visitors to this area of scotland.

Staff are very helpful and do their best to exceed customer expectations. Several customers staying at the hotel were repeat customers. The hotel is updated with rooms of a high standard. Bar is well stocked with local and international drinks. The restaurant food is excellent with locally sourced produce. It is ideally located for main road links to Inverness and Aberdeen. Great location for visiting whiskey distilleries.

The accommodation was excellent and the owners extremely attentive and friendly. We would recommend the food especially the dinner.

The relaxed atmosphere. Jules and Lloyd were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was gorgeous and piping hot when it arrived. Reviews do not do this hotel justice as you really need to stay here to experience the hospitality etc for yourself. Free room upgrade which was at the back of the hotel, lovely and quiet , the bed was like sleeping on a cloud!!! Cannot praise this hotel enough. Wonderful week-end, thank you Jules and Lloyd

Sehr schönes altes Haus, schöne Einrichtung, gute ruhige Lage, gutes Frühstück

Standard Doppelzimmer ist sehr dunkel/ wenig Tageslicht, keine Aussicht, sehr kleines und einfaches Bad, im Detail könnte es etwas sauberer sein

το κτίριο είναι παραδοσιακό, πολύ ιδιαίτερο και καλά διατηρημένο, σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία στο Forres. όμως το κυριότερο πλεονέκτημα είναι οι ιδιοκτήτες του που είναι πολύ φιλικοί και εξυπηρετικοί, έτοιμοι να ικανοποιήσουν οποιαδήποτε επιθυμία σας.

το μειονέκτημα δεν βρίσκεται στο ίδιο το ξενοδοχείο, αλλά στο μέρος που βρίσκεται. το Forres είναι πολύ μικρό και ήσυχο μέρος με ελάχιστες επιλογές για δραστηριότητες καθώς και για εστιατόρια, μπαρ κλπ.

Freundlichkeit der Besitzer, Super-Gourmet-Essen im Restaurant, bestes Frühstück auf der Reise, kompetente Beratung in der gemütlichen Bar, gute Ausstattung des Zimmers mit Badutensilien, Tee, Kekse, Pralinen, Wasser etc.

Accueil très chaleureux. On se met en quatre pour vous être agréable. L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier résidentiel calme et plein de charme. Qualité de la cuisine remarquable. On regrette seulement que la décoration des chambres comme des parties communes ne soit pas tout à fait à la hauteur du reste.
