On main road struggled to park after I went out for tea.shower needs good clean.
Close to the airport
A poor effort to convert a unsuitable building to a make believe B & B
Poor design, old guest house feeling.
No service whatsoever. Kitchen available but no breakfast. We had a noisy room 5 meters away from a national road with quite a lot of traffic.
It's got a cheap eatery around, warm and good scenery
The room was very clean and the beds were comfy.
The son of the owner lived upstairs, but despite knocking and leaving a telephone message he did not respond. We had to contact booking.com who rang the owner, he came and let us in. I think we were the only people booked in and it felt quite spooky, man upstairs who ignored us. There was only a sink right at the side of the toilet, which felt unclean to fill the kettle there.
The place was the most awful b&b.The owner was never available. An old man opened up the place after we had waited almost half an hour.We were shown to our room and my wife and I looked and noway would we stay there. The closet door was off the track and the bathroom door was also off track. There was no privacy to use the toilet. The old man said his son would fix it.I looked at the door and I knew that it had been off for years.I said we were not going to stay and he said ok we will put you down as a no show as we have your card number. We were stuck as we had no where to go.There was another couple who arrived at the same time. They planned on making a complaint to Bookin.com.There was no internet hook up as advertised and to tell the truth I can't understand how the dump was accepted by your company as a b&b.You obviously do not inspect your clients facility. We were in six b&bs or hotels on our trip of four weeks and very to sorry to have to complain about this one dump.I could go on about the place. You must do something so that future vacationers do not go there. Jimmy Aird
Very clean and friendly owner, close to the town and a restaurant with decent food (+ Starbucks for breakfast)
Situated next to a main road (road quite busy although it gets better during the night)
Although the sign at Glenview says B&B, the accommodation is room only, no breakfast is provided. Tea/coffee making facilities available. Payment is by cash - no receipt. Very noisy as room was only a pavement's width from the dual carriageway into Glasgow.
There was a nice restrant close be where we had a meal and drink after a long day traveling.
The room we had the door had to lifted and pushed very hard to close it. The heavy old roller door into the toilet/shower room had the rollers missing at the top and had to be lifted and dragged, to open and shut it.
