GOOD MANAGEMENT & STAFF RESTAURANT & BAR GOOD GEOGRAPHICAL IDEAL PARKING GOOD
We love everything about this hotel. Location is excellent with parking available on site. The rooms are clean, spacious and the beds comfortable. Breakfast is always excellent. The bar area is comfortable, a place to sit and relax.
There is nothing we dislike.
The decoration in reception was very trendy and welcoming. Our bedroom had the biggest bed we had ever seen which was comfortable and made up with top quality cotton duvet and sheets. Tea and coffee making facilities were at hand as was free-view TV. Breakfast was in the delightfully decorated hotel dining room with food cooked to order. The quality of the food and service were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who all went out of their way to ensure our stay was a very good experience. I would certainly consider going back there again if we are visiting London as it was ideal for travel (28mins) from Kew Bridge in to Waterloo.
The only criticism if you can call it that was that the Nescafe instant coffee available in the bedroom was not to our liking. We would have preferred Dowe Egberts.
Lovely position and surroundings. Very helpful to be allowed to leave the car in the car park for the day we were leaving.
Great breakfast Fantastic beds Very helpful staff Underground parking included
Loved this place...the staff were really helpful and friendly. The decor of the hotel was very tasteful and location was just right too as we wanted to wander around Richmond.
Great place to stay near the gardens.
Lots of people smoking outside
Nice loaction for getting in and out of London easily near the M4. Good variety of eating establishments around Kew Green and a pub quiz at the Greyhound on a wednesday evening.
Under the flight path of Heathrow so usually hear the first flight of the morning in about 5am. If it was a Premier Inn you could claim a refund!
Marvellous hotel. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room comfortable and quiet. We particularly enjoyed the secret garden and the library once it got too dark to see. Would definitely come again.
Our second visit. Near to Kew Gardens. Easy access to District Line trains to central London. Lovely room and breakfast. Looking forward to our next visit.
The facilities were amazing, as was the food! The breakfasts were our favorite. The beds were comfortable, and the area is nice. The Underground station isn't extremely close, but it isn't a bad walk. There are several bus stops nearby.
Not really a dislike, as the hotel itself is excellent, but if you are looking to mostly tour central London, you may want to look a little closer in as it's about a 45 to 50 minute trip to and from each time from Kew.
Location, next to Kew Garden Good food Breakfast choice (the menu should be clearer about pricing though)
Some construction needed (while it was storming outside, water was dripping from the roof)
Location was great, buses, trains, walking by the river. Pub was great place to eat and drink. Accommodation was clean, spacious and the staff was were very friendly and helpful.
Location close to River and green space; aircon; sound deadening reduced aircraft noise to a whisper; parking on-site; massive breakfast.
The staff is always very friendly and very helpful.. Very convenient to Kew Garden. Large Carpark
We usually enjoyed our stay at this hotel but our room this time was 218 and the noise was awful till very late at night. (Especially the doors?) Just before check out we found a pair of ear plug in the drawers. I don't know whether it works or not.
Great location, wonderful friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble. Great BBQ in the evening. Comfort and privacy, just perfect
Very clean modern decoration, staff both friendly and helpful plenty of choice for breakfast and parking facilities
Staff very pleasant and attentative. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Food was very good and ample of it. Great location for visiting Kew Gardens. Has its own underground car park.
Location Included Breakfast Free Parking
Excellent location for visiting kew gardens Onsite carpark
Location decor breakfast
Bed a bit hard
Location and car parking on site. Pub food, drink and hospitality in the pub. Rooms are quiet, apart from kitchen / basement extractor.
I was only there for 2 nights.
We liked the idiosyncratic, individual nature of the place and the friendly, unfussy staff. We loved the location. We enjoyed staying there.
We didn't like having to clean out the hair blocked waste pipe in the wet room shower so that the water didn't spread across the majority of the bathroom.
Super friendly staff
