Staff were exceptional. Night Porter looked after our party at the bar until the very early hours. Although we missed breakfast, we were still provided with bacon sarnies and pots of tea at no extra cost. Very friendly staff.

Friendly staff. Helpful with individual needs; eg. visiting son was given breakfast, we were able to leave our car after we`d checked out so that we could visit kew gardens. Car park very useful, sitting area at front. Noisy fan below our window.Traffic.

A real home from home near the centre of London-and the glorious Kew Gardens right on the doorstep. We were particularly impressed by the young team running the hotel and when mentioning this were told that they had an extremely good manager and everyone loved working there. Parking was no problem and we could leave our car in the underground garage whilst visiting the gardens on the day of our departure.

Nothing was a bother for the friendly, accommodating staff. Very clean and tidy establishment. Food was fresh and value for money. Free wi-fi was broken down during my stay, however, I believe this was not the hotel´s fault

The building was nice and clean. Well furnished. However the quality of staff was not up to the standard you would expect. We only had breakfast to eat on each day, which was limited in choice of cereals etc. Again the service let the hotel down. The senior management we met were very friendly.

The friendly service , very accomadating to our needs. Relaxed atmosphere, the rooms are comfortable and modern and the location was quiet , but close to transport and obviously the Kew Gardens. You felt very much at home, not to stiff or over polite, and the food was terrific, great breakfast. There is ample parking at the back, though we did not require it. It is a wondrrful area to stay in, and do visits into town on the train.

Nice room, great food, very friendly and helpful staff. I expected a relatively average hotel for the price I paid, but I was genuinely surprised at the higher standard. Very affordable and far beyond the qualilty of other hotels in this price bracket.

The bedroom was freezing and although a fan heater was provided it was not sufficient to heat the room. The decor was tired and shabby. At £105 per night I expected a higher standard.

The location was excellent, particularly for the purpose for our visit, which was to meet friends in Kew for an evening drinks party. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, friendly and most helpful and there was a relaxed air about the hotel. The bar area, with the open fire, was also a lovely place ro relax with a pint!

We stayed as a family 3 adults and 3 children in dec 11 The hotel has ajoining rooms which would make a family stay more comfy. The staff were very friendly. We had a meal in the resturant which was very nice i would recomend the steak The tube station is a short walk through streets with houses that my girls thought looked like peter pan houses (very nice). Kew gardens tube station is on the district line which takes you straight to central london in about 30 minutes a day pass is £7.50 for an adult to travel all day around london on buses trains and tube kids under 10 are free (bargin) The hotel is situated on a prety green which also has a couple of other pubs on and some shops. We had a really great stay at this hotel and would stay here again thanks coach and horses at kew.

I picked the hotel for location and was pleasantly surprised by the hotel, quality of food and beverage, comfort and cleanliness of the room and the friendly staff. As Arnold Schwarzenegger said in the movie The Terminator, "I´ll be back!"

The friendly atmosphere of the place and the staff, we also enjoyed the roaring open fire and the Full English Breakfast. We felt that the food menu in the evenings could have had a bit more variety to it and included salads or vegetables with the main meal.
