very handy for town and familey

i thought it was mre bed and breakfast than hotel

Everything!!staff were superb

Good restaurant with good menu and wine list, house wine great, service suburb. I was glad in the end that we failed to find suitable dining in town and came back to the hotel for the evening meal.

It is a lot better when you get inside than the first impressions from the rear car parking area, but that area is not under the hotels control.

Lovely wee hotel with excellent breakfast. Within walking distance to Llanelli train station.

Well run . Friendly clean well appointed room. Fantastic fancy bath and steam facility in bathroom. Easy private parking at rear. Lst class restaurant.

Friendly, helpful staff who dealt with a small problem immediately. Great location for Llanelli centre/ south wales. Convenience of having good quality restaurant on location. Great value, having stayed in chain hotels in the past (eg Travelodge) which charge the same if not more than Coastal park, and that's without the personal service and helpfulness of staff and without a breakfast. Free and convenient car park.

Distance from Parc y Scarlets, (the reason for the visit) although this can't be helped. Would have liked breakfast to be served till a bit later, only because we missed it on the second morning, due to us being lazy and had had a few drinks the night before, so it's not really a negative, just a personal preference.

All the staff were friendly and helpful, we had a lovely time.

There was nothing we disliked about the hotel. However Booking.com advised on the internet that this hotel was only 7 miles away from where we had a family wedding, thats why we chose it. Unfortunately it was nearly 30 miles away and as such we had to pay £60 in taxi fares there and back. We were not impressed. Coastal Park and Grill were most helpful in trying to find us the best deal in taxi fares.

Staff were friendly and the breakfast was tasty (when they got orders right). Room was clean.

The shower was set to boiling hot or scorching hot - so couldn't be used. Being unable to get in the front door at 11:00pm and having to spend the night in another hotel with no personal belongings at great expense and not being compensated.

Free parking and good location. Overall a good value for money accommodation.

Breakfast quality is a bit poor and the fancy shower with radio and lighting didn't work very well.

The approach to the car park is scruffy

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Although we did not dine there, we were impressed by the dining area and the appearance of the food served. Certainly worth considering for our next visit.

The shower was a bit ott - it had too many gadgets - I flooded the bathroom by turning on the horizontal jets with the shower door open! Then I got scalded by the hand held shower. There was nowhere to place soap or shampoo.

Warm & friendly staff made me feel very comfortable. Met owners who lead by example very impressed by whole operation. Food was excellent.
