Staff were excellent and friendly, extremely help full, would defiantly recommend and stay again :)

Everything was perfect

Shower facilities were very poor, have to ask for complimentary items

I loved the location however there were a few problems electric cut out in the evening in bedroom near heater was damp on carpet n found a beetle crawlin on headboard but apart frm that excellent stay

Some other very noisy people with no consideration for others at 6.00am slamming doors and shouting. the toaster could have been better. hot water took along time to come through.

Apartments were very clean and spacious, all amenities were provided including towels and bed sheets. Staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating, all relevant information was provided and clearly set out. Very friendly atmosphere, would definately be going back soon.

The luxury of having a whole apartment to ourselves. Very quite free on site parking

Cooker hob, the on idicater not working, also heat level numbers worn away. Difficult to know if hob rings where turned off.

i found the room to be very large, with sea view, more than expected, the staff where friendly an couldnt do enough for you, the stay was very relaxing which is what i went for

The staff were very friendly and helpful. And this hotel is right on the sea front very close to everything. And the food in the bar/restaurant was lovely well worth every penny and very cheap prices and also the drinks at the bar are very cheap and lovely friendly people. we really enjoyed our stay here i would well recommend this hotel

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, nothing was too much trouble.

Bed could've been more comfortable, shower wasn't powerfull enough must be water pressure. Didn't have a sea view.

Apartments were clean but very basic. OK for the odd nights stay but would not like to stay for a week.

The hotel staff was really friendly, as we was there with a disabled person the staff couldn't have been friendlier and was more than happy to help if we needed anything.

Could not fault a thing about this hotel/apartments or the staff.

This has been our second visit to Coasters Hotel. the wife and me have alway's found the staff very helpfull. I asked for a couple of extra's and they actual sent one of their staff to fetch it from a local shop and provided it me for the length of our stay. Eugene's breakfasts was more than filling and very tasty. It was'nt a case of breakast's served between 8 and 9 like a lot of the places the misses and me have stopped in its a case of anytime between 8 and 12 and for those of us men folk a pint and a breakfast is not beyond their capabilities. We are going back again very soon and friendships have been forged with the staff.....

First Time at Coasters at Skeggy. Lurvely 3 days. Alas me and misses were taken ill and returned the nite before or stay ended. Breakfast downstairs was also worth while. Eugene coped very well but he need's a little more practice with English Breakfast. Nearly There though. Facilities excellerant was a proper home from home and with self-catering we were'nt stuck to feeding times. I've seen the odd bad comment about Coasters but i assure you they are unfounded. The staff and owners bend over backwards to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Even the Misses. Friends was made and we are going there again.
