the location was perfect for what I needed. The room was fine and it was good value for money

It was hard to find because there is no sign on the main road. the signage needs to be improved. I didn't bother with breakfast because it seemed to be only continental.

Excellent shower, attentive staff, comfortable bed, quite room and good free car parking.

The quantity of hot beverages provided was laughable, two coffees and one tea bag, together with dirty tea cups. No glass in the bathroom.

The lodge is advertised as having a restaurant and bar - it does NOT. It is on a very busy, noisey main road, which is not stated. The bathrooms are very basic with damp in some areas.

As above. Staff were good and friendly.

The appriaches and surroundings are immediatly off-putting. The so called gardens are strewn with weds - dandelions and nettle etc. Obviously no-one thinks 'presentation' is important. Even your staff think the approach coming to work is awful. Had I notbooked in advance I never would have thought of staying therre - just because of the awful first impression. No breakfast room - bad mistake.

Staff very accommodating we had a family berevement and had to stay longer than expected they were very kind and helpful.

We were having a nice time. The new managment did a great job.

Very friendly helpful staff it was a sad trip to the area for us to attend a funeral & staff went out of their way to help us find the Church in Chessington.

We had breakfast but with no hot drink, the room only had 2 teabags and 2 coffee which was not enough to do breakfast drinks as well and only 2 sugars.It would have been helpful to know what was the breakfast menu.

It was within walking distance of where friends lived.

Price was more than I would have expected despite the discount. Furniture was not hygienic. The car park and outside was a tip. Staff left my bill outside the door so all could see where I lived. Shower was full on or full off, not easy to adjust when under it!

Clean and tidy with friendly staff, good wifi and a shower which was very powerful which is strange for a hotel.

Could do with pointing to a cafe for breakfast.

Location is good, Sainsburys nearby; both day and night staff very friendly, willing to help (big credits to them); facilities modern and working except minor defects which was reported to staff who took it seriously; will recommend to friends and stay there again. Thank you.

Wished there was a restaurant for diner in-house as it was snowing at the time of stay.

This is my 3rd stay in 1 month and I have found it very welcoming and friendly. I will stay again.

Some rooms do have a little traffic noise, but this is not really a big issue as I am not a light sleeper.
