Comfortable hotel with contemporary rooms excellent location on the beach The stairs and hallways to the bedroom were very dark and gloomy with poor lighting- The contemporary dark colours used did not work in these confided spaces |

I have stayed at this hotel 8 or 9 times over the past 3 years. The refurbishment works have been well carried out.The 'driver' for me is the location whihc is stunning and beats other hotels on Guernsey. No swimming pool! |

the relaxed atmosphere and the location were superb and the breakfasts were generous and well cooked. we were in a room at the front of the hotel and the wind was a problem, particularly as the heating was not very warm. there was also a problem with the hotb water. |

Having stayed several times it was very pleasant to stay in one of the recently refurbished rooms, very well appointed and a great improvement. The food in the restaurant was superb and the surroundings very pleasant. The car park is in need of improvement. |

Exzellente Lage, umfassend und liebevoll renoviertes Hotel, Strandnähe, höfliche Mitarbeiter, sehr gutes Frühstückbuffet und alles in allem empfehlenswerte Restaurant. Great location, recently renovated, good service, very good breakfast (included), good restaurant. 1. 1. A highly frecuented road between the hotel and the beach. Rooms with seaview want to say: trafic noise. 2. As guest of the hotel you d'ont have automatically access to the restaurant. Who books first has the table! This is not very normal for hotels guests! |

Room commanded a great view. Breakfast and evening meals were excellant in the restaurant. Good location right on coast. Bathroom was too small (no room for bath, only shower). Road at front of hotel was fairly busy, meaning opening the windows and doors to listen to the sea wasn't an option. |

The beach view from my balcony. Food was excellent but the restaurant a little austere. Hotel staff were pleasant enough but not particularly welcoming or friendly. |

Hotel staff were friendly and the bar and restaurant were surprisingly good for a 3 star hotel. Wireless internet did not work in our room |

This is an excellent hotel, ideally situated with good transport links to the rest of the island. The staff are consistently helpful and friendly, and the facilties excellent in every way,. We had a wonderfully relaxing time and would definitely visit again. Not really - although the music played during breakfast could sometimes have been a little softer. |

A seaview room with a balcony is a must to enjoy the fabulous sunsets. Excellent rooms and very helpful staff. Food and service both in the hotel and adjoining pub was excellent. We will certainly be returning later in the year. |

Everything. Especially the food, which is superb, always. We were given an upgrade which thrilled my wife as it was her birthday surprise! Views spectacular, rooms delightful, staff friendly and attentive. Can't fault it. We're going back. Very Soon. |

Excellent staff attitude, quick and efficient service, nice restaurant and pleasant lounge bar. Cleaning staff very good and unobtrusive. Loved the fact that could use the pub next door and charge to room. Not really - bathroom fan was a bit noisy. |

Very comfortable and stylish room, pleasant and helpful staff, situation on beachfront Back rooms subject to food smell, but not too big a problem. Wifi not working - to be fair, I was offered a lan cable, but my betbook isn't configured for lan.... |

Only stayed 1 night. The purpose of my stay was it was my daughters wedding, I was disappointed that I was not given a discount for my room, even though I was told when we booked the reception that I would be, but the grooms mum and sister were given their rooms at a discounted rate, and I paid for the reception. |
