Coco Apartments  

Within walking distance of city centre. Apartment was spacious clean and well equipped.

Property closed when I arrived despite the fact 24 hr service was stated on confirmation email. I didn't receive separate email from the company they said they said. Booking . Com sorted out my access problem and apartment staff were very friendly and helpful when she did arrive. Moved us from original address about 50m up the road but no big deal there.

Aliyah was very friendly and showed us the features of the apartment. There was plenty of room to spread out and my daughter loved having a double bed and a big bathroom. The apartment was well located in relation to Manchester city.

It took a little while to sort out how to get in as there is no-one at the apartments. You need to call a number. However, Coco Apartments personnel had sent us an email telling us this information as unfortunately my phone was not available at that time.

Apartment was spacious, clean and fully serviced. Plus you also get all the common utensils and cutlery. The apartments are a short work to the centre of town and there is a taxi rank 5 minutes away. Our welcome was brilliant and really helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

Only a minor thing really, we couldn't find any instructions on how to operate the oven and it says in the welcome pack there should of been.

The appartment was lovely, clean & comfortable with everything you could possibly need to hand, even cleaning products for the kitchen. Location was good which meant the area was very quiet at night.

When you arrive it is not obvious that Coco Appartments is actual 40 Boatmans Place, we did receive terms and conditions and another letter which states this but it does create a little confusion, l think the website should make it clear as that saves you getting lost. We had to wait 20 minutes outside the appartments for someone to bring the key and show us to our appartments even though we were asked for our arrival time. You are given a key fob to gain entry to the appartment block which we were told was tempremental but we were still outside for 10 minutes trying to get the fob to work when a resident let us in.

Apartment was cozy, spacious and modern. Check in was a friendly process, had to conact them before hand. It's a great location close enough to walk to city centre but far enough to avoid the noise. The apartment was clean and had a very well equipped kitchen. It was great that we had the option of a late check out of 3pm for £25. I would definitely recommend this apartment if you are looking for a quiet decent location and a cozy well equipped comfortable apartment. Stayed with friends had two bedrooms and two bathrooms which was great when getting ready. Also there is a metro shuttle which is free at the top o the road which takes you around the city centre that was very handy and very regular. Would stay here again.
