- friendly and helpful staff - tasty breakfast - fantastic location - late breakfast and check out - amazing price for B&B!
- too little shower - no free parking
The hospitality was excellent....great staff, homely, comfy rooms, great food and very clean!
Friendly welcoming hosts. Knowledgable of area and helpful in suggesting excursions. Room clean and always heated. Great breakfast!
Mattress a little thin for a heavy body.
The staff were very friendly & helpful, we enjoyed our time in the Hotel & will definitely stay there again the next time we go to Blackpool.
There was nothing that we didn't like, we have had a great time at the Hotel in Blackpool.
Very friendly and helpful owners
I liked the location which was very near everything and having our own shower and toilet was also a plus.
The bed under the window as it was really light with the street lamps so it took ages to fall to sleep as I like the dark I struggle to sleep in the light but I wouldn't let that put you off stayin there as my partner fell asleep quickly no problem
Breakfast was good.
Room was very cramped.
owners helpful and clean.
£12 to park at end of road for 48 hours.
Lovely place, lovely people, family room ideal for us, meant my family n my friend with her son didn't have to have separate rooms!
Only let down was the shower, my friend went in first n came out saying she could pee quicker! Lol
Poor room service for cleaning
Very friendly genuine, down to earth staff, definetely home from home atmosphere, very clean hotel, beds very comfortable, rooms had tv, wifi, kettle, so u could chill out in your room with a nice cup of tea or coffee, definetely family friendly hotel, so if u wanted a quiet break u would have to give and take for children, I would definetely return to this hotel, I felt very relaxed there, and the breakfast was nicely cooked and hot, u have a very good choice on the breakfast menu, and the price was very reasonable for what was included in the price. The staff work extremerly hard to make your stay a memorable time and i cannot fault them can not wait to visit the coco beach hotel in the very near future and i thank them for the best holiday break i have had in a long time.best wishes catherine paget from ramsbottom nr bury lancs.
The hotel should be awarded an extra star that is what i didnt like, so i think that speaks for itself .
Shower cubical rather small but shower worked well.
Small cramped room Dirty bathroom I cleaned faeces off the wall. No shelf to put toiletries. Cheap mirror in bathroom all crooked. Shower curtain dirty cheap £1 curtain. Bedding was not fresh!!!!!!!!!!! Pillows were ......oh gosh I smelt them!!!!!!! Had that vile cheesy head smell. Went out to buy my own. Bed described as double, was queen size a small double. Springs could be felt mattress was knackered. Lamp on side of table was not safe, you turn on it flickered and froze the TV. Smelt dirty. Wet dog smell. And yes dog was seen in kitchen. They live in hotel with their family which includes a 3 year old that runs around and shouts incessantly, try to eat breakfast in peace??? No chance!!! Older sister is constantly saying be quiet......
I like the fact the staff when out of their way to make your stay enjoyable .and you can come and go as you please no curfew .
The staff were very welcoming and lovely people. If we needed anything, it was there, and there were very helpful and polite. The meals they provided were also very nice.
I liked the fact they allowed pets.. The people who owned the coco beach hotel were friendly... I liked that they didn't mind my one year old son running about... I also liked the fact that when I was concerned about my son the woman (who owned the hotel) helped me figure out what was wrong with him and also gave me stuff to help him..
The only I didn't like was the temperature of the room was far too hot and kept my son up but other than that it was perfect...
The owners were very friendly and helpful when we complained about some particularly noisy neighbours. There was a full english breakfast in the morning!
More a guest house than hotel, the room was very basic, just a bed and a sink, there was a communal bathroom complete with a tiny shower (if you're 6ft+ you're gonna have to crouch!) but you get what you pay for and none of these things are enough to detract from an otherwise pleasant stay (noisy neigbour aside!)
Staff were ok, brakfast was ok but 2 little
The room was tiny for the price kids screming all hrs very unclean come down to an old woman sitting in the dining room rocking in her chair felt like i was in a old persons home
Great friendly staff, chap made us feel really comfortable and couldnt do enough. Great location and bril price.
Extremely friendly and helpful staff, was more like a home away from home than a hotel.
The welcome was warm and friendly I and arranged with them that we would be arriving late and there was no problem. The Cooked breakfast was tasty and hot. Coffee was very good. The room ticked all the boxes with what we needed. They went out of their way to be helpful. We would stay with them again.
The breakfast cereal was ok but they could do with keeping in fresh stock and noting when the cereal had been open.
Just like being at home,
Nothing comes to mind.
