it did smell of dogs i will look for somewhere that doesn't take pets next time

Godfrey is such a friendly person who made us feel at home from the start - His breakfasts are truly amazing - and it was like staying at home - I cannot wait to go back there again soon -

Great host. Fantastic full breakfast served in conservatory overlooking an interesting garden. Well appointed room and bathroom. Good location for the town, nature reserve, castle and close to main route for further exploring. Would stay again.

TV screen not very large, but not too bothered.

Godfrey, host of the B&B, was so friendly and easy to talk to. He talked about his old job and present hobbies. We had a wonderful time talking to him. He recommended a great restaurant, where the staff were so kind and welcoming. We 'd love to come back.

Godfrey was very accomodating. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was lovely and the dining room was very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

Coed y Bryn was perfect for our mini vacation in Cardigan, Wales. Our room was lovely and comfortable. Excellent service and very friendly. Also, the breakfast was delicious! The location was most ideal, only a 12 min walk from the high street and walking distance from the walking trails. I highly recommend Coed y Bryn!

The wifi was not very good

Every thing, the room was spotless, warm and inviting. The bed was very comfortable without being soft. The bathroom was equally clean and fresh towels were supplied daily. The breakfast is excellent and the owner very friendly. We are definitely going to return.

Nothing reaaly - maybe have some muesli available at breakfast.

My boyfriend and I recently stayed at the Coed y Bryn and really enjoyed our stay there. The Owner, was incredibly welcoming and hospitable, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The room was warm, comfortable, clean and had everything you could need. In the morning we stopped for breakfast which was lovely. We both had the full english which seemed to set us up for the whole day and was nicely cooked. The Dinning/ Breakfast room was also a very pleasant room which the owner had clearly put a lot of tender loving care into with real grape vines running through the room.

Coed y Bryn was comfortable, with its proprietor and staff most welcoming. Highly informative regarding the local area, and travel routes. Excellent breakfast, set us up for a long journey home.

The gentleman running the Bed & Breakfast Godfrey was a really nice guy and was very helpful. The room was very tidy and was in an ideal location close to Cardigan and the nature walk. The breakfast was freshly cooked and was very tasty. I would recommend this B&B to anyone wishing to visit Cardigan.

Nous avons été très bien reçus par le propriétaire. (Dommage que nous ne pratiquions pas suffisamment l’anglais pour avoir plus de conversation avec lui). Il nous a servi un petit déjeuner très correct, nous a indiqué un pub peu éloigné de l'appartement où nous avons très bien mangé et là encore des gens très sympathiques. Quartier calme. Place pour garer la voiture. Appartement très bien équipé pour ceux qui voudrait y passer plusieurs jours (de la cuisine à la télé grand écran, en passant par la terrasse dont nous n'avons pas profité faute de temps)

Même si le couchage sur le canapé peut dépanner et s'est montré confortable, une 2éme chambre serait la bien venue surtout pour une famille ou des copains qui souhaiteraient y passer plusieurs jours.
