Fab comfy bed and superb breakfast Host were lovely and friendly but very respectful of space too. Perfect stay and could not have wanted more. Thank you
Me and my partner stayed with our 8 month old baby. Rooms where big and beautiful. Breakfast was tasty too! Highly recommend.
Great location close to lots of amenities, easy walk into town. The room was stylish with WiFi. Owners were charming, helpful . . . & prepared super breakfast.
Friendliness, comfort & cleanliness. Handy for ammeneties. Ample parking. Lovely food.
Couldn't think of a thing.
1. Perfect location. You can see it from the train station 2. Friendly host. Hazel and Charlie are absolutely lovely and friendly. 3. Amazing room. Spacious, cozy, comfortable, well equipped. Better than most of the 4 - 5 star hotel. 4. Excellent breakfast! Plenty of option to choose from the menu. I had scottish breakfast with just the right portion, local ingredient and served in the highest standard.
I really can't find any thing I don't like about this place!
Excellent hosts. Lovely room Breakfast first class Easy access to town centre Good parking facilities Would recomend this guest house

I can't say there was anything I didn't like apart from our wkend went in to quick
Charlie and Hazel are just 2 lovley people who run this B&B perfektly. Nice and welcoming rooms, great breakfast.
I was made very welcome by owners. Its a relaxed atmosphere and you can come and go as you please. Very comfortable room with lots of little extras. Excellent breakfast.
First class food and made to feel welcome .clean rooms would stay again but at the rear of the property.
Road traffic noise when window was opened. It is a personal thing as i live on a very quiet road .
Hazel and Charlie, lovely couple and so accommodating. The situation of the guest house is right at the top of the town close to the station, making it an ideal spot for travelling, the shops and the beach. We were staying to attend a wedding and Hazel made a point of coming out to see us all "scrubbed up". We had a key to come and go as we pleased, even though we returned around 1am. Would def recommend and stay here again.
The full Scottish breakfast was excellent, set us up for the day ahead. Quite even though it was on a main road. Would recommend.
Duvets to heavy
the hosts are very kind and the decoration is very nice
the quirlt ( blanket ) is a little short for me , cannot fully cover my foot
The food was excellent and Charlie and Hazel were very welcoming and friendly.
I really enjoyed the houses atmosphere and Charlie was very welcoming. The proximity to the train station was also perfect as the journey to Ayr had taken almost six hours so it was nice to not have to walk too far.
Stayed for one night with my teenage son. Location was excellent for what I required. Charlie & Hazel were warm, welcoming abd friendly. The breakfast was excellent. Best B & B I have stayed in. The beds are extremely comfortable.
Great welcoming tea and biscuits and the breakfast was worth the stay alone. Only ten minute walk from lots of choice restaurants, we would definitely stay again.
Nothing bad to say about our stay.
the room was very comfortable and all the wee homely touches made it a joy to stay there. The breakfast choices were different from the usual fare and very enjoyable. The owners were very accommodating to our needs and very helpful. We will return :)
Very homely, warm and clean, everything we needed in our room and bathroom, breakfast lots of choice and delicious, hosts very very nice, parking off the road,
