Intimate Hotel/B&B - Great room with en suite, terrific location just off the front, and a really nice pub restaurant round the corner. Hosts were welcoming and friendly, courteous and helpful.
Struggled with weak WiFi a bit, but not too much of an issue in the big scheme of things
Super friendly and helpfull staff; tasty breakfast; big, clear, beautiful decorated room and bathroom; comfortable bed; free wi-fi; good location
Super friendly staff in clean and confortable surroundings
Hosts are extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. Lovely newly refurbished rooms in a great location on the north coast of Wales. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will certainly use again if I go back to the area.
The owners, Mike and Lesley, are a wonderful and a very welcoming couple. There's no lift and Mike helped me out with taking the suitcase to my room. The room was nice, freshly carpeted and clean with a large and comfortable bed. Breakfast options were plenty and tasty. The sea shore is near and is easy to walk along. The town centre is nearby. I would definitely like to come back.
The proprieter is very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is ideally situated near the town center which is easy to walk into. We were in room 7 and it was absolutely spotless as was the en- suite bathroom. Breakfast was excellent also.
There is nothing to dislike.
Well decorated and comfortable
Bathrooms on the cold side
Host Mike was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Colwyn Bay is a good pit stop on the way to or from the ferry at Holyhead.
Everything was good value. Breakfast excellent. Would stay again.

Very welcoming. Lovely room and spotlessly clean. Bed was to hard for me but that is down to personal preference. Fabulous hosts in mike and lesley and great value. Mike told us colburn hotel is a new venture and with the service we recieved, I am sure they will be a great success. Good luck
Warm welcome.Freshly cooked breakfast.Short hop to promenade. Good bus links.

Friendly helpfull Mike
Location by Promenade was terrific. Super friendly proprietor
It was generally great, an enjoyable, private hotel experience.
It feels churlish to say anything but a water pump for the pressure on the shower upstairs would make this place without flaw.
Very clean, spacious room and bathroom. Almost on promenade. Owner pleasant, helpful. Good pub/restaurant nearby.
Great service and breakfast. Able to recommend a great place to eat to, which is always handy, especially since its 3 doors down. Very comfortable no complaints, would definitely recommend and also re book when visiting again
Being on top floor water pressure low so not much of a power shower but that's the laws of gravity!!!
The location was fantastic The hotel was lovely Mike was very friendly and gave you a warm welcome and he was always happy to help in anyway possible Would highly recommend staying here
