Clean, comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Location was very good with easy access to the main transport systems. Breakfast was not particularly tasty or value for money. |

Friendly check in staff, efficient service at reception. Service at bar was slow at some times, no staff present behind the bar and you have to wait to be served |

The room. The service in the restaurant and lack of food at breakfast. We were told it ended at 10.30am on sundays and at 10am were told it had finished. Therefore very little choice of hot and cold food and non existent waiting staff once coffee had been served. Had to look for our own milk and sugar on vacated tables. Directions from A12 - twice ended up at Weeley. |

Staff friendly, food good and quite reasonable in price. The hotel was quite shabbie for the price, and could do with a good revamp. Bathroom had only one light over the mirror and the wall tiles and tap areas were extremley black form mildrew. Bedroom lamp was also heavily stained. On check out we discovered someone had also charged drinks from the night before to our room, the items were removed but a better checking system may be required. |

Suite was very comfortable and clean. I thought the quality of the dinner was very good. Breakfast was very expensive (GPB 12!) and not prepared to a high quality (All but eggs left to sit about in hot plates). Felt that breakfast service was less than could be expected. |

Site, layout of hotel. Evening dining room staff very helpful, including service to patio. Breakfast - juices and milk not labelled or covered. Used to choice of semi and full fat milk elsewhere.Do not like fact that personal info may be sent outside EU where safequards are poorer unless I request this doesn't happen. Shouldn't be sent where it's known that safeguards are poor. |

We were not there long enough to review the hotel extensively. However, the first impression was fine. We had a hard time finding the hotel. Maybe more signs would be advisable. |
