Collaven Manor was once owned by the famous Hamilton family. It is said to be linked to Lady Hamilton, who was mistress to Lord Nelson in the late 18th century.

At Collaven Manor, you can enjoy a 4-course dinner in the Hamilton Restaurant, made with the best of local and home-grown produce.

The menu changes every day, with the best of British cooking mixed with continental and oriental ideas. A vegetarian speciality is always on the menu, and the staff can cater for individual diets or special occasions.

A wide selection of fine wines is on offer.

A separate dining room, with beamed ceiling, is available for private parties in an even more intimate setting.

Breakfast is served from 08:30 until 09:30.

Dinner is served from 19:30 until 20:30.
