We were very pleased. Everything was good. Great location. Very clean. Greeter very professional and friendly.
Heaps of space - great location near railway station
Both beds had broken slats
Not enough fresh towels available and when we requested were brushed off by supervisor of cleaning staff. Even had to purchase our own toilet paper as not enough provided. Wifi hard to access most of the time.

Flat is only 5 mins walk from the tube, restaurants, pubs, shops all on your doorstep. flat was nearly clean (parts of floor sticky and dust all across hob and unit tops) nice touches with the toiletries provided. Had everything you needed, and the bed and sofa bed were comfy. we were able to leave our luggage in the flat to collect later in the day after checking out
I thought there was a reception area when booked but you are met by a member of staff when you state time of arrival. A brief tour of flat is provided. We stayed in apt 2 ground floor, wifi did not work but was fixed within 5 minutes of calling them. Not all tv channels are available. Could hear the train/tube every 2 mins going by, also boiler kept going on/off during the night. Could hear the person above us walking around, and scraping their furniture, and heard them in the bathroom! Nice to have washing m/c but better to have had a dryer too! Be aware that if you require fresh towels and flat clean, they charge extra. Place not turned down on a Sunday
I have never ever seen a place as bad as this property! They don't have a lift! So, I picked up all my luggage in the bent house by myself! The internet is not working and they said will fix it tomorrow but they didn't! It's unsecure and unsafe for the families.
Location, 2 rooms, linen ,nice kitchen, staff were good when needed.
The shower tap was hard to hendle, very hot water or very cold,lightning in the bathroom was inefficient, the bed in the bedroom knew better days..too soft and lumpy.. Door stopers needed

Having booked the apartment we were a little dubious as to how good it would actually be as was so well priced! We needn't have worried as was brilliant!! Everything we could possibly need was provided. Correspondance from the company was also very good with responses to any queries. Would definately stay again!
The only thing I would say is that whoever sleeps on the sofabed in the lounge needs to be preparef for some noise as not double glazed but other than that everything was great.
Property is spacious and kitchen facilities are good
Absolutely no concept of guest service - they have a bizzare structure of front-line housekeeping staff (the only people you ever see, and with little decision making authority) and back-office staff (who you never see and have little interest in being guest friendly)
We really loved the proximity to the tube. The apartment has been renovated and is modern and clean with state of the art dishwasher and washing machine. We were very comfortable during our stay. Micaela was very welcoming and gave us a good introduction to the apartment.
The only thing that I didn't like was that the towels and linen from previous tenant were left in the washing machine and I took it out and left it over a chair for someone to take away (my husband did tell the contact person) and it stayed there the whole time. A bit annoying!
The size of the apartment was OK but we didn't realise when booking that it would be on two levels -- very steep stairs not easy for someone with double hip replacement.
This nice little apartment could be excellent if more thought were given to fittings and furnishings. Kitchen design meant we kept banging our heads on the range hood. Bed far too large for the room, couldn't easily get round it. Cupboard shelves too narrow to be useful. Could replace with table/shelving for luggage and/or deeper and therefore usable cupboard on other side of bed. Nowhere to put luggage. Nowhere to hang towels. Unwanted foldout bed in living space took up a lot of valuable room. On first arrival we were kept waiting in the street for about 30 minutes before a staff member came to let us in.
The place was clean, charming and pretty big for the 3 of us. It's close to restaurants, museums, subways and groceries stores. Excellent value and friendly helpful staff. We will go back!
The daily turn down service was not necessary.
We liked the location very much great for the underground. The apartment was lovely.and modern .nice freindly lady met us with the key .was a little dissapointed with some of the cleaning ie sinks tea stained not bleached properly just a little more effort needed maybe .would recommend it though .
* The staffs were very helpful and quickly in responding our requests. * Closed to tube station, grocery shops and restaurants, all within walking distance! * Utilities provided are all very convenient and modern to use.
* Turn down service can be a bit more thorough

Everything. Apartment was on the 3 rd floor. We were greeted by a lovely lady who showed us through the apartment. It was modern and spacious, plenty of room for our family 5. Very clean with comfortable beds including the pull out sofa. Having 2 bathrooms was a bonus and the little touch of big bottles of shampoo body wash and moisturiser was a little touch of luxury. With 3 kids i did a few loads of washing and the clothes dryer/rack was great. Something most apartments don't provide. Kitchen was well equipped if you wanted to eat in and supermarket was just a 5 minute walk as well as the closest tube station Earls Court. Lots of great places to eat around the area. Staff were extremely helpful when we called for any help or information. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely stay at this apartment again.
Nothing apartment was perfect
I liked that the tube was close by and we coud get to anywhere easily. It was in a lovely area and there was a super market close by also.
When we arrived about 5 pm they were still cleaning the apartment and of course we were tired from our flight and just wanted to settle down. We didn't get much satisfaction from the girl on duty.

Location, comfort and cleanliness was excellent.
Wi Fi was advertised as available. It dropped out everyday in our week stay. We had to ask the staff up to 3 times a day to reconnect us. Often it couldn't be done as the router was located in another guest room. Proved to be exceptionally difficult for our work and tourist needs. We were asked to sit on the steps of our apartment to try wifi.
Location was great, nearby Earls Court tube station

-I was emailed 4 times after I spoke with Collingham Place team to ask for a time to meet to exchange keys, when i had already told them -Staff who greeted me were rude, ademant i showed my Passport when I was never asked for it in the welcome letter. I asked to speak to the manager and she resolved it. -There was a mouse in the kitchen -The shower operated as a tap - need to change the shower head -Balcony door on top floor would not open and It was very hot.
I loved the location and the charming flat. I loved how kind and helpful Mikayla was to our group, and helped us out tremendously.
