The location was great.
The stairs to the apartment are horrific. The photos of the apartment are much more appealing.
Location was good. Slept well.
The studio apartment that sleeps 3 adults is very small. Apartment needs to be updated, curtains are needing replaced. Kept banging our head on the extract fan in kitchen area.
Affordable and better than a hotel room only when travelling with kids.
Could have been a bit cleaner and have a bit more kitchen cooking equip.
Position to Train station and grocery shops-excellent
Wi-fi only worked properly at front of apartment and having to cook all our meals, kitchen wasn't equipped enough, only as two of our party have food allergies, so it was necessary to have good facilities

Excellent location and facilities. Spaciousness of 2 bedroom unit. Maintenance request handled very promptly.
Unable to gain access to unit until 5pm (lack of staff) but very inconvenient when arriving after a long flight - may have been a one off problem.
Proximity to station, area was safe and very nice. Apartment was clean, quite well fitted out. Every enquiry to staff both before and during our stay was answered promptly. Rooms were pretty well soundproofed both from street noise and other rooms.
Bed was a bit uncomfortable. Table was dangerously unstable, but thanks to Kubra it was replaced during our stay. A slight problem with having to notify staff on arrival to gain entry, my mobile phone didn't work in London so we had to find a public phone booth at 10pm. We rang from the tube but still had to wait 20 minutes or so for them to meet us.
-Transport from Airport Heathrow to Collingham was very well organised by Booking.com -The customer care answered our questions all the time very quickly
-Sometimes it was noisy (e.g. main entrance)

Quiet neighbourhood. Tasteful decor. Cleaning staff were friendly. Good kitchen and nice bathroom.
We booked an en suite apartment and got there to find no en suite. General staff were rude and unaccomodating. (Not cleaners who went out of their way to make us happy). Not enough beds for what I ordered and paid for, not enough bedding for what I ordered.
We were very pleased. Everything was good. Great location. Very clean. Greeter very professional and friendly.

Not enough fresh towels available and when we requested were brushed off by supervisor of cleaning staff. Even had to purchase our own toilet paper as not enough provided. Wifi hard to access most of the time.

Having an apartment, including simple kitchen, fridge, and washing machine in London that sleeps three for less than $200/night is good. The location was good (Kensington), though not city center.
The apartment was quite small, basically one room, with doors to close off a section for a private bedroom. But it was next to an alley where trash was collected, so was quite noisy at times. We could only get one channel on the T.V. We only saw staff at our arrival.

Flat is only 5 mins walk from the tube, restaurants, pubs, shops all on your doorstep. flat was nearly clean (parts of floor sticky and dust all across hob and unit tops) nice touches with the toiletries provided. Had everything you needed, and the bed and sofa bed were comfy. we were able to leave our luggage in the flat to collect later in the day after checking out
I thought there was a reception area when booked but you are met by a member of staff when you state time of arrival. A brief tour of flat is provided. We stayed in apt 2 ground floor, wifi did not work but was fixed within 5 minutes of calling them. Not all tv channels are available. Could hear the train/tube every 2 mins going by, also boiler kept going on/off during the night. Could hear the person above us walking around, and scraping their furniture, and heard them in the bathroom! Nice to have washing m/c but better to have had a dryer too! Be aware that if you require fresh towels and flat clean, they charge extra. Place not turned down on a Sunday
I have never ever seen a place as bad as this property! They don't have a lift! So, I picked up all my luggage in the bent house by myself! The internet is not working and they said will fix it tomorrow but they didn't! It's unsecure and unsafe for the families.
Location, 2 rooms, linen ,nice kitchen, staff were good when needed.
The shower tap was hard to hendle, very hot water or very cold,lightning in the bathroom was inefficient, the bed in the bedroom knew better days..too soft and lumpy.. Door stopers needed

Having booked the apartment we were a little dubious as to how good it would actually be as was so well priced! We needn't have worried as was brilliant!! Everything we could possibly need was provided. Correspondance from the company was also very good with responses to any queries. Would definately stay again!
The only thing I would say is that whoever sleeps on the sofabed in the lounge needs to be preparef for some noise as not double glazed but other than that everything was great.
Property is spacious and kitchen facilities are good
Absolutely no concept of guest service - they have a bizzare structure of front-line housekeeping staff (the only people you ever see, and with little decision making authority) and back-office staff (who you never see and have little interest in being guest friendly)
We really loved the proximity to the tube. The apartment has been renovated and is modern and clean with state of the art dishwasher and washing machine. We were very comfortable during our stay. Micaela was very welcoming and gave us a good introduction to the apartment.
The only thing that I didn't like was that the towels and linen from previous tenant were left in the washing machine and I took it out and left it over a chair for someone to take away (my husband did tell the contact person) and it stayed there the whole time. A bit annoying!
The size of the apartment was OK but we didn't realise when booking that it would be on two levels -- very steep stairs not easy for someone with double hip replacement.
This nice little apartment could be excellent if more thought were given to fittings and furnishings. Kitchen design meant we kept banging our heads on the range hood. Bed far too large for the room, couldn't easily get round it. Cupboard shelves too narrow to be useful. Could replace with table/shelving for luggage and/or deeper and therefore usable cupboard on other side of bed. Nowhere to put luggage. Nowhere to hang towels. Unwanted foldout bed in living space took up a lot of valuable room. On first arrival we were kept waiting in the street for about 30 minutes before a staff member came to let us in.
The place was clean, charming and pretty big for the 3 of us. It's close to restaurants, museums, subways and groceries stores. Excellent value and friendly helpful staff. We will go back!
