Location, staff were friendly, nice clean place

The whole apartment design is very stylish and modern with a great finishing for the kitchen cabinet and the wardrobe
The stairs is very high and not comfortable at all..the bathroom is also located at different level.

our heat went out day two and they never fixed it....brought a space heater! My daughter had to sleep in the same bed as my husband and I to stay warm!! Very upsetting! I couldn't get them on the phone, only email...and they wouldn't respond after my initial ask for help!
Good Location, good kitchen facility
Poor wifi connection, outside the entrance are keeping the rubbish, can hearing upstairs people footsteps while sleeping, the shower flow is not strong enough, both the bathroom door and entrance door must use strong strength to close it.
the appartment is not for 4 people,for 2couples - may be,i am not sure. hot water enough for 3 minutes. wi fi works only in one corner of the bedroom., audibility improbable
It was ok but I won't be staying again.
We were given a two bedroom apartment on the top floor of a four storey building with no lift. 60 steps to the front door! Anyone who comes from Australia or New Zealand comes to the uk for more than one week. Please, consider that when people travel so far, they will have bigger and heavier suitcases than someone from Scotland. Also, the beds were not comfortable and the plastic struts broke easily. There were no instructions for the washing machine and no clothes dryer. One chair was broken and the Futon bed was also broken. Once the maintenance guy fixed all the problems if was ok but I won't be staying again.
Very convenient to Tube, grocery, PO and pubs. Kubra was excellent at welcoming us and arranging airport transportation w/followup
Tiny bathroom, ran out of hot water, no new towels in 6 nts, noisy dumpsters right outside window.
The flat was in great condition! Enough space for our party of 5. It was located in an excellent location- just round the corner from the tube station
The flat was at the top of the building and the stairs up to the top are a bit of a challenge with luggage! We were not given any instructions for our check out by staff, we were asked to give a specific check out time, thinking that we would meet with a member of staff to hand over keys etc, but after a phone call to the office we were told to just leave them in the apartment. Had we known this initially we would not have waited in the apartment until 11:00.
The kitchen area was very clean and reasonably well-equipped, and the beds were comfortable. A basic maid service meant beds were made daily (except Sundays, understandably), and rubbish taken out.
Tired decor and poor state of maintenance - walls could do with a fresh lick of paint; sofa coverings in the lounge area were stained; the skylight windows (very top floor apartment) leaked when it rained; the plugs in both the bath and the washbasin in the bathroom need attention as water does not drain away very well; the roller blinds at the windows in both bedrooms were broken so that you could not roll the blinds up; wi-fi signal is very weak and internet access therefore erratic; handle on door between kitchen and the hall serving bedrooms faulty (you could not open the door).

The stairs to the apartment are horrific. The photos of the apartment are much more appealing.

Entrance (room) was too narrow. There was no rack for hanging clothes or other items.

The studio apartment that sleeps 3 adults is very small. Apartment needs to be updated, curtains are needing replaced. Kept banging our head on the extract fan in kitchen area.
Affordable and better than a hotel room only when travelling with kids.

Position to Train station and grocery shops-excellent
Wi-fi only worked properly at front of apartment and having to cook all our meals, kitchen wasn't equipped enough, only as two of our party have food allergies, so it was necessary to have good facilities

Excellent location and facilities. Spaciousness of 2 bedroom unit. Maintenance request handled very promptly.
Unable to gain access to unit until 5pm (lack of staff) but very inconvenient when arriving after a long flight - may have been a one off problem.
Proximity to station, area was safe and very nice. Apartment was clean, quite well fitted out. Every enquiry to staff both before and during our stay was answered promptly. Rooms were pretty well soundproofed both from street noise and other rooms.
Bed was a bit uncomfortable. Table was dangerously unstable, but thanks to Kubra it was replaced during our stay. A slight problem with having to notify staff on arrival to gain entry, my mobile phone didn't work in London so we had to find a public phone booth at 10pm. We rang from the tube but still had to wait 20 minutes or so for them to meet us.
-Transport from Airport Heathrow to Collingham was very well organised by Booking.com -The customer care answered our questions all the time very quickly
-Sometimes it was noisy (e.g. main entrance)

I'ts a bit hard to contact when you do'nt have access to a phone while your overseas.
Quiet neighbourhood. Tasteful decor. Cleaning staff were friendly. Good kitchen and nice bathroom.
We booked an en suite apartment and got there to find no en suite. General staff were rude and unaccomodating. (Not cleaners who went out of their way to make us happy). Not enough beds for what I ordered and paid for, not enough bedding for what I ordered.
