Beds a bit small when converted into singles.

Location, size of apartment, kitchen facilities, attention to detail. Bottle of wine and magazines are a nice touch. Friendly staff, warm efficient reception on arrival.

There was little to dislike. Perhaps some more interesting toiletries and inclusion of a shower cap etc in the bathroom. The corridors and stairwells looked a little tired but these are minor details

Fantastic spacious 2 bed apartment. Very clean, very comfortable, all mod cons, luxury and some very nice touches such as the complimentary chocs and wine. A lovely homely place to stay.

The £350 signed credit card voucher as a deposit required at check-in, I've just never been asked for that before.

The rooms have enough space to be comfortable and I`m happy that the kitchen and a washing machine are prepared, so I felt as if I visited my friend's room.

The water pressure of a shower is poor.

Staff was very friendly, apartment was clean, location was near two Tube stations, but quiet area as well. Spacious apartment.

No shampoo or tissue boxes provided.

This was a brilliant stay for me and my young family to stay here for 2 nights. We were upgraded to a 2 bed 2 bath apartment (having booked a 2 bed 1 bath). The reception were very helpful putting a cot and highchair in the room ready for our arrival. The apartment was clean and tidy and the kitchen was very well equipped. I was able to fix my young family meals (as they are at an age when restaurants are a bit of a nightmare!). The apartments were also very quiet too. We loved that they were within a 20 min walk from the Natural History Museum and Science Museum (great days out for the kids - tho take packed lunches as café expensive) and also near to the v & a too. There was a Tesco Express about 5 mins walk away on Gloucester Road too. All in all a fab stay. We got a great deal to stay here as would normally be a bit expensive but the luxury of not sharing a room with the kids and having a living room/Kitchen and separate rooms etc was well worth it and we shall do it again :-)))

Great location, close to Gloucester Road station, Waitrose and Sainsbury. Welcoming and helpful staff. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Will recommend.

The apartments were located in a very nice neighborhood within walking distance to the tube. The rooms were very clean and the beds very, very comfortable. We would stay there again.

Our only complaint was that the building was somewhat tired. For instance, the carpeting in the hallways was threadbare and needed replacing and the flats looked better on the website than in person, however, there was plenty of room and it was spotlessly clean and very comfortable.

The Collingham was an excellent apartment/hotel. Nicely located and close to the tube station Earl's Court. The staff was fantastic and very helpful. Great selection of kids TV channels. A bottle of wine and mints were waiting for us on check in! I highly recommend it.

The location is nice and perfect for going anywhere . The staff is very kindly and helpfull . A very comfortable appartment and well maintained . The best value for money ever met in London so far for me

excellent location of apartments, not far from tube station and restaurants. staff very friendly and couldn'T do enough for you. will definetly use again. we had A 2 bed apt for 4 adults which gave alot of room, very spacious.

Price was good for the location. More space than expected. TV + cable + DVD player handy for kids.

Front desk staff varied from excellent to indifferent. Room was clean but some kitchen appliances needed more attention.

The staff were friendly and helpful from the outset. The accommodation was spacious, in good decorative order and clean delivering everything we expected and required. It was in a good central location within walking distance of the tube station and the museums

upgraded straight away very comfortable, well equipped, very clean,serviced each day, quiet, free newspapers and magazines, chocolate and wine on arrival, friendly and helpful staff close to museums, Hyde park, shopping areas, 5 mins. from tube,lots of good restaurants

there wasn't one thing that we were even remotely unhappy about

-convenient location (5min walk to tube) -cleanliness -spacious -amenities -friendly staff -helpful and hospitable

The staff were extremely helpful and informative, and quick to repair and put things right. Bottle of wine and chocolates on arrival was lovely gesture.

That everything was a little "tatty" round the edges, Lightbulbs not working, too many remote controls for grandma to use, tap in grandma's room broken. Surpised wifi was not included as free, but they did sort this.

We stayed in the studio apartment, lots of room for myself, parther and almost two year old. Not luxury or funky but a soild, quality place to stay. Small outdoor internal patio. Exceptionally friendly staff on the desk. Really nice touches like free magazines, coffee plunger, sky sports in room. Location much better than we thought it would be (close to museums, on circle line so close to everything by tube). Lots of places to eat nearby. Would stay again and recommend. Also felt like a really safe area.

Fantastic location, friendly helpful staff, clean, spacious and comfortable accommodation.

This apartment's biggest feature is size. 15 X 20 ft main living area with dining table and two couches to sit on while enjoying TV or reading the free morning paper! Kitchen was small but functional. Bedroom was stylish with large comfortable bed and adjoining bathroom with large, deep tub.

Distance to Piccadilly and Oxford was a little long but tube gets you there in no time.

I liked his place a lot. Close to nice restaurants.....a little far from shopping to walk, but close to a grocery store.

A little hot at night. There weren't any controls in the rooms.
