Very good apartment. Comfortable, clean and spacious. We have stayed at Collingham Apartments on two occasions and wouldnt hesitate to visit again. The kitchen was old and tired and could do with a face lift. I would also suggest having TVs in the bedrooms.

These apartments were truly wonderful. They are in a good location near the tube and shops. I was surprisingly upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment by the friendly staff when I arrived. It was so comfortable it felt like a home from home. The apartment was clean, and tidy. The kitchen was equiped with all the essentials I needed. I will definately be staying here again and would recommend this to anyone staying in London.

Excellent service and a great welcome with a small gift of chocolate Easter bunny. Small things like this make such a big difference to the meaning of hospitality - they make you feel that you are more than just a paying customer and that you are a welcome guest. More places should look at the small details too as well as the big necessary things. We found the Staff always very helpful and informative except for one of the night watchmen but then they must have a difficult job? The Facilities all worked efficiently and were all that a family needed on such a stay so perfect. One light bulb broke and the staff saw to it straight away that it was replaced and fixed, such an amazing service considering it is an establishment operated by only a few staff. The rooms were well maintained and set up nicely with spacious areas for suitcases and dining and it even had great views of the gardens and small parks. The position of the hotel is in a nice old well looked after area and the building itself is one of these beautiful old apartment buildings kept in great condition. The location is perfect for going anywhere and is in walking distance of restaurants, pubs, cafes and supermarkets and shops so that you don't even have to use the tube.

We paid for a one-bed apartment for 4 nights and on arrival were upgraded to a 2-bed, one bathromm and one shower room. This was fantastic. The apartment was very stylish and comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble for the management. As the trip was partly a cultural break, the location was great - 5 mins from the Natural GHistory and v&a Museums and near to the Albert Hall.

Very comfortable accomodation and helpful staff mending the reception. I was surprised to be upgraded from a one bedroom to two bedroom which is large by London standard. Two bedroom apartment comes with a full and well equipped kitchenette which is helpful to do simple comfort food while on holiday. The only negative is the apartment unit is in the basement where there is no lift. It was difficult to tuck the luggage up those narrow flights of stairs. Overall very positive experience.

The apartment was really spacious and well equipped. We got upgraded to a 3 bedroom which was a lovely surprise on check-in. The cleaning staff did a great job and tidied up beautifully everyday. It felt like a home not a sterile hotel and it was very easy with young children. Thanks.

The apartment was big and clean and with good standard. Well equiped kitchen and nice and clean bathrooms. Good storage with wardrobes and chest of drawers. The pictures on the homepage are actually quite realistic. The area is very quite eventhough it is just a short walk to the underground. It might not be a big thing but the appartment was in the basement, but with high windows, this was ok for us as it was such a good flat but that could have been mentioned in the add. The beds would gain a lot if the just added an additional mattress of approx 4-5 cm . Now you sleep on the main bed with the springs, maybe traditional uk standard as this happens every now and then in the uk?

The location of the apartments was perfect for our teenage girls to visit the various stores and attractions around London. It was very clean. We stayed in an apartment which was downstairs. It was surprising roomy and thankfully had a washing machine - we had been travelling for many weeks around Europe. Highly recommend for families. Just the lack of elevator to our floor. However if we had asked I'm sure we would have bad help to carry groceries etc. So not really an issue.

The rooms are excellent, with all the facilities you need, including proper showers, nicely-planned spaces and a small but efficient kitchen. Staff are cheerful, helpful and efficient. The location is fabulous: a quiet square, but in the heart of London, with easy access to the Gloucester Road or Earls Court underground stations, and with many good restaurants in walking distance. It's lovely to feel safe and comfortable and well-looked after, right in the center of London's chic Kensington & Chelsea area.
