Excellent location for our needs. Huge room - 140! Excellent facilities!
Spacious apartment, very helpful staff. Nice area to stay in.
Other guests were heavy footed and quite loud. I did request to go on the top floor but was out on the 1st floor. I sleep fine though as I'm heavy sleeper but I didn't appreciate the other louder guests.
goodlocation, not far from Tube Station, even South Ken is in walking distance, quiet neighbourhood, spacious apartment, all facilities are working and are in good conditions
water pressure could be higher, ventilation in the bathroom very loud
Great location Good quality facilities
Great location, facilities & security. New clean facilities in an old part of town.
Steps to hotel BUT this is Edinburgh so no complaints here either.
Fantastic location, cleaned daily, perfect service!
Very courteous and helpful manager and staff. Facilities are good and everything you would expect for a comfortable stay.
Carpets a little tired in the apartment we stayed in.
Everything. All good. Wine and chocolates on arrival. That is such a love;y touch.
Apartment was great. Only fault was that the bathroom was a little tired looking, and would benefit from an update (Flat 191)
Great location, close to Tube. Very friendly and helpful staff
Our appartment was on the underground level. Those are typical for London, but same price is not fair. WiFi was extra price, unless you booked directly via their web site.
Spacious rooms. Courteous staff. Clean comfortable and quiet.
No free wi-fi.
Service excellent and the upgrade.
Wifi system not easy and didn't really work
Good facilities in the apartment in particular the kitchen.
Noise of walking/movement of upper apartment!
The location was very good, also the service was great seen to also the cleanliness of the apartment which was seen to daily.
We stayed on the 2nd floor which is fine though our neighbours above us were very loud at night which made it dificult to sleep, arguing, heavy footsteps or was that a ball being thrown?
Pleasant location, lovely neighbourhood, close to Earl's Court Tube station, polite staff, very nice appartment, decorated in very good taste, fully equipped kitchen, spacious, sat-tv with huge choice of programmes.
Very expensive Wi-Fi, loud humming noise from ventilation fan lower floor ( though constant so it doesn't wake you up).
The apartment at the fourth floor is perfect, comfortable, clean and with a nice view on the garden on the opposite side of the street. The sourrounding are is fantastic, the tube (Gloucester road) is very close. The front desk is very kind and helpful
I can't really find anything we didn't like
Very clean, spacious, comfy bed
the lift is too small
Location. Value proposition.
The place is a bit tired. Need of some updating and modernization.
Everything a family could possibly need. It was a well furnished and comfortable apartment. High quality, exceptionally clean. Friendly and pleasant staff.
We had a one bedroom apartment and it was lovely to come back to after wandering around each day Staff quick to help Great position
no free wifi
Location was great, fit 6 people in apartment quite comfortably, front desk staff very helpful, upgraded me to a nicer room on a higher floor
Wifi should be free A bit odd- no electric outlet in the bathroom for a razor, hairdryer, etc.
Big apartment. Clean.
Toilet seat was nearly falling off. Told front desk and they fixed it pretty quickly. Wifi cost 9gbp a day. That's just stupid. Went to barclays bank and used their wifi for free. We needed an extra kids bed which was 20gbp a night. - seriously?! I knew that when booking but at the same time. Whilst it may seem petty to complain about additional costs when they were known about before hand there is also the bonus of offering wifi for free or for a minimal cost and additional kids beds for a one off fee rather than gouging every day. The free teabags being provided were the cheapest variety. I found that whilst it was a hotel/apartment in a nice area with relatively nice surroundings it was run on the cheap and trying to get as much money as possible. - but then it is a business - and that is what businesses do.
Location is excellent for exploring Kensington and it's attractions. Close to 2 tube stations and convenience stores.
More shabby than chic in places. Stained carpets and less than spotless bathrooms.
I loved the location, it was quiet but close enough to restaurants and amenities. It was close enough to walk from the tube. It was lovely to be able to get ready altogether with my friends, which you can't do in a hotel when there are 6 of you. The apartments were a short taxi ride away from High Steet Kensington or Knightsbridge.
The only downside was that the showers in the apartment were not very strong. We had two bathrooms and both were the same. The water was nice and hot though.
Location and apartment
Air conditioning unit was not that good.
