Enjoy. It is very nice place to stay.
The apartment was beautiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful
It was great to be able to put baby to bed and have a living room to relax in with tv and comfy sofa. Very clean with good facilities.
The only negative really is the bed. Too hard (we usually like a firmer bed, but still too hard for us) and very poor pillows. Why hotels/suites cannot get pillows right is beyond me!
The neighborhood is great, and even though is not in the main center of London, it has easy access to all places with the subway station very close (3 blocks). Employees very charming. comfortable space to accommodate 6 grown people
The difficulties to be communicated with the "external world": - lack of free wi-fi in common zones (which today should be a "must have" in tourism), with an extremely high cost per day if we decided to use paid wi-fi. - the cost of 2 local phone calls maid was charges 15 pounds!. There are many other apartments in the same zone which are in the same range of prices that offer wi-fi and other comforts, this one should improve this to compete.
The whole apartment was lovely
Location Cleanliness Plenty of fresh, fluffy towels Kitchen facilities with washer/dryer Comfortable beds Helpful front desk
As it was a real wood floors it was bait noisy when walked
Location , staff, Rooms.
When we were given a three day upgrade to a one bedroom apartment it was very pleasant and comfortable and what we thought we were going to stay in. If you book these apartments do not book the studio.
This apartment was horrible!! Studio was very small,in the basement with very little light( had to have lights on in daytime), Walk in wardrobe was a small CORRIDOR with a locked door at the end that people on the other side kept trying to open, the courtyard was a dirty area where the drains ran down from upper apartments and people from above threw rubbish out of their windows.Would have been much nicer if some care was given to this area.ie Cleaned,Plants, chairs and table put out!!! There was no where to sit in apartment except for two plastic chairs....no comfortable chair to watch TV.In fact no where except your bed to sit on. The basin in the tiny bathroom did not drain well and lights in the room did not work. We had no phone coverage at all except when we went out into the dirty"COURTYARD" and internet coverage was poor. The entire building is extremely noisy. You hear people all around and above you talking, walking, crying. I had to request a fan because of heat in the confined space.None was supplied but did note that there were ceiling fans and floor fans supplied in the one bedroom apartment. My daughter and I were in London for ten days and booked this apartment because it supplied two beds and because it liked nice in the internet photos .It was NOT good value for money...in fact it was very expensive. There was nothing that was pleasant about our stay.We were given an upgrade for three days because of our complaints and the difference with apartments was amazing considering the small difference in prices. We did request another apartment and were prepared to pay the difference but were advised there were none available. This was our first visit to London and left us very disillusioned with what you see on booking sites in photos.
Friendly and efficient welcome, excellent rooms, nice part of the city
The cost of the overnight car parking, £33, not set by the hotel though
Location, close to two tube stations. Nice quiet area yet waking distance to pubs and restaurants. Staff were very helpful with directions and offering to organise transport if needed.
Room was quite hot when we arrived at 10pm. Wifi very expensive.
Enjoyed 2 bathrooms, important when travelling with a family and trying to get going in the morning! Noticed they were doing painting and sprucing up in the lobby of our place. Short, pleasant, residential walk to tube station - which had grocery store and restaurants around it.
Good, safe neighborhood. Close to Gloucester Road tube station. Close to V&A, Natural History Museums. Spacious apartment. Good sized kitchen
Leakage from commode pipe. One of the managers was cold and unfriendly and didn't bother to hide her annoyance that we were 45 minutes late for check-out
Amenities were great. WiFi signal excellent. Rooms were all clean.
Collingham is perfectly situated in a calm and quiet area only a few minutes walk from two underground stations.
The beds was very hard and uncomfortable. Should be good with some more hooks to hang up towels on.
Everything was great. Staff did excellent job and were very friendly despite my aunts picky demands
This is more of a constructive criticism. The downstairs room in 101 was quite noisy at times due to the poor sound proofing from the office above.
Cooking facilities provide convenience.
Creaking wooden floor.
It was a little walk from the tube but worth the walk! Located on a quiet street but close enough to have lots of choice for food! Very warm welcome with very friendly and accommodating staff! Fab stylish, clean apartments! Would defiantly reccomend and will stay again.
The charge for wifi!
Great apartment - only there for one night but we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom with a balcony which was great. Bottle of wine and chocolates on arrival very nice too. Great value for money, reception staff really nice, all good!
If there were 4 of you in this apartment and had paid full price it only had one bathroom, which might have been a disappointment - no problem for us though!
The staff were lovely. Very well equipped apartment in a fab location and a great price. The welcome gifts were very much appreciated :)
Could do with a bit of upkeep, but it was fine.
Very clean and very helpful friendly staff.Very confortable apartment.Good location which are walking distances to good cafes and restaurants in both Gloucester Road and Earl's Court. And also walking distances to tube stations. Quite and nice area.
Reception staff and the manager are highly professional, helpful and courteous. The location is peaceful and actually only about a 25-30 minute pleasant walk from Harrods.
Wifi at this hotel is very poor and not reliable. The hotel needs to be modernised quite badly. It looks old and there are minor fix needs everywhere (the pulley on the curtains in my bedroom was broke meaning I could not close the curtains - one of the bedside lamps did not work - the fridge door kept opening). Carpet is worn and it looks a little dated. Not enough plugs in the main living/dining area. TV was not tuned. No channels working. A great place for a group of friends on a weekend away, or maybe a small family, but definitely not recommended for a business traveller or romantic break.
the cleaning staff
very weak wi-fi, thought you pay for it
With fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, iron board and others, it felt like I was living in London. Our 1 bedroom apartment was nicely decorated and clean, the staff were efficient and friendly. It was 5 minutes to both Earl's Court /Gloucester Road tube station but it is much easier to reach from Gloucester Road station.
