location +++++ working staff clean bathroom excellent beds
manager - full of BS Poor shower water control. hot and cold varied throughout Bright and modern it was NOT [not as advertised] half the light bulbs only working. The dungeon basement was the pits and fortunately they moved us when we questioned it. Minimal kitchen things, no plates, cutlery. TV stopped working, internal rabbit ears aerial [?? in this day and age] Suggest Booking. com reconsider their association with this facility. Our other bookings were great value for money. This 'hotel' was just plain poor frankly.
Closeness to Tube. Very quiet in the night. But perhaps I was the only guest?!
Rather grim room...The type of room that would send you 'over the edge'. TV reception 'difficult' to get...No BBC etc...
The staff is very helpful. We had an early flight and they are very helpful with booking a taxi. It is the perfect stay if you are on a budget holiday.
Things I did not like were very minimal. Wi-fi connection was very poor in the room and the rooter was just in front of our door. Apart from that there was not any shower gel to wash with.

the room was completely different from what is on the pictures, walls were dirty and all scratched, window was hard to close, beds were actually just a mattresses on a tiny piece of wooden desk, the worst was the bathroom, shower was inside of the closet covered in mold and dirt, we didnt shower because it looked disguisting. there was not even a proper handle, the thing that was supposed to work like handle didnt work and got stuck twice, we had to call the guy to fix it, he did it with fork.. didnt feel save or comfortable at this place, i would not recomend this to anyone. find another place.
Beds & room space.
Good location. Close to the underground tube. Near to shops and restaurant.
Old and outdated room. Toilet is bad. Windows are dodgy, too noisy from outside. Was allocated room at the basement, very creepy and felt like we were in a dungeon. Would pay for more to stay in a nicer place next time we go to London.
We have 4 comfortable beds in the room for 5 of us. which to an extent was comfortable for us. The location is central you can get to any where in London with various means of transportation easily. Provision of Microwave was very helpful for us as a family of 5 where you must provide food for the kids on request.
We stayed at the last floor which is the 3rd floor excluding the underground. The stair case is too sharp and not sloppy enough. Carrying luggage to the room upstairs was an uphill task. About 270 pounds of my money was withheld by the hotel which did not go down with me, even up until the time of this review yet to be released.(Even after paying the hotel bill 100%) You must also be ready to eat outside or buy fast food you can microwave because their is no provision for breakfast.
Location was ok
Tried to charge me more than the cost I booked it for
Nice staff. Very helpful. Great location.
Filthy bedding-bloodstained, dirty floors, surfaces and no hot water.
All of it!!!!! Awful place, a complete dump!!!!!
Great location for Earls Court. Nice friendly guy on reception.London on a budget!
Place run down.Needs renovating.
Beds were broken, matters was really bad
central location and there's a big sainsbury store nearby
stayed at the room for 6 basement room. almost all facilities are broken and bad ventilation. shower head was not fixed and the only ventilation we get for such crappy room was a tiny window. oh did i mention the window was next to a thrash site? the staff (receptionist) was not friendly at all. avoid at all cost.
It's near tube station so everything can be reached easily and fast.
The room is in the basement. You can hear the neighbours and the furnitures are belove the standard. They are old and very used.
Near undergraund .
Nothing .....is tottaly poor .
Sainsbury is near. Tube station is near. You can walk to Natural history museum and Kensington Garden. They have 24h desk.
They have 2 triple rooms in the basement. We ordered one. They put the rubbish under the stairs and just beside the window of the triple room. It feels like sleep with the rubbish. The lock of the door is simple and fell unsafe. Fortunately, the public security in London is not bad. The kitchen has oven, toaster, refrigerator, water boiling, microwave and washing machine. The oven is nearly broken and the toaster is rusty. You have to wait 3 min for the hot water. If there are too many people take showers at the same time, there is no hot water in the triple room. This happen in our 1st and 3rd night (we spent 4 night there). The wifi in only worked near the door. The room is long rectangular form.
The hotel is in good area in London.
The shower situation is not so good.
- very helpful staff - near to tube station/ hop on hop off bus stop
- all just nice
Terrible, dirty and worn rooms. Most interiors broken or damaged. Price does not at all reflect the facility offered!
Location was great, very close- within 5 minutes walking distance to the nearest underground station. There is plenty of grocery shops and restaurants nearby as well.
Towels are not replaced the next day. Beds were not tidied as well. The whole room was falling apart, the sink was half hanging on the wall, the window to the balcony requires a hulk to close it, and the balcony was so unsafe that the owner reminded us over and over again to not go out to the balcony. There is only one plate and one teaspoon provided for the family room of 6 person.
