A great moment I had when Been there was absolutely the moment when I was finely leaving that terrible disgusting place!
To be straight to facts: The owner, who stay at reception its a such repugnant rude men, Ok, leaving his nasty way apart, he charge u a deposit before u get to the room. What is not that uncommon, but As u get in the room you face exactly this: tv "Broken" (even remote control has no battery in it) The bed and mattress is so deformed that if u lie down on it you could avoid fall down. The furniture mainly to little tables beauty he bed come entire apart if u just touch it. Toilet sink:"Blocked" Toilet drain: "Blocked" Microwave "Broken" The window doesn't stand open, 2 minutes after opened it's suddenly slide down making a terrible noise, There is a kettle, coffee, sugar, but not spoon. You know by this time I start to laughing (to avoid to explode and lose my mind) I was thinking what was that deposit about?, what could I damage in that place if it's whole was already fallen apart, when I was passing by reception coming back to the room I mentioned to him that the "room" was at least not decent enough to shelter a person, check this out!, look what he said, / "THATS HOW IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE, THATS WHY ITS CHEAP, ANYONE WHO DONT LIKE IT, DONT COME, ME I DONT CARE FOR BOOKING.COM REVIEWS OR ANYTHING LIKE THIS" Hahaha, you in this moment I just understood and I don't even get upset anymore until I left. I saw that this poor man it's so ignorant and so overdue, that make sense to him once this is the standards he's probably got used in his life in any aspect of it. Well believe it or not, I've been in more the 50 hotels in london in the last 3 mouths, and with no shadow of doubts, this is London's Worst Hotel I telling you that you would have more fun as a inmate in Guantanamo than passing a night in this abandoned place.
good location easy to find cheap
tiny room for 6 people dirty shower, almost impossible to adjust cold/warm water in the shower no dishes, besides dirty cups and spoons ewwww never again
Great location Nice and clean rooms Friendly staff
Price, room with balcony
Short sheets, 5£ more charged on the arrive for the linen service, luggage deposit not safe for 5£
It was a great location. There isn't a secure place to leave bags for early check in but appreciated having option
There was no one to greet us upon arrival. No note or indication of when they would be there.
The room was very clean, the staff we're friendly, polite and helpful . It was great if you are there just to sleep and not spend any other extra time in the room.
The cupboards and side shelves we're broken. The kitchen draw was also broken. The taps in the bathroom made noises. The window was also broken and cold air was coming through all night with made the room freezing. We were staying in room 13 which was the room on the top floor and the wifi didn't work up there.
It's a convenient place to stay with easy access to the underground tubes.
The cleanliness of the room really unpredictable. Too dirty to stay.
near underground nice staff near food shop clean room every day
no free bottles of water weak wifi signal on the high floor no double lock door no lift
Staff and location were excellent. I wouldn't have expected anything more for the price I paid. Great value for money.
Facilities and furniture were old and dated but adequate. A fresh coat of paint to the bedroom would make a great difference.
This hotel is the perfect fake allocation you wanted to avoid risking in the muddy waters of booking through thousands of cheap hotels. The staff is very rude, the room was the reproduction of a dirty jail of BangKok in Chelsea. The toilette was raw and cloustrophobic with very poor forniture Please guys, do not try to ruin your plans by choosing this hotel.
Cleanliness ;comfort; blocked bath and wash basin
Hotel's location is very good for travelling in central London
I think this place is suit for person who like to travel in London cause the room is not good enough for taking rest
you can get away with disposing a body in there, great value for money.
Man, get some soaps and stuff for the bathrooms.
The bed was surprisingly comfortable. You get what you're given really for £110 room for 6 people. If you aren't fussed bout having a shower that is going to to be extremely hot or extremely cold and you just wanted somewhere to put your head down for a night then this hotel is for you.
The water coming out the shower was awful! You could've wee out more than the shower head, it was either really hot or really cold and it was absolutely tiny! There was quite a few bits of hair underneath the blanket on the bed as well.
Location close to Picadilly line (between Earls Court and Gloucester Rd) was perfect for us; Reasonable price for three people
Room was very hot, though radiator off; blankets and carpet looking very old; no separate room to leave luggage; we were not aware that there was a 3% charge for paying with credit card (they should tell you at the time of the reservation)
I liked it as it was in a great location and for the price of it was good
i didnt like that we had a fridge and a microwave, but if we wanted to cook in it we had no implements to eat it with or off. Also this one is a first, everywhere i have stayed up and dwn the UK they have tea, coffee, sugar and milk/cream, this place had no milk/cream, i asked the reception and he said we dont give milk, when i said wow this is the first ever he said to me no one does, i explained he has obviously never stayed anywhere else, so he said i could get some from the shop which was quite a walk...
Everything except location
Near to grocery store Near to city center Quiet Cheap Free wifi
No lift Toilet is too small beds not very comfortable
The place was quite a shock when we got there. The facilities were not the best. The beds did not have proper bedding. The cups smelled as if they had been sprayed. The smell was so bad we had to go out and buy our own supplies. I would not suggest anyone stay here until they reinvest in their hotel and clean it up.
