The rooms were spacious and the bath was nice and large. I was in a room fronting the street and was woken up several times each night by noisy drunk people walking past and/or entering the hotel. |

The free parking that was secure and off road. Good location. Good size of appartment and good value for the low cost. The receptions command of the English Lanugage was very poor. There was a strong smell - ? drains. The reception area was very untidy. Signposting was very poor. |

I liked that we were free to come and go as we please and cater for ourselves using our kitchen Some of the things in the apartement weren't quite finished e.g bathroom. It was a lovely apartement but if you looked closer you could spot things that were just not finished. Also the hot water was unreliable. |

Location and apartment layout Apartment does not seem to be serviced regularly. There were hardly any kitchen utensils and cutlery - Very basic. DVD Player and TV in Bedroom were not working properly. No towels, broken bath (which was later fixed) I had to make a number of calls to staff for things that should have been there and were not. Card Machine was not working. Overall the apartment was not properly equipped. |

It felt like home from home...perfect for us girls on a night out we would def stay again! the staff were helpful 7 gave us a taxi number who when we rang they said they would ring us back when it was outside...very useful! plenty of room and great quiet location 5* All good apart from no hot water! |

Location Double bed was a very small double (more a large single). Side table not accesible due to radiator. Dressing table put in cupboard, huge wardrobe obscured tiny window in bedroom. Door handle to bathroom falling off as was the bath side panel. |

The receptionist was friendly and tried to help. The room was clean Boiler for heating and hot water not turned on and no instructions on how to work it so rooms very cold. Bedroom damp, draughty and noisey |

Space and freedom of having apartment rather than a room only. Could bring food in to eat if you wanted. Room had had a leak apparently at the weekend. We arrived on Wednesday evening to be told that they were fully booked so no alternative possible. Too late to get anything else. We did get a discount on room though. |

The free parking Everything else. I am currently writing a letter of complaint. The roof leaked, the boiler for both the heating and water kept going wrong, the shower rail was broken, the plumbing was not finished properly, empty bottles in the cupboards, dirt and hair everywhere, no pillow cases, a TV but no remote, the shower overflows, the party until 6am with loud music!............. |

The value for money we got was excellent, we paid £85 for a night in the penthouse suite which consisted of 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen/lounge which was excellent. The lounge was a bit dirty with stains on the sofa and carpet. The hot water system was appalling, there was no way you could have a bath and one of the showers was broken so that no matter what you set it to the water came out scalding hot. |

Fantastic location, and great value. You have to turn on the boiler 1 hr before you want hot water! this is not good in the morning when you want to be up and away quickly. |

Spacious, modern, secure, friendly, clean and tidy, staff were very helpful whenever we needed something (i.e.when i had trouble getting the tv to work!) heating did not work and we were provided with a small electric fan heater |
