I like the night life and the shops
lovely hotel cleanliness and enjoyed our meals we ll be back.
Room was comfortable, breakfasts were good and staff very helpfull
On Friday evening dined in Bar, I was served a Thai Curry which was so hot it was un edible and the steak pie my wife had was very dry and steak was tough. No complaints with meals on Thursday evening
nice reception, good view
The location, the staff were polite and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the food in the resteraunt was excellent.
The location is fantastic, the staff are fantastic. The bar is great I honestly have nothing bad to say about this hotel.!
Nothing to say
Large room with comfortable bed. Very good location, great view.
The food at breakfast was terrible. Neither of us ate the hot dishes we had. Towels of a poor standard.
The staff were amazing - especially at reception. Gluten-free bread was readily available on request. Nothing seemed a bother.
The bistro was underwhelming and over priced. An expensive 'Scottish Highland' cheeseboard was a goats cheese rind and some stilton - very poor!
Good size room, great shower room and very close to all amenities.
noise levels - work outside and room allocation.
Pretty and central location excellent value for money.
No hotel parking.
Staff were all very attentive and friendly.
For a four star hotel it lacked lustre. Could have had eg fresh fruit salad for breakfast. Signage to upper floors was non existent .
Delivery area was outside bedroom window. Not good.
Location of hotel is excellent for Eden Court shopping and restaurants and pubs.
Not much choice at breakfast and plates that were empty were not replenished quickly leaving guests waiting about.
Absolutely brilliant hotel. Stay here every time im in Inverness!!!
Room was cold due to large drafty windows
Nice staff, good room size, comfortable beds, great view of River Ness and Inverness Castle.
Wifi connection could have been better.
Great staff, couldn't have been more helpful - so lovely. Breakfast great - lots of choice and all cooked well. Bed comfortable, shower water pressure good. Location fantastic - view across the river to the castle - super easy to get into town and lovely to walk along the river from.
Room furniture & carpets a bit tired. TV's digital signal erratic. Wifi is all over the place and need to sign in every time we returned to the hotel - very tiresome.
room clean,breakfast good
hooligans shouting and swearing for an hour in the night
Everything was good
Had a great view, central to the shops and night life.
Nothing I didn't like.
Ness Suite was good size and very clean and warm. Excellent view from window of river and castle. Large comfortable bed.
Breakfast was poor
The location of the hotel was very handy for walking around town and we had ticket for the ballet at eden court that is less than a 5 minute walk away. The size of the room is good, spacious and nice to have a kettle, iron and tv as added extras.
When we first arrived (Thursday) we had issues with the shower, the pressure was coming and going and would stop running in the mid of taking a shower. After making a complaint to the manager we were promptly moved to another room on the Friday where the shower seemed to work (a bit better anyway, still pressure issues as this room was on the same floor). Happy enough with the room we moved all our stuff over to then find at night time that the double bed was in fact two single beds put together and one was softer and lower in height than the other one that made sleeping uncomfortable. In fact the hard bed was so uncomfortable it gave my partner a saw neck. At this point, Saturday morning, we didn't want to have to move rooms again as we were leaving Sunday and also had a fully packed day on the Saturday, but it definitely affected our sleep and consequently are romantic weekend away. Would not stay here again - the added extras mean nothing when basic things like shower and bed are an issue! To top it off we had an incident with the cleaner entering the room without knocking, whilst still in bed.
meal was excellent, very comfy bed.
