Location, restaurant and charm of the hotel. Firstly, we were checked in a very old bedroom, bathtube was dirty and windows were very old. Room overlooked air conditioning machines making noise unbearable. I asked reception to move into another room and we were given a much nicer one but still bathtube did not have curtains but it was much better room. They look like completely different room types though both were standard. |

the evening meal was fine, did not like the area for eating too dark and cold, the breakfast was good , prefer a table cloth on dinning table very cheap napkins only suitable for a road side cafe, cubbedroom, was for a disabled couple which we were not, could not get an exchange, the shower cubicle was mouldy and black the sink was tiny, just put it this way glad it was only for one night. |

Rooms were pleasant, comfortable and clean. Overall the hotel could do with a bit of refurb. However, that's not to say it wasn't a pleasant place to be. |

The bar at the front of the hotel is very pleasant, great location on the banks of the River Ness. The day time front desk girl was not particularly helpful and preferred to take personal phone calls in her own language rather than assist the people waiting. The night desk front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. |

Ideal location for visiting Inverness town Badly in need of repairs to rooms and bathrooms . Price far too expensive for accommodation. Whole hotel needs a face lift. Breakfast times too early finishing for leisure guests. Fine for business guests |
