Närheten till centrum och floden samt utsikten över slottet. ca 20 % av gästerna är troligtvis rökare vilka som vanligt nonchaleras. Ingen uteplats fanns med skärmtak utan ca 10 personer fick stå utanför i regnet för att njuta sin last. Vissa med paraply andra utan. 4 £ för 1 timme internet är för dyrt. Dom flesta andra hotell har fri internetuppkoppling. |

Personalen i reception mycket hjälpsam och tillmötesgående, frukost jättebra, läget mycket bra. |

Pleasant rooms and the communal areas were luxurious. Decent breakfasts too. Even the most basic facilites yielded hidden extras. We were told there would be a charge for borrowing a corkscrew, which we thought was petty. |

It was handy for shops etc being told on arrival that we couldn't be accommodated for dinner as one of our guests was a minor and having to find somewhere else to have our wedding dinner!! This was the last weekend before Xmas and most places fully booked. |

The room was warm, comfortable and clean. As the hotel is in such a beautiful location we were disappointed to have such a dreadful view from room 212 and at times a loud noise from maybe a boiler house. |

It was convenient, clean, easy to book etc. The buffet style cooked breakfast was bot over cooked (eggs) and undercooked (sausages) - the whole think looked a bit tired. The bed was fine except the mattress could have been made much more comfortable with a thin 'topper' |

I have used this hotel 3 time this year, I like the quick check in and out, staff are very friendly. |

Hotel was lovely and very central. My bed was very hard and the hot water took ages to come through in the shower. |

very neat and tidy, nice rooms and lovely breakfast. enjoyable stay exept for night porter being rude. found the night porter very rude when we arrived back at our hotel after a night out. we were sitting quietly in the upstairs lounge and were told 2 drinks is all we were allowed. another group in the same lounge got the same treatment. very dissappointed and spoilt the night. |

I liked the location,friendly helpful staff,good food. the fact that there is no parking facilities for the hotel and the toilet was very cold. |

first night nothing as room small, shower head hanging off, light fitting not working. Second night we were moved to a better room [why are all the rooms not 'better rooms' if 4 *hotel?????????? As before with shower and light plus menu brochure stated fruit yogurt and different types of smoothies which were not available and no-one could explain why yet they are listed on menu. Why?????????? |

The hotel was cosy , tidy , relaxing, comfortable and quite .Had a meal in the Hotels Macnabs bar which was exelent and value for money you wouldnt get at Tesco When booking out £15 had been added to room account and signed for even though charge card was in my pocket at all times.This was rectified without too much hastle but might be something that needs looking into |

Value. Way better accomodation standard than I expected for the money. Great romm, even though small. Good breakfast selection too. No. It was good, especially for the price. |

Business facilities were good Room was too cold and the heating was diffuicult to figure out. The bathroon floor was very dusty and the sink could have cleaner Also couldn't manage to put the TV on, so didn't bother - there were no instructions. Bed was uncomfortable. |

The staff were very helpful and did things with a smile, and I only had to give my name once and then they remembered who i was. Not just this hotel, but why are all the baths small? |

Good facilities and staff very pleasant. No parking at the hotel itself. This posed a little difficulty for one of our party who is not very mobile. |
