Non British on reception, but so friendly and helpful. Also hotel dining Manager polite and attentive to guests. Nothing too much trouble, when I asked for a drop more gravy. Can't fault these staff. Excellent. Only good thing to come out of this visit. Yes...... Hard beds with the springs clearly not covered with any sort of covering of any depth. Bad night of sleep for us both.. Filthy bathroom floor which was tiled. I covered all the floor with towels, as I would not walk on it , even with shoes on. Disgusting. A mop is not needed. A big hard scrubbing brush and hot water, and some great elbow grease is needed. In short....some hard work needs doing. I have these same tiles in my utility room, so I know what colour they should be !!!!!!! |

Good breakfast, friendly staff, cleanliness, close parking, The bed was hard & uncomfortable, my wife took her own pillow - as she stayed the week before & found it difficult to sleep on them. |

Bedroom was spacious and beds comfortable. The cooked breakfast wasn't very warm- neither was the hot water provided for making tea. |

I was impressed by the hotels practical comfort and the standard and cleanliness of my room. The buffet breakfast was varied and plentiful. My visit provided everything I needed for an overnight stay. I will use this group of hotels again. The towels, whilst clean, were rather worn and it would have been nice to have an extra blanket in the room rather than have to ask for it from reception staff. |

Easy to book with very helpful staff.Good parking and room was clean with everything needed to be able to relax. Thought the bathroom was a little worn and could have done with some decorating. |

The hotel was very comfortable and suited our needs for an overnight stay.Breakfast was nice, and the staff very accomodating. The toasters in the restaurant were not working properly and should be replaced. Not enough car parking for when the hotel is fully booked. |

We visited the surrounding area including Chichester and Westdean gardens and drove around the lovely countryside. I chose this Inn as it was the only one that gave me the option of a smoking room. |

The staff were very helpful and we couldn't hear anything once in our room unlike some hotels The car park, the main part was nice but the overflow car park had a caravan and a lorry parked in it where i think some of the staff live it made us feel quite nervous about leaving the car there but otherthan that we could not fault the place |

The location makes it very difficult to walk into Arundell, which was the point of our visit. The rooms were adequate and clean, but did not feel that this offered value for money |

Convenient Bedrooms need a makeover. There was mould round the bath, lighting was severe, bed covers did not match. |
