Good location, very close to Arundel town centre. The hotel itself is fine however, entrance is via two sets of double doors which open outwards but I use a wheelchair and this made entry very difficult as there was no button to automatically open them and they would not stay open when pulled. Also, breakfast was served at 8am on Sunday and I arrived at 8.05 yet the food was lukewarm.

The staff were friendly and accommodating despite being over stretched. The hotel is tired, dated, the tv only had 2 channels working, my room smelt very stale, temperature control was poor , and it lacked any character. I would not stay again or recommend to anyone.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Anything that we needed they sought to get it for us. The meals were good and prices also. Evening meals need a variety of vegetables other than carrots and peas. Quantity of meal was a little large for one person.

Good Location for Littlehampton & Arundel also good road links. Size of room excellent. Good value for money - would book again. Parking - good. Finding the hotel proved to be difficult. Our sat-nav lead us to a farm gated entrance on the a27 saying we had reached the hotel. It was very difficult to turn around as the a27 is extremely busy. On retracing our route my wife noticed 'The Confort Inn' signage on the roof of the hotel from the nearby bridge. We followed the signs to services and saw the garage and then found our way to the hotel. If it had been dark it would have been even more difficult to locate. So - better signage - please! The stay was very good and offered excellent value for money.

Location The bed was the most uncomfortable that we have ever had. It had springs sticking into us and we had to take the cover off the bed to cover the poky springs.

Very over-priced for what you get and nowhere near other 'budget' hotel chains like Travelodge or Premier Travel Inn in terms of comfort, cleanliness or value for money. Every item in the room should have been replaced at least 15 years ago. Room was cold and smelled strongly of cigarettes. Breakfast poor.

I have stayed in The Comfort Hotel at Great Yarmouth a few times, and after that the 'Inn' was a disapointment, the breakfast was cold the drinks were from a machine and the toaster (Do it yourself} need at least three times to just brown. I shall not be staying there again. I shall try the Premier Inn just up the road.

Stayed one night only. Very clean bed and towels and clean bathroom with good shower (pressure). The price was reasonable, will stay again at this hotel when we visit Arundel Castle this summer.

A very convenient location to access both the Sussex Coast and further inland. The staff were all extremely polite and helpful. The rooms are large and very good for a relatively low cost hotel. The bathrooms we had were kept very clean but because some updating is required around the baths (corrosion and age) they appeared grubby

Not to bad, but you could find a better place for this price. Also the post code doesn't come up in the sat nav, so you better contact the hotel for direction before you spend an hour driving up and down and get stuck in the traffick with this road work by the bridge. Enjoy ;)

The receptionist was very friendly, willing to look up answers on the Internet to answer questions about local services The hot water disappeared on the evening of our stay, apparently due to a faulty boiler. On reporting this to the receptionist she promised to investigate and came back with the reason. These things happen.
