It was close enough to drive to the town centre easily. There was sufficient parking. Check in was efficient. We had 2 rooms booked and they were of different standards. 1 was very dirty, overlooking a busy 24 hr McDonalds, the other was at the back overlooking fields. Closing doors shook the whole corridor. V noisy.

The hotel was functional but very basic. The staff were very nice though. If you just need a place to lay your head, this does the job. Breakfast was also very generous. Only 0.6 miles from the station and a few miles from the lovely town of Arundel. Very overpriced.

ease of access was good. It was close to Arundel but far enough out to be quiet at night. A big plus is the on-site parking. Superb value for money.

Reasonable price with breakfast included. Great to have a bar and restaurant. Pleasant staff and environment. This is not a complaint; just a couple of matters that require attention in Room 214. The kettle only works if a wedge is placed underneath the front, otherwise you have to press the kettle down until the water boils! The disk on the top of the hot water tap needs to be stuck down it keeps falling off into the basin.

No fuss. Comfortable and value for money. Bathrooms were a bit dated and a little grubby in the corners. There was a smell of stale cigarette smoke throughout the hotel, perhaps a redecoration would resolve that.

Situation was convenient. Dog friendly. Breakfast included in price. Clean, tidy room. Light didn't work properly in the bathroom - kept flashing - Room 204. However, we were offered the next room where the light did work. Breakfast - bacon was, unfortunately, dry.

Spacious room and ensuite Room and ensuite were extremely cold on arrival as there is no central heating and fan radiator in room had not been switched on, nor towel rail in ensuite. We had to keep our coats on until the room had warmed up a little.

A good sized double room. A comfortable bed. Very quiet. Would possibly stay again despite what I have wriiten below. Would recommend to other travellers but would tell them my findings listed below. No tea or coffee sachets in the room - just milk, sugar, kettle. The ensuite bathroom was in need of moderisation. Mold was growing around the tiles and bath edges. The restaurant was poor. Under cooked potatoes , tough meat.

Not too far from town. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cheap The bathroom needed a revamp and the bed needed a new mattress. The coffee machine broke at breakfast and they did not appear to have a back up plan. Luckily we had already had our breakfast and just wanted a re- fill, we left after waiting 15mins for them to fix it.
