Score from 147 reviews Very good
I liked the location but the facilities need renovation
I made my own bed..not restocked everyday
Hole in the wall. Light fixture not working. Wallpaper and paint coming off walls. Cracks in roof inside. This was a horrible room
Had to move rooms No hot water No remote Old fashioned Outdated curtains Staff was rude to my guest
Everything is VERYPOOR in Norfolk the television is very very old not even work , the bed uncomfortable The room is not presentable believe me Norfolk hotel is 0 star hotel TBH
The location is good and had free parking even in the side street.
Tv, wasn't working due to battery's.. had to get changed for it to work. I had passers in the corridor knocking on my door all through the night. Wasn't good as I cudn't sleep, due to that. The door was a bother as I couldhear it slamming every time someone opened/shut it.
Hot water and all lights working
There was a chip on the carpet, stains on the walls, brown tape around the back of the tv, hardly any channels working, window kept rattling from the wind, shelf above the sink was too close and could just about rinse my mouth after brushing, chair was a state from the material barely hanging on, etc... I wouldn't stay here again, even though it was cheap (£24)
Two nights for £60 Clean room and beds
Quality of room, very tired, not clean, damaged furniture, holes in wall, dirty carpet, very, very poor standard, iron-room -no light
The room was clean and spacious. It's in an easy location to find
Staff not very friendly or helpful. Corridors seem very old and dated, and had a funny smell. The Bed was very small. The shower took about ten minutes to heat up There was a lot of noise from a party going on until 3am, plus there was a lot of noise from the nearby main road.
the lights in the room were'nt working properly
location Cheap but clean
lack of room facilities - only one hwnadtowel and glass in a twin room No working lock on bathroom window Room tired, in need of updating Only one room card issued per room Attended a function and service could have been better champagned and bottled wine very over priced Parking very limited
I really think a double bed is too big for a single room. Leaves six inches to move round the bed. Please guys, have someone paint the walls, they are so bad. Telephone not working, I had to call you on my mobile!
Stay away from it.
Disgusting room condition not a place from accommodation. Staff so rude and dont want to help you either.
The room had plaster falling off the walls. The room smelt of mildew. There were holes in the walls very disappointing and will not be returning
The hotel was very poor. Nothing about the hotel was nice
The second room we were given. The first room we were given was awful so we went back to reception and the receptionist apologised and gave us a much better room.
The first room was awful and shouldn't be used until it has a much needed revamp.
quiet and good service
Location was good, and it was cheap! My room was very basic but ok,but my friends room was in a terrible state.
Reception staff weren't that friendly, hotel generally was shabby.
The out side looked nice
Was Was showan room that smelled ane state of the room was very poor. The room we stayed was clean and building work was very poor.
Reception was very well presented and member of staff efficient. Room was a great size. Bathroom very presentable.
Stains on white bedding red lipstick from a previous occupier. Stains on carpet and curtain. Maybe a matress protector as bed springs could be felt through thin bedding. Hot water for a shower too cool so didn't use.
Their attentiveness to the need of guess
Staff were unhelpful. Room was like a rubbish tip
Reception looks nice
Like walking into a halfway house corridors smelt of drugs...tv didn't work, holes in skirting board, cigarette burns and bloodstains in duvet cover (non smoking room!!!!)
Warm comfortable room. Very helpful friendly staff.
The rooms are similar to a bedsit. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here. I changed rooms 3 times to eventually give up. The door was kicked in, cobwebs on the ceiling. Broken cabinet. TV had no remote, all the lights didn't work.
