nice smallclean room, ideal for a one or two night stay i didnt like the cleaners opening the room door with out knocking...there should have been more privacy than some one trying to enter the room whilst there |

There is a secure car park and the hotel entrance and bar are very modern in appearance Rooms were very small and not very clean. No cold water in the bathroom. No remote for the TV, so the channel or volume couldn't be changed. After asking twice over two days this was eventually sorted. |

it was economical, clean, the parking facility was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. The lift was broken, the quality of the breakfast was only fair ( the eggs and sausage were poor). The towels were threadbare |

Hotel was dirty, room was not hovered and had hair all over. Room was dull, small, toilet seat fell off, pictures on web site looked lovely but it was like a different hotel in reality. Reception and bar area is lovely and modern but rooms are smelly and dated and need a good clean. Would not recommend to anybody. The hotel make you pay before you stay, if we saw the room before we had 2 pay we wouldn't have stayed. Hotel is a disgrace! |

The reception area was very bare and uninviting and the hotel generally was in need of some general care and updating |

Good position - regular bus service to city centre. Secure free parking. Breakfast was very good indeed. the public areas were being renovated during our stay ... not before time .. but I hope this does not mean the prices will go up! |
