Comfort Inn Kings Cross  

It's location. However, the taxi driver could not find it, but asked someone . He was about to phone you, but we saw the sign up the street.

1. Good location 2. Friendly staff 3. Clean rooms 4. Decent breakfast 5. Tea/coffee facilities and free toiletries are a great plus Thank you very much for your service.

I stayed there for just one night, so I didn't really have time to find there anything objectionable.

There are two separate rooms in the suite so it is much more convenient for two males or females

Flat pillows! But I am sure if we asked they would have addressed it as they where very helpful.

Room was tierd, old fashioned and very basic to say the least. Breakfast a bit of a joke with poor quality cheap food stuffs. At £150 a night I'd expect so much more, even in London.

Dead easy to find ,2 mins walk from kings cross/ st. Pans stations and underground

Had a ground floor room which was very noisey at night!

Room size, too small. Bathroom a bit worn around the edges. Hard plastic desk chair in room.

Just having to pay for WiFi connection.

We have stayed here previously on a trip to London and will certainly stay here again on future weekend visits.

The hotel is very well situed. The room was very clean and confortable and the bathroom semed as new. The staff was very welcoming and effective. We spent a good stay.

The breakfast room is a little bit small but the beakfast was good.

Based on the price expected to have a full english breakfast ot a cold continental breakfast. Room was not up to standard as rating would be in North America. Room was smaller than it would be in North America based of four star rating. We used the Comfort Inn because of the name and thought it would be more in keeping with what we are used to so we were disappointed .

The price and location was excellent, also the receptionist went beyond the call of duty to ensure our stay was a complete success

Wifi should be standard in this day and age, toiletries need improving

Actual bedroom was very nice and clean

Breakfast room was not 4 star, I would say 1 to 2 star, reception area and hall ways leading to bedrooms were terrible. Old, dirty carpets, holes in walls everywhere. Nvery disappointing as this is meant to be a 4 star hotel
