Comfort Inn St Pancras - Kings Cross  

Newly fitted bathroom (though no towel rail!)

Steps into the bathroom. House was noisy as I could hear everyone else moving around.

Friendly staff, good room, all very fresh and clean, comfortable bed

Lots of banging from above in the morning - not too early though. Breakfast room a bit cramped. Room fairly small but comfortable enough.

Staff were friendly the housekeeping staff where excellent in that our room each day was made up extremely tidy etc and would put some staff in 4* hotels to shame. Well done.

No chair in room. Noisy-bath fan, drains, and re-occurring riveting noise coming from ceiling. Room did not match expectations from photo shown web page.

Adequate room and services for a short London Stay. The young lady in the breakfast room was very polite and welcoming

The number of fire doors that made moving from one section to another very difficult, especially as each section was at a different level and the doors were heavy.

Staff was extremely nice and always helpful. Room was very clean.

The room for 3 was very small and the narrow hallways were hard to maneuver especially with luggage.

I was disgusted with the hotel there was no door between the bedrooms when I complained the staff were unhelpful and the breakfast was inadequate and poor value. I would never stay there again and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Everything was great! Very pleasurable and comfortable! Would definately use again!

Could hear a fair bit of outside noise from inside the basement room. This was from outside the window and people moving around in the brakfast room.

Good location, quiet and very handy for railway stations.

Great location near St Pancras station; perfect for travel throughout the city. Room was clean, quiet, and had everything I needed. Lots of options for breakfast.

I was a bit uncomfortable walking some of the side streets to the hotel. Once inside I felt perfectly safe.

Close to metro and walking distant to British museum and other attractions!

Our room was close to breakfast area so got noisey at 7am. Not the biggest selection for breakfast!

The Suite we stayed in was just what we needed for our stay. Was comfortable and the hotel was in ideal location for trip.

People very kind, there was a boy who speaks spanish to whom you could ask the best option for you.

They gave us a room in the basement! After our strong protests they change it with another, small , without enough light, in the ground floor.

the welcome from the reception staff was consistently good and helpful. the breakfast welcome was cheery. the room was ideal and the location perfect to access the centre of London.

Rooms were clean & comfortable. Staff were helpful & polite.

Dining area for breakfast was very small & with the number of guests having breakfast at the same time this felt very crowded. Continental breakfast was basic & could have had more options, perhaps cooked English breakfast?
