The location is very good, just a few minutes from King's Cross. The rooms are clean. The beds are decrepit and the rooms are tiny. Not a good fit for the "Comfort Inn" brand. We were charged 200 pounds/night. For such rates higher qualitiy accommodations are available in the area.

The location is very good. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was not fancy, but quite adequate. The room was very clean. The beds, however, were clearly very old and not very comfortable. I continue to be mystified why hotels that are designed primarily as a place to sleep are so negligent in providing decent beds. The beds.

Reasonable size roomfor £90 in London Argumentative front desk staff who kept on asking me to fill in registration data which (a) they already should have had from the booking and (b) was not required [despite the legal requirements being clearly posted on the wall!] Inadequate water pressure in shower made it unusable (3rd floor room)

I thought the location was perfect! Literally a 5 minutes walk to and from the station so me and my friend didn't need to worry about missing our train. Also very close to the underground so easy to get around. Staff were lovely and breakfast was brilliant! Would definitely stay again if I visit London !

Location Room was tierd, old fashioned and very basic to say the least. Breakfast a bit of a joke with poor quality cheap food stuffs. At £150 a night I'd expect so much more, even in London.

The hotel is very well situed. The room was very clean and confortable and the bathroom semed as new. The staff was very welcoming and effective. We spent a good stay. The breakfast room is a little bit small but the beakfast was good.

Based on the price expected to have a full english breakfast ot a cold continental breakfast. Room was not up to standard as rating would be in North America. Room was smaller than it would be in North America based of four star rating. We used the Comfort Inn because of the name and thought it would be more in keeping with what we are used to so we were disappointed .

Lovely, clean, twin room. Great shower and clean bathroom. Nice continental breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Coffee in room. Whole milk instead of semi-skimmed would be better. Chargeable wifi.
