Room was clean and comfortable. Location ideal being so near to Kings cross and tube as we were able to leave bags in luggage room after checking out in the Morning and collect them in the evening on the way to Kings Cross station. |

Breakfast was reasonable The reception facilities were very poor, we had to wait 15 mins to get in the door. The rooms are very poorly decorated and furnished and nowhere near worth the £125 per room. |

location close to the train stations and tube high price for the overall medium quality and internet is not free of charge; it rather looks like bed&breakfast or hostel then the real hotel |

Quiet room, reasonable cost, easy access at all hours and the luggage room Breakfasts a bit noisy, rushed. With healthy eating so important, only yoghurts were fudge! Had to search for crockery, cutlery, juice glasses but staff here most pleasant. Health & Safety dicey- I nearly fell (aged 75) after tripping over electric hoover cord stretched across the lobby at 1p.M. with no one using it and no warning triagle. |

Location was ideal for St Pancras International station. Staff not very friendly especially when checking out. A 'thank you for staying would be welcome'. Rooms are particularly small, no control over air con except switching off at main switch on wall. |

Hotel is conveniently located, and the staff was exceptional. Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Room was small, but apparently that is typical of London hotels of this type. |

Location near King's Cross St. Pancras station is excellent. Hotel staff is always friendly and helpful. A small refrigerator in the room would be an excellent asset. |

Being away from the room . . . The advertised flat was dirty, the carpets were filthy and had the 'semen' stains on the floors. The television did not work, the beds were in such a condition that we did not sleep in them (creepy, crawling, dirty sheets and pillow cases). The service was poor - there was a sign above the wash bowl that indicated we should not drink the water - we asked the desk if we could brush our teeth or drink the water? Response: Yes, but we prefer that you do not." The same desk, when asked about a broken tv remote said, "that's nice-" and hung up. The place is a total sham and I would sincerely not recommend that anyone stay at the Comfort Inn Kings Crossing and, due to the condition of the room et al., I would like to be reimbursed. |

Near to King Cross station. Easily find food around hotel. Breakfast served too slow even if at 7am. Too may doors to get through before reaching hotel room (suites), difficult for family stay with lots of luggage. |

Close to many railway stations and easy access to the London Bus and Underground network. Hotel fair value for those spending one or two nights in London and looking for a hotel with all the basics. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. |

perfect location near king's cross, easy to get to the center of the city (a few stops by tube to Oxford Street), very nice staff, modern room and great value for the money. The room was not super super small as it is typical in London hotels, I have stayed in much worse hotels for much more money. Clean a fairly large and modern bathroom, too. |
