The location is very good, just a few minutes from King's Cross. The rooms are clean. The beds are decrepit and the rooms are tiny. Not a good fit for the "Comfort Inn" brand. We were charged 200 pounds/night. For such rates higher qualitiy accommodations are available in the area.

The location is very good. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was not fancy, but quite adequate. The room was very clean. The beds, however, were clearly very old and not very comfortable. I continue to be mystified why hotels that are designed primarily as a place to sleep are so negligent in providing decent beds. The beds.

The hotel is extremely well-situated for those wanting to use St Pancras Station. We were expecting a very small room as is the norm for rooms in this price range but were very pleasantly surprised. Functional and comfortable. The very narrow hallways.

Location if of great help transportation wise. Staff is pleasant. There was occasional trouble opening the door though and the shower had some temperature problem but all in all good value for money and a reasonably comfortable room.

Travelling from Yorkshire, convenient. My room quiet , appreciated quick e mail reply when I warned I'd be late checking in. The seating in foyer to rest between meeting friends, the luggage room quickly opened before catching evening train and I could re organise travel clothes. Decent breakfast. Pleasant check- in staff both days. Not complaint but concern that in the dark I went to Argyle St. Inn. Without clerk checking my booking, given a downstairs suit, huge, and I was obviously a lone traveller. Payment taken, very hot & tired I had begun to unpack when mistake noted, so had to do check in all over again. It was on corner of St. Chad's St too. A delay I could have done without. Better quality of tea bags, please! Shower door stuck after use so given a fright! But desk at Argyle St. Noted I'd left my mobile in haste to re pack and phoned King's x who phoned my room at once with clear tv instructions.

Location was good. Spring beds were not comfortable enough for us. Room was in basement floor, lots of ups and down steps to take care of. Hard for luggage even with wheels to go on to these steps. Definitely not for wheelchair users.

Location. So close to the Tube Station. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was just ok. Carpet could do with some cleaning. Too costly at £75. It may be Central London but accomodation prices continue to be over the top. More so when it is in time of a recession. But what choice have we unless we win the Lottery!!

Some of the staff at the front desk ware excellent, knowledgeable and helpful. Continental breakfast was adequate and convenient. Location is convenient to all Tube and Rail stations. Many of the staff were unaccommodating, almost rude. Room was shabby-- ripped carpet. I was not given the remote for the ac on check in; I had to ask for everything. Linens, particularly the pillows, need to be replaced.Hot water was available only one of the 6 nights.

I thought the rooms and hallways need refurbishing. Carpet threadbare in some [arts. The staff were all foreign and not knowledgeable of local information. The breakfast was a free for all and I ended up taking mine to my room. I wouldn't recommed this hotel and i won't stay there again. I don't thik it deserves it's star rating and two stars best describes it..

Close to train station. Lift for luggage. Decent breakfast. Most expensive, most uncomfortable. I had been traveling solo in Europe for exactly 4 weeks upon arrival to the Comfort Inn. This was the most I have ever paid for a hotel (ever) and unfortunately the least value in return. The handle repeatedly fell off the toilet and was tricky to work. I believe someone was vacuuming above my room at 23:00. Finally the bathroom sink would not drain. I quickly tired of pulling the drain plug with my fingernails to allow the water out.

The smell in the room was musty. The carpets were dirty. I was in a basement and the carpet was laid over concrete that was uneven. The comforter on the bed was old and inappropriate.

It was close to Kings Cross Station and clean. The extractor fan in the bedroom did not work and there was a charge for wifi which I did not like. Thought the cost per night was quite high

The room was clean and spacious and the beds were comfortable. The shower was great. In fact everything was great including the price. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank goodness we didn't take notice of the negative reviews. Nothing - it was all good.

The twin room size was fair. The bathroom was very good. Breakfast was also good. Overall the experience was good. The narrow corridors are a challenge if you have luggage.

“The staff at Crestfield were absolutely friendly and helpful. The room was small as are all London hotels that are affordable, but I didn't mind it at all. The best part of staying at the Crestfield Hotel is the location. It is a block away from the King's Cross tube stop, which is in the heart of the city. Also, the Pancras International train station is there as well, making easy to grab a train to France/Belgium and the rest of Europe. Can't beat it!” Tony, Studio City |
