Score from 2235 reviews Good
The secure parking The security of fob access into the block
The lack of ventilation in the spare room No door handles on lounge door which was propped open with a chair
Nothing at all
Everything.Too much noise and dirty.Too expensive for that place to sleep in.Was disappointed.
Certainly not suitable for families. Some of the other clients seemed to be clients..... For £189.00 I expected a higher class establishment.
Comfy sofas and beds. Nice view from our 9th floor apartment
Poorly finished apartments. Parts left unpainted. Marks on the walls. No washing up bowl or place to drain washed plates or bowls properly.
Service with a smile.
Beware, they really don't give any refunds if you have to cancel. Even if that happened weeks in advance! So, be absolutely sure that you will not have to cancel bevore you book here....
Concierge was helpful, location excellent & neighborhood vibrant & very today's London. This is not luxury but it is functional & cheap
Instructions for check in could have been better
Te rooms were really nice
Everything outside the room was a little run down and had us worried until we actually got to the room.
Close walking distance to tube/train station.
Apartment wasnt particularly clean, lots of dust & grime in the bathroom (behind the toilet, shower seals etc). Various toiletries in the bathroom on my arrival which looked like someone normally lives in the apartment. The concierge man on reception just handed me a key, I had to ask where/how to get to the apartment. There were lots of flies circling around the front door of the apartment (912). There was a dishwasher but no dishwasher tablets.
The view from the balcony of the apartment is absolutely amazing
It's not the cleanest of places. The apartment looks like it hasn't been dusted in months. The sofa beds had hidden dirt in them when opened up. The bottoms of the curtains were disgusting.
Sadly the main issue was the lack of cleanliness. Dirty sockets n switches, hair on bedhead, hob extractor greasy and dusty, tv, sound didn't work, bath dirty. Therefore didn't use kitchen to cook. Won't use again
no hot water during the stay, no tea/coffee/sugar etc! Tv did not work had no signal. they were not expecting me on arrival. No iron or iron board, lots of damp around windows. Just generally very grubby. would not recommend this for what they charge!!
Its the floor of a council block, not a business let. The communal areas are very poor, the check in is with the security staff who normally sit in on the reception and didn't know I was coming. The flat was old, shabby, poorly appointed and dirty.
These are flats in a fairly poor block of flats, the next door flat had a mat full of dog mess outside on the balcony. I couldn't recommend these flats, I was embarrassed that I had booked one for a colleague.
This place was revolting - it was like some kind of joke. Nightmare trying to park my car - took about 30mins - truly felt like I was going to get mugged. On entering the room the place smelled of drugs - whoever was there before had been smoking cannabis - whether that was the guests or the cleaner. Cutlery was covered in food in the drawer. There was no toilet roll. Freezing cold. Bathroom was disgusting - shower looked like it had never been cleaned. The toilet had pubic hair on it. The TV didn't work - it had been locked on to an adult porn channel. Honestly - it was like a joke stay - NEVER EVER again.
spacious and well equipped
TV not working and very warm
location was good for Exel. DLR 2 min walk away. Internet was very good.
No hotwater. Shower very dirty. To much messing around with key fobs to access the parking lot.
Appalling. Ex local authority tower block. Walls dirty and felt like the scene of a crime. An empty cigarette packet and condom in the bedside drawer.I Couldn't sleep. Would not recommend.
Close to DLR,secure parking (which I had to pay extra for) not a bad view at night
Location misleading as it states Greenwich but is Woolwich, tired room in a tower block for immigrant students, dirty shower and flooring, balcony a disgrace with dog dirt on our balcony and all over the next balcony, all corridors stank.Overpriced very poor value would not stay here ever again or reccomend.Feel totally ripped off as I could have had decent hotel for the same money.
the concierges day and night were exquisit and helpful nice view transportation very close laundry clean
appartment not thoroughly clean, especially behing doors and corners
The views and the facilities, the closeness to the tube station and overground, and to shops such as Sainsbury's, also having a parking space available.
The shower head in the ensuite shower was not functioning correctly, the TV did not have any BBC Channels and the picture and sound quality was poor, and I could not get wireless on the internet (an ether-net cable was provided but was too short to reach the sofa or the table)
Excellent location, beautiful view of the River Thames and Woolwich Ferry, only minutes from DRL station and 30 minutes from the City. great for my temporary job in East London
Very easily located to the DLR into the rest of London.
Staff were absent at check in and we had to wait half an hour outside. When staff arrived he only spoke very basic English and could not answer my questions. Room was very shabby with general wear & tear, several missing light bulbs, broken curtains and the hot water system was not working properly.
The location was ideal for our purposes. Spacious.
The apartment was dirty, luckily I had read a previous review and went armed with rubber gloves so could clean bathroom, loo and crockery before we used it - but didn't want to touch anything I hadn't cleaned!
