The apartment was spacious and well furnished. It ws nice to have full sized toiletries included. The location was quiet with easy access to the town centre. The staff at the reception were polite and helpful. It was not made clear in the information that there was no parking available with the apartment, or that the apartment was a Taxi ride from the reception. There was no one on site at the apartments so when checking out/in there was no one to refer to for outstanding damage, equipment missing etc. Keys were simply left in a post box.So you just had to trust that you would get your £250 deposit refunded. The apartment really needed a thorough clean. Beds were fine but kitchen and bathrooms were grubby with a dirty oven and hob and a mouldy shower door. |

Excellent stay, staff were extreamly helpful, place was amazing, much better than what I thought it would be. Would recommend Comfort Zone to anyone, and will be staying with you again! Thank you for making it an easy and wonderful weekend! On closer inspection of the bathrooms they were not very clean around the taps and sink, but this was a minor detail |

The apartment was very well equipped. We had the luxury of a washing machine and a full oven. Having stayed at a few self catering places lacking these, this was a big plus You have to request service in advance, would have preferred automatic service even if it is once a week |

The Apartment was well situated in the city and close to several pubs and bars, was impressed with the rooms which was clean and tidy. paying for parking, think a free first come first served parking should be used. |

The staff were really very friendly and helpful - the rooms were well equipped and furnishings were very new. Great location for NIA and excellent parking. We felt very secure. a bit noisy but we were in the centre of Birmingham! We had some problems sorting out the bed in the lounge to convert it into a bed suitable for sleeping on but the staff helped sort it out. |

The apartment was really modern - very clean and well maintained. Very central to all shops and restaurants. Not sepcifically about the apartment but outside there was the generator for the hotel next door and that was really quite noisy. |

The apartment was in excellent condition and well-maintained. The staff were very helpful and had maps of the local area ready-printed for tourist enquiries. They also were very accommodating and allowed us a very early check-in (4 hours early). |

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was very clean and tidy and the staff couldn't be more helpful. It was a 5min walk from the ICC where our conference was so very convenient as well. |

Very convenient. Good value. Perfect for housing whole family in comfort and convenience for a weekend in Birmingham. Parking was not that convenient (not unexpectedly in a large city). Not a problem for us as we didn't mind walking a bit but could be more of a problem if people have mobility problems. However, quite possible to do whole weekend on foot, coming into nearby New Street station. |

much better than staying in the "normal" hotel enviroment, freedom to do what you want when you want, ideal for family with children or adults only. website is very misleading as to room sizes, and does not specify that the photos used are for the largest apartments available, also offers a smoking preference and really there isnt one; its totally no smoking. |

Very central - great location and the staff were very helpful, it was ideal for a weekend in Birmingham close to great pubs and restaurants hot water for shower and bath lasted for about two minutes so you had to be quick as it went cold after that. |
