Lovely staff

Arrived and was welcomed by a helpful, friendly receptionist. Check-in was simple and straightforward. Secure car park was a bonus. Apartment was lovely. Modern, clean and with everything we needed. Shower was lovely too. Would definitely return for another visit.

The one thing I didn't like was the fact that the sofa bed in the lounge. Fine to sit on, but for sleeping it was uncomfortable.

As an Aparthotel, Comfort Zone provides fantastic value for money when compared to local hotels. All the facilities of a trendy apartment for less than that of a standard double hotel room.

Unfortunately Comfort Zone requires a refundable deposit of £250.00 due to damage and vandalism from previous guests. Some damage is visible in the rooms, with sofas particularly in poor/torn states. For budget accommodation, the deposit conflicts the purpose I feel and can cause issues as it takes a few days for the deposit to be returned to your account. Its a shame a few spoil it for so many. A lovely aparthotel otherwise.

The location was fantastic with easy access to the Mailbox and Broad street. The size of the apartment was great, with all the facilities needed to make it a comfortable stay.

Decor was a bit run down, eg. flooring

Quiet, accessible to central Birmingham business facilities.

very close to both town centre and Broad street, both within easy walking distance. Secure parking well worth the £10 charge per day

no hooks for towels, robes or coats, although I did mention this at the time

Spacious, excellent value, very comfortable. We will definitely book there again in the future

Furniture was beginning to look a bit torn and wardrobe door ( sliding glass) fell out!

Staff took a copy of my drivinglicence and £250 secure deposit. Never had to do this anywhere else when renting an apartment. Never felt so wrongly treated. Plus, they refused to discard it once I checked out. Doesn't feel safe (fraud activity) and I won't go there again!!

Good to have the ability to make our own meals.

Sofa bed was uncomfortable to sleep on and ripped. Stains on bedroom carpets.

The apartment was beautiful, clean and super central. Also it was easy to pick up the keys and for a 10ner more you can part your car in the apartment block's parking.

The deposit would put me of if I was short on money on my bank account.

We were greeted by a friendly helpful receptionist. The apartment was absolutely gorgeous, beautifully decorated, stylish modern furniture, the most comfortable of beds and beautifully presented. Security doors & gates to carpark. We're looking forward to our next visit.

The only thing we didn't like was that there was no blind or covering on the bathroom window. When my wife was in the bathroom on our arrival, a man on the outside balcony pushed his face up against the glass which my wife was very disturbed by. We covered it with a towel.

Easy to find and check in, great views from our balcony. Stylish modern apartment. Very clean.

bit of damage to walls and flooring looks a bit shabby but doesnt really effect your stay!

Carpets in bedroom stained and sofa was ripped. Negotiated a £10 discount and midday checkout as alternative rooms were smaller. Once home I was invoiced for late check out and again had to complain.

Uncomfortable beds

They take a £250 security deposit off of your card. And it can apparently take a week for you to get it back
