Right in the town centre which was good, room was comfortable and rate was cheap. I got a room next to the elevator and the noise it made woke me up once or twice and the bathroom ventilation system was really noisy too. |

It was close to what we wanted as going out for meal ad clubbing, staff was very helpful, clean and tidy too. It is very noisey but was a weekend when stayed so understandable. |

Very near Nottingham areana. Good location for food after the concert. Staff on reception were very helpful especially when we needed to locate the rearest carpark. Good variety of food for breakfast. Very near shops and pubs. Shower was difficult to fatham out and could not turn tap off. Was a little chilly in the rooms but we did not stay in for long. Spacious but basic. |

good location very poor decoration, the hotel defiantly need some repair work, I changed 3 room during my stay: one was too small, another had big windows and I could not fix them properly, the third one was OK though the water in the shower was always too hot that I was not able to change it and wash properly |

Hmm....I'm struggling here.... Sunken mattress on bed, icy cold room and no heating and the window wouldn't close, right next to a beer garden= lot's of noise. Extra blanket in room was ready to walk out by itself as was so dirty. Damp on the walls behind ripped wallpaper. We were given an alternative room which when we went to, was full of dirty laundry from other rooms and bed was unmade. We went back to old room when heating was switched on. Felt like we were being flea bitten all night. We were waiting to see Basil Fawlty behind the desk in the morning but the reception was busy with other guests waiting to complain. This place should be condemned! |

It was very handy for city and very central. Price was relatively cheap for 3 people Very noisy street life on weekend nights. Difficult to find in one way system. Offsite parking at £11 was extortionate and had no choice. Internal breakfast was expensive but probably value for money if you were going to use it all - very local McD cheaper alternative. |

Nothing. This is without a doubt the shabbiest hotel we have ever stayed in. I booked t surprise my husband for our Wedding Anniversary and was totally disappointed. There was damp patches on the walls, thin mattresses and a teaspoon wedged into the sash window tostop it from dropping down. Need i go on any further? |

Location very uncomfortable beds and too small a breakfast area, we were asked to wait 10 mins on our check out day but thankfully the chef offered us seating in the bar area. |

Locationa is in the city centre - near restaurants, cinema, shops. As it is in the city centre, you might get a room with a window on the street with bars - it was pretty loud every night, not just weekends. Only one of three receptionists was nice, other two didn't even say "Hi" when guests entered the hotel and looked grumpy. |

The hotel was warm and staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent and plenty of it. Overall hotel very shabby and in need of refurbishment/good cleaning in particular carpets, windows, curtains etc. Bathrooms definately need replaced. Web site does not reflect the present state of the hotel. |
