It's convenient when we are visiting family. When we get " a deal price it's OK . Our twin beds were comfy ! Given a ground floor room with window that did not lock !! Shower did not work ( after complaining a new part was fixed ) THE TWO ABOVE WERE KNOWN BY THE MANAGEMENT PRIOR TO OUR INFORMING THEM !!!! Hairdryer only blew cold/warm . Parking at night was very difficult ie no spaces left Breakfast is OK but cooked food cold and you have to queue like a child and you are limited to what amount's of your choice

This hotel is value for money. The room was adequately furnished with tea and coffee and hairdryer. I stayed there to visit family who lived nearby so didn't need the tube which was a 20 minute walk away. The best thing about the hotel was the restaurants on site - we arrived quite late and only had to walk a few yards to a brilliant but unpretentious French restaurant where the welcome was good and the food was brilliant. We slept well as it was very quiet and we would definitely stay there again if we visited the family,

we stayed due to price mainly as London can be expensive . The hotel was close to main roads for easy access to the city and close to a lot of differant places to eat if the hotel restaurant isn't to your taste.

Good food in restaurant Bar bill minimum £10 spend per drink if you wanted to puit it on your room. Ridiculous, and despite having credited £50 to my room at reception was nott avdised of the £10 issue until after I had been served my drink

This hotel suited us as a family. Great breakfast and choice of options nearby for evening meals. Staff were ok, but not overly friendly or helpful. A couple did need to complete Customer Service 101. Our original room was shabby, and we only had one night in that room. After that our new room was great, tidy clean and comfortable. Indifferent Staff

Good location and transport links. Staff were generally attentive and friendly Generally the hotel is rather run down - badly replaced wallpaper when entering the ground floor lift is not a good intro. The rooms are a little dated but of a good size. Sound insulation throughout the building is very poor and bordering on the unacceptable as door springs ensure door slamming throughout the night, poor partition sound proofing between rooms and poor window insulation make for a rather disturbed sleep which is really not acceptable in 2012. Additionally there are no power points around the bed meaning you can't charge easily overnight

Staff very helpful and considerate. Breakfast very enjoyable with good range of food available. Unable to turn off heater at night and the room was too warm. Having said that daughter's room was not warm enough.

The staff were helpful & friendly and the breakfast was lovely. For me though, the bed was not comfortable - it was too hard and too narrow. (My daughter & I shared a double room with 2 single beds. Thankfully, she slept well. Generally though, despite the sleepless night, it was good value for money. The hotel is conveniently located for restaurants and entertainment. It was also very quiet in our room which was much appreciated and the free parking is great.

Our stay was relaxing and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and efficient and nothing was too much trouble. For breakfast, the only comment was no Orange Juice but there were plenty of alternaives so was not a real issue. Well worth the stay

Hotel staff were very helpful. Room was very clean and a good size. Large flat screen TV in the room was a bonus. Handy for North Circular Road. Car park was on the small side and shared with a Restaurant so parking difficult. However we parked (accidently) in the David Lloyd behind the hotel no problem. The exit code is dispalyed on the wall by the sports centre reception.

The closeness to Ally Pally. The cooked breakfast could have been so much better if the food had been cooked instead of micowaved. Plus on a Sat with a show to get to an 8am breakfast is to late 7.30am start would help greatly and make me want to go back.
