Incredibly proficient staff, always helpful and polite. Hotel completely messed up the booking and charged me a month before my stay. They were very good about correcting the error but if I had not picked it up I would have been left without a room on the night. Also I was billed a month in advance and nothing coud be done re this. |

the only thing that was good about my room was the shower. my room was dark due to trees outside my window it was hot, these rooms need air conditioning and with the window open was very noisey with the traffic and the sports centre across from the hotel until late at night. |

Breakfast: good choice, strong shower, The room was very hot 27.5 C the air con would not work, Noise from road, Windows only open small amount for security and safety so no air, dirty windows, bathroom light would not work, flimsy shower curtains allow water to flood floor in bathroom. We did use the comment card to inform of maintenance needs, but they were not resolved, we were offered a different room, but as it was the last night, we did not take the offer. |

It was the location as we did not want to drive into London but stay were we could get on the tube. It was clean, comfortable and very friendly. We could also leave our car whilst visiting London city without further costs. |

Was really impressed with the value for money of the room. Have paid a lot more for a poorer room before. Check in was painless, staff were very helpful. Highlight of the stay was the fantastic breakfast. Really good accommodation Nothing at all, location ideal for us. Have nothing but praise for this accomodation |

Clean, convenient location, parking and local facilities good. Only minor - some breakfast items ran out at various times and there could have been more choice of cereals etc |
