Comfort Hotel Finchley    

Je suis venue avec ma fille de 18 ans,et nous avons tout apprécié:confortable,silencieux,accueil très agréable(Rizwan à l'accueil a été très disponible...),copieux petit déjeuner...

Un peu loin du centre de Londres...

Nous avons apprécié son calme et son confort.

Le déjeuner commençait un tout petit peu trop tard à notre goût.

La propreté de l'hôtel. La rouille dans la salle de bain nous a un peu déçu

meme un peu excentré, cet hotel est tout a fait d un bon niveau, propre et confortable. Bonne adresse pour un séjour a londres. Il est situé a coté d une zone commerciale avec restaurants ce qui est pratique

The hotel has everything we need, and the immediate location has excellent amenities.

We stay here often but breakfast seemed a bit haphazard this time; we had for spoons, then plates then knives to be replenished.

The staff were pleasant and helpful and ordered a taxi which came promptly. The room was clean and comfortable.

No particular concerns.

The hotel is clean, the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is good quality if you get it, most hotels in London do not offer this as part of standard room price

Althought a good cooked breakfast is provided, its rationalized and you are only allowed to go to counter once. They do not inform you of this, you are told when you try to ask for anything else. Breakfast staff are unfriendly and dont speak any English, dont expect any favours if you are a few minutes late for breakfast " weekdays 7-9", they will tell you "sorry" The hotel is app. 30-40 minutes by public transport from central London.

Nice and clean

Bathroom needed attention as handle falling off bath, breakfast nowhere near as good as when we stopped there before. Not friendly staff in restaurant either :(

Large clean and comfortable room ,an excellent breakfast included and all staff very friendly. Also free wifi in bedrooms.

It was well located for me for visiting friends. It was quiet even though no far from a main road which gave me access to shops and transportation. Very good value for money - no need to stay in central London!

Breakfast! Drip coffee would have been a very nice touch instead of instant - especially for overseas visitors like me. Eggs were dry and tasteless, and the service was perfunctory. Dinner the night before was quite tasty, so I was surprised about the breakfast.

location, great staff, good bar / food, large clean rooms, parking, price very good for location.

If I am being really fussy the decor in the rooms is a little tired, however I am happy to pay less and have a slightly outdated decor.

Rooms clean and functional. Reception staff friendly, welcoming and efficient

Bathroom bath panel really needed replacing, not enough coffee, milk and sugar in room. Breakfast was a varied selection although the sausages and bacon were a little bland

mix up re rooms. Booked into one, but someone else later booked into same room with our luggage already in there!

Comfortable room, huge bed, clean, cheap, convenient for city centre and access from motorway, free parking

Dining room too small for the numbers staying there, some staff unfriendly, breakfast facilities lacking in crockery/cutlery resulting in waiting for clean utensils. serving area too small. Shower in room provided incosnistent temperature, taps in sink were dificult as the ater didn't mix and the hot was very hot - would have worried about children using it.

Not much Breakfast time a bit chaotic, sometimes shortage of crockery /cutlery- noboby starved

Amazingly good value for money. £65 for two for one night included breakfast with a choice of full English and continental dishes. Staff very helpful. Room very comfortable and clean, with king size bed & plasma tv. Very highly recommended

Good value for money, accessible to where I needed to be.

Everything was good.

The reception staff were polite, effecitent and helpful

The waiting staff in the morning practically took the dishes out from people as the ate once 9am arrived, also the lack of additional cereals to replenish stocks once gone.

Breakfast was poor and very busy.
