The only good thing was the restaurant which served good meals and the staff there were pleasant. More expensive to stay here than Belfast, definitely not worth the money. But unfortunately in Portrush not much choice. Receiption staff were unwelcoming, hotel needs some tlc and is rather drab. More expensive to stay here than 4 star hotel in Belfast!, Definitely not worth the money. But unfortunately in Portrush there is not much choice of hotels.

The ramada hotel was brilliant. However it was easter weekend it was very busy there wasnt any room in the bar to drink or eat. But all in all I would 100% stay here again staff very friendly, rooms spotless, and I had a very comfortable stay. :) Just the business of the hotel but what else do you expect with a hotle like ramada

Staff very welcoming and friendly, hotel clean and great location. Although the rooms accomadated 3 people we were not able to book one room for the 3 of us,as it stated 2 people maximum per room. We therefore had to book 2 three bedded rooms.

Location The hotel should put all families on he same floor and couples well away from families with all doors open. We had to move due to the noise of families all in and out of each others rooms.

Clean and comfortable rooms Breakfast was just ok There is no residents bar available at night so those wishing to have a drink on returning to the hotel after an evening out cannot do so.

From the moment we entered the building we were given a very friendly welcome. The reception staff were extremely pleasant and our room was ready and waiting though we were one hour early in arriving. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the food is excellent and reasonably priced and the waiting staff are friendly and very helpful. The pleasant atmosphere generally within the hotel makes for a very enjoyable stay. This is our second stay at the Ramada Portrush. We plan to return later this year for another short break. And ohhhh the beds are soooooo comfortable. I could say nothing negative about our experience at the Ramada.

Everybody was so friendly - we got our rooms with sea view without having to insist on it ( as in other hotels where we booked this) - The food ( dinner) was excellent even for my very discriminating brother ( international businessman)

This was the only hotel that I have ever stayed in that had a set menu for breakfast and they would not deviate from it, my husband asked for poached eggs or boiled eggs and they would not do them. I think this is outrageous in this day and age not everyone likes fried or scrambled eggs, although the waitress did go to ask the chief he refused. This surprised me as I have stayed in other Ramada Hotels but would now reconsider staying in them again.
