The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. I was staying over new years and before I arrived I got a call to check if I wanted to make dinner reservations as the hotel was nearly fully booked. The rooms were very spacious and clean. I got a room with a lovely sea view. The only thing is the cost for wi-fi: very expensive rates

Clean as usual, very nice buffet breakfast, helpful and friendly staff. Duvet far too heavy and warm, and slept without it for most of the night. First night had noisy occupants in the next room, though when I rang the night porter he sorted it out very quickly. Had flickering light at the doorway, which wouldn't turn off, so had to remove the card for total darkness at night.

We both loved our stay at the Ramada. It was close to the Air show & the staff were so polite & helpfull from the receptionist to kitchen staff, bar staff & room service were all so helpfull. It was home from home. We liked everything about this hotel & would deffinately come again. It was clean, comfortable & very relaxing with a great welcome.

The large queen beds were very comfortable indeed. Hotel central to town with the popular Harbour Bar and Bistros nearby. We asked for bath and sea view and got both. Windows to our room in need of cleaning. Would have liked more breakfast choice, eg black pudding or mushrooms. Cost of Internet and printing for on line check in rather pricey.

I found the two ladies at the Reception - Kelly and especially Giranche, and also the young lass at breakfast, Michaela, provided excellent service. They were efficient and helpful nd at the same time were able to be as friendly and happy as well. All three made our stay most enjoyable. Thanks We couldn't stay there longer1

Myself and my daughter just love our wee annual break in Ramada...hotel great in every way and we especially love the friendliness and genuine helpfulness of reception staff...they are lovely...and also the night security man!! Very friendly and helpful....been coming to Portrush since i was 5 so all good memories...love it!

A good hotel, and the value was excellent. However we stayed during a period of extremely high winds and found that the wind whistled through the windows, so loud we couldn't get any sleep! When we explained this to the night porter, he kindly moved us to another room were the problem was not so severe. Good staff attitude. No pool. Can't have it all really!

The location is central for beach and sight seeing. The staff are exceptionally friendly from the reception through to the dining room. I particularly appreciated their awareness of gluten free dietary requirements with home made cookies on offer. The car parking spaces are particularly narrow.

The friemdliness and helpfulness of staff. The fact that we had a sea view room which we had requested. The short walk to shops, bars and restaurants. We did not have an evening meal in hotel but menu looked varied and not too expensive. Breakfast at hotel was superb. Some complimentry bottled water would have been useful in the room.
