There is no possible way to get something to eat anywhere in Portrush after 9.30 p.m. - and the hotel does not make an exception from this rule. Besides, when I went out in front of the hotel to smoke a cigarette, I was imperatively told by the receptionist to leave my glass of beer inside; then he locked the door behind me so that I had to knock on it before being able to get back inside. |

Whilst comfortable for the price paid for rooms would seem high as stayed in comparable Travel Inns which are far cheaper. the linen on the beds............gave the impression you were lying on broken crisp packets. |

Our room was spacious and comfortable with a view of the water and park. It was wonderful to have face cloths, soap, and shampoo available with our room. |

Professional staff at frontdesk and restaurant, polite and friendly. Location is very good. Meal variety is good and is not expensive. Good value for money. The bed matrass was too old and not very comfortable. Some windows could not be open and in a hot day the room could get too hot. |

This was a central location in Portrush with excellent sea-views. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were notices in the lift warning guests that they were not permitted to consume any food or alcohol in their rooms other than that purchased in the hotel. This made the hotel sound like a 1950's boarding house!the sea view was somewhat spoiled by condensation in the double glazing. |

The service was great. The reception staff was really welcoming, and helpful. The food in the restaurant was lovely, and good value for money. The hotel is really well located, just in front of the sea and in the city centre. I didn't like the fact that the bar closed at Midnight. |

the room was lovely and spacious and staff were very helpful. there was a bit of noise out the back after midnight, think it was the bar staff emptying out bottles after closing time. |

The central location of the hotel , the general cleanliness of the hotel, the friendly staff, the good meals and the room was comfortable and clean. I did not like the lack of parking at the hotel and this caused problems trying to park the car given the one way system and the amount of double yellow lines at the hotel |

Restaurant was very good. breakfast was excellent. Shower in room was great. The walls of the bedroom were very thin and had to listen to a man snoring next door all night - horrendous! |
