I've stayed here for the past five years or so and return, mainly because of the warmth and friendliness of the staff. The location suits me, also. I have no complaints (or dislikes) about the Days Inn Westminster.

Convenience to Victoria bus station. Clean room. All basic facilities provided including very reasonable buffet breakfast. Our room 553 had many pleasing features but the shower over the bath was in an awkward position due to the sloping roof and the bed was too soft. As above position of shower and bed being a too soft.

Well located (very near Victoria Station). Booked a triple room and had 2 x singles, 1 x double bed in a nice room with lovely high ceilings. The room was hot (although it was a very hot day) and stuffy.

Location is reasonable. Within 1 mile from Victoria Station. Rooms are too small. Some members of the staff are not very sympathetic. Too expensive for the size of the rooms.

The hotel staff even helped me through his iphone application to book a parking spot for my car and pay it to the local. Cleaning ladies went to clean my room at 4pm in the afternoon, when I needed it to get changed! And my parents who were in another room were on the street side and it was really noisy.

I found the the Staff, basic facilities and the location very apt for the purpose of my stay. The staff were very helpful and appreciate the courtesy and hospitality extended during my stay. However, the TV had very few channels to view and I suggest that this can be looked at. Thanking you

A great place to stay if visiting London on a short break and arriving at Victoria. Only a ten minute walk from the Coach Station. The hotel is well presented with flowers outside and is freshly decorated. The staff are competent and friendly; they smile and present a human face when dealing with you. There is a luggage room so on departure day one can leave cases for collection later allowing a trouble free day sightseeing. The hotel is in the heart of Pimlico with Tate Britain a short walk away. The surrounding streets contain fascinating antique and other shops and there is a corner shop close by for newspapers and anything one has forgotten. The 24 bus stops pretty much outside so Victoria, Parliament Square, Westminster, Trafalgar Square and the West End Theatres are only a short ride away. Pimlico Tube station is also only a couple of minutes away. The hotel is formed from several houses and retains its traditional frontage whilst inside it retains the staircases. The floors are well carpeted keeping noise to a minimum. There is wifi available for a small fee throughout the hotel. The standard of decoration in the bedrooms is very good and the en suite was well thought out. Our double room was on the small size and the bed was against the wall but this did not detract from our positive experience. Twin rooms would avoid this possibility. The road outside the front is busy and therefore can be a little noisy but the windows are double glazed keeping noise down. There is no air con.

The days in is in a very good location, close to Victoria rail, tube and bus station. It's a little dated inside, but clean and the bed was comfortable.

Well positioned for our needs, family close by. Good restaurants in the area, quiet location, providing the other guests are not noisy which unfortunately for us was the case on our first night. Very basic but clean.

Good clean room although a bit on the small side.Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was good - would recommend the sausages! No 24 bus which stops right outside is good for going to Westminster Abbey and the heart of London. The underground also only 200 yds from hotel.

Location only. It is a very old place, the staff was unfriendly and the room was incredibly small and the bathroom even more so. Do not stay there.

Good central location. Reasonably comfortable for a short stay. Breakfast is fairly good value by London standards. Handy for both Victoria ans Pimlico station. This hotel needs a bit of updating. Old tv with limited channels and no radio. I am a solo traveller but book a double room for extra space. This double room is just about adequate for 1 but would have been cramped with 2 adults in. Most suited to a short business trip where you don't spend much time in your hotel.

Convenience to victoria station, good location for restaurants, the feather pillows The male receptionist on in the evenings was hopeless and unhelpful. The lift only went to the 4th floor and we were on the 5th. There were some nasty stains on the bedroom carpet and the carpet was shabby and felt grubby. The towels were very tired and worn. The interior definitely in need of refurbishment considering the price one is paying is way above the norm for a 'travelodge'. The cafe/bar closes at 10pm which seems very early
