The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The location was very good The hotel was very old fashioned triple room very small and the ensuite was a disgrace, very disappointed as i was the one who booked it as a treat to a dear friend. The dining room was of a very low standard and definitely did no have breakfast there. |

We liked the the place where it was situated (near Victoria station but still quiet) and the value for money it gave us. The rooms are small (as rooms in most of the hotels in Pimlico are) but all you could wish is present. |

The location of the hotel was great, very close to Victoria Train station. Easy to get to and from Gatwick ariport. Not far to walk into city sights. Nice pub style restaurants close by. Our heater didn't work and although the reception clerk did get us a portable one this didn't work either. We also had trouble with the water on the last day and didn't have enough for a shower. I thought the hotel was a bit expensive but the location was good. There are plenty of hotels on this street. |

Nice area and easy for the tube. The fact that there was no water and I couldnt get a shower or bath before I went to work was really bad. People I spoke to said that it had been the same the day before. I wasnt even offered a free breakfast or a reduction for the huge inconvenience. |

I booked two rooms as my friend was over from Australia and is 65 so we took her to the theatre and wanted to stay as close to Victoria as we could. I found the staff very helpful and i am planning on staying there at easter with my husband and two sons. The bar could have stayed open for longer but that is not a complaint just a suggestion. |

Great location close to Vicoria (walking distance) and many sights. Close to a bus stop on a quiet street. Nice view of Big Ben and London Eye from the top floor. Good value for the money. Front desk staff not too friendly, no free internet - wireless for a charge |

The decor of the rooms was neat and contemporary, the room size was adequate in that you didn't have to move furniture or squeeze past anything to get around. Everything was very clean. The staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was lovely. |

It's proximity to the underground station (Pimlico) and Bus Stop (bus #84). The hotel description says there is an elevator w/c is one of the major features that made me choose this hotel. However, the whole time I was there, it was supposedly out of order. I've never heard of a hotel that runs out of razor & shaving cream, except for this one. Reception also said they'll try to look for sewing kit but never got back to me. Yet they have a notice in the room that says, "If you have forgotten any essential item, then please contact reception. We will be happy to provide with our compliments: shaving cream, disposable razor, comb, toothbrush, toothpaste, or sewing kit." |
