Days Inn Westminster  

Perfect for travelers, clean, hot and good staff! Obviously the room wasn't so big, but with a big bathroom and comfortable. I choose this Hotel after read all the comments... i can't ear anymore that Italians people want more than that. We loved days inn.

A great place to stay if visiting London on a short break and arriving at Victoria. Only a ten minute walk from the Coach Station. The hotel is well presented with flowers outside and is freshly decorated. The staff are competent and friendly; they smile and present a human face when dealing with you. There is a luggage room so on departure day one can leave cases for collection later allowing a trouble free day sightseeing. The hotel is in the heart of Pimlico with Tate Britain a short walk away. The surrounding streets contain fascinating antique and other shops and there is a corner shop close by for newspapers and anything one has forgotten. The 24 bus stops pretty much outside so Victoria, Parliament Square, Westminster, Trafalgar Square and the West End Theatres are only a short ride away. Pimlico Tube station is also only a couple of minutes away. The hotel is formed from several houses and retains its traditional frontage whilst inside it retains the staircases. The floors are well carpeted keeping noise to a minimum. There is wifi available for a small fee throughout the hotel. The standard of decoration in the bedrooms is very good and the en suite was well thought out.

Our double room was on the small size and the bed was against the wall but this did not detract from our positive experience. Twin rooms would avoid this possibility. The road outside the front is busy and therefore can be a little noisy but the windows are double glazed keeping noise down. There is no air con.

The rooms were very clean.

The hotel was basic. The lift was broken and we had to walk 3 flights which was awful with a suitcase. The bar was not open and it was raining so we didnt go a lot on the hotel really.

Location was perfect for all the sightseeing.

Stayed here for 1 night stay , ideal location for west end . Hotel room clean , slighty small but this wasnt an issue for us . Would stay again

Nothing springs to mind

Location is reasonable. Within 1 mile from Victoria Station.

Rooms are too small. Some members of the staff are not very sympathetic. Too expensive for the size of the rooms.

The hotel staff even helped me through his iphone application to book a parking spot for my car and pay it to the local.

Cleaning ladies went to clean my room at 4pm in the afternoon, when I needed it to get changed! And my parents who were in another room were on the street side and it was really noisy.

The location was excellant, it would have been nice to have breakfast included in the room price, just cereal or toast would have been perfect.There was an option to pay for breakfast in the hotel which we didn't avail off. The staff were ok, I would not use the word friendly to describe any of them, this put us off paying extra for the hotel breakfast. Saying that, the hotel was clean and well located and I would use it again.

The room we were allocated was big and clean. We were able to check-in earlier than the usual check-in time of 2pm after explaining that we were in London for a day festival. The hotel is very convenient to Victoria Station and underground. We would definately use this hotel again when visiting London.

Great location in Pimlico area, and only a 5-10 min walk from Victoria train station. Good value for money compared to some other hotels in central London.

The days in is in a very good location, close to Victoria rail, tube and bus station.

It's a little dated inside, but clean and the bed was comfortable.

Good location at a reasonable price

The keycard frequently didn't work, the room was very small, with not enough fresh air & it was quite noisy.
