close to where i needed to be and staff very friendly no option for breakfast to be part of overall cost, had to pay seperately, which can cause confussion when you go down for breakfast. |

Good View of London eye, Big Ben etc from top floor. Quiet, decent standard of decor and fittings. Nearby lots of decent restaurants and good access to central london (houses of parliament, trafalgar square etc) Internet very expensive £10/day (it costs you almost nothing, so I felt like a victim - surprise me and do it for free - I'd tell the world about you!!). Ironing board very small and hard to acess (I burnt myself trying to iron a short). Nevertheless pretty good all round. |

The location is very good, close to some of the main points interest of the city. It was a bit too noisy at times. |

what you expect from a small London hotel. a tiny room with nothing included, but nothing to complain about after looking around I found better prices at other similar hotels in the same street |

Location was good for my needs. Had trouble with my keycard a couple of times the receptionist was not that friendly or polite when dealing with the problem. |

Liked most things about the hotel to be honest - room was small, but the low rate more than made up for that. Really enjoyed breakfast too ! I really like the street that the hotel is located on too - central but quiet, and really close to victoria and Pimlico stations would be good to mention the dimensions of the room that you are getting as it would have been very cosy with 2 people staying in it |

Clean and nice room with everything you need in it (σιδερο, σιδερώστρα, πιστολάκι...). The hotel was 10 minutes away from Victoria stasion and Pimlico station wan only 3 minutes away! very good value of money! |

Location One of the rooms was located between the kitchen and the delivery door. It had a motion-sensor light that flashed on and off all night! The food deliveries began very early and the noise and light were a problem. The room was not a secure room either: it had a window that opened onto a stairwell that was accessed easily from the street. A disaster of a night!!!! We want a refund in fact! |

The hotel was in a good location in that it was close to Westminster and Chelsea. It was surprisingly quiet for being in such a location. I found the room very clean - if small, as I was staying in a single. |

The central location made it ideal for walking to most of central Londons best attractions. Our room was next to the lift which was very noisy. |

I enjoyed the location of this hotel - it's in a nice, quiet area with easy access to shops and public transport. My single room was very compact, but clean, and the single bed was comfortable. The room had a flat screen TV and tea/coffee making facilities, too, which were bonuses. As mentioned above, the room really was compact. If I had to pay more than the great rate I got through booking.com, I would look to stay elsewhere. Also, there was a crack in the toilet seat, which 'pinched' you everytime you sat down! I left a note for this to be repaired - I hope it is fixed quickly! |

Hotel was clean and nicely furbished. Much better standard that similar price hotels I have stayed in in London. good location quite quiet but not too far from tube. Good to have lift access with luggage and staff helpful about leaving luggage on early arrival |
