The initial impression of the room was it was very, very small. But we were there from 9.30pm until 7.30am as we were booked on Eurostar from St Pancras. It was perfect for purpose, it was clean, quiet and comfortable. Pleasant staff, a good shower, plenty of hot water and an adequate buffet breakfast. And an excellent location. Impossible for two grown up people to get dressed at the same time due to lack of space. Beds rather too short for people over 5'9"! |

close to St Pancras train station, suite n12 was nice and clean: we spent a lot of time in the room with the kids due to bad weather and it was ok. breakfast in the basement is not the best way to start the day |

The location, right by Kings Cross tube. The room was excellent along with all facilities and breakfast was good, It was quite expensive for a single person staying but the facilities were excellent. Everything I needed was at hand. |

The location was excellent - a two minute walk to the underground and Eurostar. The staff was helpful and nice. They were great at helping with directions to places, booking tickets for tours/shows, and allowed us to store our luggage upon arrival until the room was ready at 2 p.m. (a huge plus for us as we arrived in the morning and had a lot of luggage). The shower was good sized and water nice and hot. The continental breakfast was very nice - fresh pastries each day, lots of cereal, cheese and an assortment of drinks. The wireless was around $30 for a week, which seemed reasonable; it was a bit slow though. Everything in London seems a bit pricey for what you get. The breakfast room was tiny and sometimes very crowded. |

easy access to train station/underground. Room clean, fridge and microwave an added bonus. Also, left luggage facility at no charge is helpful Breakfast room too small, also very little variety in the choice of breakfast |

Was getting the Eurostar to Paris the next day so location was perfect. Just 5 minutes from Tube Station. Very friendly staff. Price was expensive I thought |

Its close proximity to St Pancras station, we were using the Eurostar so this was of prime importance. Disappointed with the staff who were quite grumpy in the Breakfast room and offered no thanks or friendliness when we paid our bill on departure. |

The vast amount of space within the suite, which would have slept four easily, everything was vert clean and I was most impressed at its proximity to St Pancras and Kings Cross |

The room was large and comfortable. Excellent bathroom. Continental breakfast was included and had a good selection breads, cereals, juices, etc. Nothing wrong with the hotel but this part of London is definitely short of good restaurants and shops. The area may not appeal to everyone, particularly in the evening. |

Very conveniently situated for Kings Cross & for getting around town. Able to leave luggage in storage after checking out on last day. Breakfast was part of the price. Very pleasant & helpful staff on reception. Fridge in room was noisy - another time would switch it off overnight. |

The location, very close to kings cross, tube, buses are nearby the room offered initially was at the basement!!!!!, and the room I was stayed was 106, which was one of the smallest rooms ever, specially if you consider that it was a twin room. there was not space to walk in and to put the suitcase.!!!! |

The location The covers of beds were dirty, the room 106 was small and designed for 1 person, although it has 2 beds. I would be very angry if that room was sold as a double room. Breakfast could better with little and better reposition |

The twin room was very clean and attractive and quite large. There were plenty of towels and hot water. The bed was comfortable. Very close to St Pancras station. Helpful reception staff. We only had an overnight bag, but the narrow staircase to our room could have been a problem if we had luggage. |

Location was excellent - very close to St Pancras International Train Terminal and Kings Cross Tube and Northern rail lines. Great for staying either before or after Eurostar crossing. Buffet continental breakfast was better than expected. Room was compact and pretty basic but was clean and comfortable. One of very few hotels that accommodated 2 adults and 2 kids for a reasonable price in one room. Separate bedroom (double bed + 1 single) to Kitchenette with extra single bed Front desk staff were not particularly focused on the job. Maybe they should pause their obviously personal phone calls when attending to paying customers. |

The hotel is perfect for travellers wishing to be near St. Pancras station for an early Eurostar train. Small breakfast room. |
