The location after arriving late off the Eurostar was so convenient. Also close for Underground and other nearby attractions. For us as a family of 5 it was great to be able to be accommodated in a family suite with two rooms. Also having an internet connection available in the lobby without us needing a laptop (we don't have one). The noise generated by the kitchen staff early in the morning as they prepared for breakfast as the breakfast room was next door to our room.

Good location just 5 min from st.pancras and kings cross railway stations, tube and bus stop.m&s simply food, costa, starbucks around. The hotel is clean, our room was equipped with microwave oven and tea making facilities. It was very good for family pc computer for guests near reception with free internet connection Suite is very small for 5 persons, extra-bed occupies almost all free space of the room, breakfast is very simple, wifi for extra fee

The convenience of being able to walk across to St Pancras the following morning to catch my Eurostar train to Lille. Five minutes walk is most acceptable. Also the staff were helpful in moving us to a lower floor as there is no lift servied to the top floor. The bathroom shower needed attention and I mentioned this at the reception desk. The bedroom carpet neede cleaning or replacing. Not all floors of the hotel are serviced by a lift and with heavy luggage this could be a problem.

The staff were great really friendly and the facilities certainly adequate for our two day stay. Location is brilliant and the price ok for London. Would stay again. While the buffet was fresh it could do with a little livening up; by continental standards it was limited.

It was clean + tidy, all the facilities we has a family needed. Breakfast time was great, plenty to eat + all fresh. Toilet wee bit smelly but must just be the drains as the rest of the suit was clean n fresh. Bedding was comfy + clean. Staff very polite. I would recommend this hotel to friends + family + would stay here again. =]

excellent value for money, rooms were large, spacious, comfortable, clean. excellent location, excellent transport links within minutes, friendly staff, baggage store was extremely useful for late night return train journey. my only dislike was the kitchen area for our suite was outside the door and accessible by all who pass through the main foyer.

Perfect location near London's highlights and St Pancras international railway station. Small, basic rooms, with one shower and toilet for 5 persons - that's understandable. But really bad was the breakfast room that could only host 10 people at the same time. This resulted in long lines, people waiting, taking trays with breakfast back to their rooms: very inconvenient. I think they should have a larger space for breakfast so they can host their guests properly in the morning's rush hour. They try to make as much money as possible from their hotel, not willing to use extra space for breakfast.

Excellent value for money. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We booked a quad, but these rooms were full, so received a triple suite and double. All members of staff were very helpful. While the breakfast room is small, staff were on hand to provide trays so that food could be taken up to the bedrooms. The location was great, opposite Kings Cross, but up a side street away from the noise from Euston Road. The drain smell in the toilets is the reason behind 9 rather than 10/10. This has been mentioned in other reviews, and since we were on the first floor is likely to be a problem throught the hotel. It must be possible to do something about this.

Very central across the road from King's Cross and close to Euston. Modern interior, plenty of space and good size rooms for the price. Kitchenette and fridge, small desk and chairs. Another futoon bed included. Sold as single room but could sleep four! Value for money, would stay again. Safe was not working. Wi-fi not included in price. Breakfast continental srved in small space.

Ideally located for those (like us) travelling on the 10:17 Eurostar to Disneyland. It was an approx. 5-10Minute walk to St.Pancras International Station. Continental breakfast was very good, however, the breakfast room was very small. Luckily we were the only ones in there. We arrived at 19:30 on a Thursday evening. We were hungry and were desperate to find a good place to eat in - unfortunately there was nowhere. We ended up with McDonalds!!!!

“The staff at Crestfield were absolutely friendly and helpful. The room was small as are all London hotels that are affordable, but I didn't mind it at all. The best part of staying at the Crestfield Hotel is the location. It is a block away from the King's Cross tube stop, which is in the heart of the city. Also, the Pancras International train station is there as well, making easy to grab a train to France/Belgium and the rest of Europe. Can't beat it!” Tony, Studio City |
