The location after arriving late off the Eurostar was so convenient. Also close for Underground and other nearby attractions. For us as a family of 5 it was great to be able to be accommodated in a family suite with two rooms. Also having an internet connection available in the lobby without us needing a laptop (we don't have one). The noise generated by the kitchen staff early in the morning as they prepared for breakfast as the breakfast room was next door to our room.

Is hardly what I would call a suite. Very small room, only has a sink and microwave, etc. Not like other Comfort Inns I've stayed at.

I really liked the proximity to the underground and train station. Our room was very conveniently located near the breakfast room. The breakfast was about as good as a continental breakfast can be. Our room was on the lower ground floor so it was very quiet. Computer access in the lobby was also helpful. My credit card bill was offered to me in us dollars which resulted in an extra currency conversion fee. I should have requested that the bill be offered in gbp. But I did not know this until later. It appears that the bank is always trying extract an extra pound of flesh from us. The breakfast room is a bit small and crowded during the peak time. However, our room was a suite next door to the breakfast room, and we were able to carry the food to our room and eat there.

Very helpful reception staff member - ensured we had the best room fro our family's needs. We also required breakfast earlier than the allocated time, and he ensured we were catered for. Milk was off and kitchen area was very messy, although as I said, we were earlier than the time allocated for breakfast.

Close to St Pancras Station is the only positive Room was cramped with less than 12 inches between the foot of the bed and the wall you need to squeeze through to move around the room. Much too expensive for that type of room.

The front desk staff were very friendly. It was extremely noisy in the room facing the street. Very minimalistic. Beds were not comfortable and on wheels therefore, moved very easily so be careful leaning on them. I didn't like the area. Not a lot of choices for good food to eat out.

The room facilities were great. There was a small kitchen area with fridge and microwave which is useful for a solo traveller as they are less likely to dine out. No de-caff coffee or tea in room or at breakfast. Bed kept sliding away from the wall. Not all the main TV channels available.

Very convenient to Kings Cross/St Pancras stations. Amazingly quiet despite busy surroundings. The Indian gentleman at the desk let me borrow his own mobile phone charger when mine stopped working. Excellent quality yogurt in breakfast room. Arrived around noon after 10 hour flight to "are you not aware of 2pm check in" from the Pakistani young man who apparently staffs desk on weekends. Quite an unfriendly welcome. Tells me WiFi is free in lobby when he meant that the one computer, not WiFi, is complimentary. WiFi itself is horrendously pricey £15 for 24 hours. Finally my room was odd- I'm travelling alone but got a "suite" comprising 4 single beds, all uncomfortable.

I liked the atmospheric neighbourhood of this part of Bloomsbury; the staff were helpful and friendly; it's great to have an included breakfast. For London standards the rooms were largish and clean - it's not a luxury hotel for sure, but we enjoyed it a lot. The neighbourhood seems very safe (some reviewers said it was iffy). Our room was on the top floor and we had a walk up after the elevator - not a problem for us. Not a place for people in wheelchairs unfortunately.

The hotel was very conveniently located and perfect for this stay. The room and the bathroom were clean. Nicely sized room and it was great having a small kitchenette.I liked the fact you could leave your suitcase aswell leaving you free to explore the shops. Overall with the deal from Booking.com this was value for money.

Location was good due to tubestation nearby. Some of other guest were rather loud during the night as well as in the morning (shouting, banging doors) which disrubted our sleep significantly. Although this is not the fault of the hotel itself, these guests were not asked to think of the others and the rooms themselve did not contribute due to poor soundinsolation. The breakfast was well organised, plenty but some more choice (only cheese or jam) would be apreciated. The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. Overall a good value for money (especially with the reduced rate), we had a nice stay and would most likely go back if next time we decide to go to London. Spacious room, good facilities in the room, tea/coffee, fridge, microwave, television and location to Main Line Railway Stations. Ideal for our on-going journey via the Eurostar. Have used before and would use again We would have preferred an English cooked breakfast

Spacious and comfortable suite at a very reasonable price and close to St Pancras so within easy reach of london attractions. Excellent continental breakfast - lovely croissants! Limited number of restaurants close by, although we found some more when walking away from the station in the morning.

Location was great for St Pancras & Eurostar connection, Breakfast in the hotel was continental style Buffet and was very adequate, reception staff where friendly enough The wc though reasonably clean, bowl really needed bleachiing as there was in grained stains !Though rooms are double glazed you could hear people chatting and walking along the streets outside, perhaps something that maybe could be addressed. Breakfast / Kitchen staff not very friendly, though tables were cleared & cleaned quite promptly

“Bed was clean and comfortable, liked being able to open window. Tea and coffee supplied, -appreciated. Breakfast good, except only one toaster and a queue of 4/5 people all the time to make their toast. Not good if you are catching a train etc.. Liked the fact there was a night receptionist, felt safer, and the receptionists were both very helpful..The location was great only a short walk to station, and the pub on the corner did a good meal at reasonable price.” Eva, Pembroke Dock |
