The bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent
The breakfast was below par with no working coffee machine, the hot tap didn't work in the kitchen, the air conditioning, the fact I was told breakfast was at 7:30 when it was at 7, the difficulty dragging my bag to the top floor stairs, I was left to wait 15 mins at reception as it wasn't manned and I was in a rush. I think that is it.
Location and access
Need more facilities for a 4 star (coffee machine was not working for 6 days, room refrigerator was not working for 6 days, WiFi had an issue) so should overcome those hiccups
The internet was not working, which was essential for my work.
location, friendly reception, near to M&S at St Pancras for self catering.
Bit tired, basement room stuffy and next to breakfast room (just through a door), very expensive.
Plenty of space in suite, very prompt and efficient checking in and out. Very interesting 'map' of London on the wall of breakfast room.
Nothing really because an adequate fresh, tasty Continental breakfast was enjoyable, but don't expect a full English breakfast feast.
I have to pay for wifi, 2l/2h
I liked the breakfast offered although the coffee machine produced nothing but hot water for my five day visit. Nescafe was okay. Hard boiled egg was good but I was told not to use a bowl for it! I appreciate this opportunity to complain to Comfort Inn's office.
Staff that was untrained in all aspects of the hospitality business. No one could fix the TV for 4 days. First day,I was given a smaller room than I reserved, then a bigger room on 3rd floor. Had to carry my bag up one flight stairs. We are 82 years old and furious at the lack of service.Staff's English language skill was minimal.
Location, price, facilities, good breakfast
Soft beds. Stains on carpet.
Everything. Our rooms were in a cellar with no view. We had to go through a kitchen to reach them. Only one bedroom had air-con. We daren't open a window for fear of vermin coming in from outside so 1 of us was hot all night. The Manager only arrived after check- out time. No response to complaint from Manager. Only stayed as we got there late. Toiletries were awful. Carpet was stained.
Exellent service with very friendly staff.
no suite and no nothing!!! they call a 8 m room a suite! don't fall to this trap!!
We found the staff very helpful and friendly
Beds very comfortable with clean linen. Good shower.
No cooking facilities, only microwave. Room bit smelly. Carpets could do with being replaced.
Loved the location, breakfast was good, room clean and quiet. Staff friendly and helpful.
It was so close to Kings Cross International. I was upgraded to a suite and there was plenty of room. Everything was clean, the breakfast was really good and the staff were helpful.
Proximity to Kings Cross and Eurostar.
TV and safe did not work, even after reporting to Staff. Toilet smelly on arrival. Cracked tile in bathroom floor. We thought this hotel did not present value for money and the breakfast was very basic.
The shower was the best I have had at any hotel. The breakfast was alright and there is a lift to every floor for people with limited mobility.
The room was always too warm. We would wake up in the middle of the night and have to put the air conditioning on to cool the room down. The quilt was a 7.5 tog which was way too thick.
Room clean and modern. Pleasant staff and extremely helpful with booking taxis , shows and advising of places to eat. Continental breakfast good value
Basin did not drain. Advised reception who sad they had previous problem and would see to getting fixed, not fixed after 4 days,
Room not refurbished, very small. It cost the same as other refurbished, larger rooms with natural light, sofas and tables. No kitchen facilities. Breakfast not worth the price. Way overpriced.
Good location. Good breakfast. Good hot water supply.
Requested a quiet room for retired couple. Were given a basement room through kitchen, also noisy with tubes passing underneath every two minutes. Room was refurbished to good standard though missing a phone despite querying this. Staff noisy when accessing service door. Tiny bathroom.
The location was exactly what I hoped for, very close to Kings Cross Station and the Underground. The room was much bigger than I expected and very comfortable. The bathroom was a little smaller but it had everything we needed. We can't comment on the breakfast as we left very early the next day and didn't have time for that. The staff were so accommodating and extremely helpful.
Small space, but understand that European hotels offer smaller spaces than North American
Great location and base for getting around London, Rooms perfect if you're a group of friends or family and on a budget.
comfortable beds clean rooms helpful staff excellent location nice breakfast
a bit small, but it is London & there were 4 of us in a room, so to be expected really
Excellent location, very spacious apartment for four people - two rooms plus bathroom
very difficult to get the temperature right on the shower
