Quiet room. Relaxed atmosphere.

Bit pricey.

Good sized room. Nice to have kitchenette and fridge. Nice breakfast.

Several things in room were broken, cupboard shelf with safe on it, bathroom basin plug, curtain rail etc. No fire escape route except via stairs

Room was immaculately clean, staff very friendly and helpful. We had a seperate room for our 2yr old which allowed her to rest undisturbed by us using tv/kitchenette/bathroom. Location was perfect for being near to Kings Cross where we arrived into and gosh where we attended the following day.

Unfortunately the hotel was unbearably noisy. It took a long time to get little one to sleep and husband and I hardly slept all night. The street itself was fairly quiet which was good considering the central location but the floors and walls are paper thin in the hotel. Such a shame as otherwise the room was perfect for us.

Cracked tiles in bathroom, broken window in bedroom stuck with sellotape, curtains blowing caused by wind, although windows were shut, sink plug would bot release water, so rendered sink unusuble, dirty window ledges. The room described as a suite for two people, but there was a double bed in one room and twin beds in the other one, no settee to sit on, not what we booked. We asked for no charge to be made, but this was refused and we were told to wtite and complain. This is the worst room we have ever stayed in.

We just wanted a reasonably priced, reasonably comfortable hotel in a good location. The Comfort Inn was just that. Nothing flashy, but nothing bad. We stayed in Room #12 (one-bedroom apartment). It was perfectly comfortable. There is no noise from the streets, despite it being quite close to busy Euston Road. We had a baby, so this was important to us. Breakfast was sparse, but fine. Staff were lovely and friendly. 20-30 min walk to the British Museum and Oxford Street. About 3 minutes away is a great little shopping centre (I think the Brunswick Centre- or something like?!) which has a couple of easy eating restaurants: Carluccios. There's a pub on the corner with good food too. Would stay again.

The room was very small, not enough space (Comfort) for the double bed and two singles that were in there. In the basement with very little natural light. Quite spooky really. Strong smell of air freshener in the room. Breakfast was meagre with little choice - compared with continental breakfasts provided by hotels in France and Italy. Would certainly not recommend stays of more than one night.

We stayed there overnight in order to catch a fairly early Eurostar to Brussels/Bruges. It served the purpose well.

You can't put a no smoking sign on the door of a room that stinks of cigarette smoke and call it non smoking! The bed was uncomfortable, general cleanliness poor, requested help with tv and told would be let know and still waiting for the call! Breakfast was appalling, coffe out of old cafe machine was appalling! No value for money, stayed in better 3star hotels for much less money!

Nothing at all, except that the staff was friendly, though they couldn't do anything. When I asked directions to the nearest grocery store of the friendly woman at the desk she took out a map, and misread it - sending me in the wrong direction, but she was sweet. They offered us a different room which they said was larger, but that's because it had 4 beds, which of course was not what we needed.

We were so disappointed with the so-called "suite" we had reserved that we almost left immediately, but were told we would be given a bigger room the next day, so stayed overnight, tripping over ourselves and our suitcases. The room was VERY small, with insufficient room to unpack. There were 2 small drawers, one of which could not be opened and the hanging space was insufficient. The cooking facilities were not that - there was a microwave and minibar size fridge - no way to actually cook. What's more the "kitchen" was outside the door of the room, which locked closed when one went out to it, so we had to prop it open. There was NO table, and only 1 chair. I suppose we were supposed to eat sitting on the beds. It was entirely unsuitable for us - we are both retirees. There was a double bed and a single, but the idea that 3 people might have fit into the room is laughable. There were no open windows that one could see out of - two small opaqued windows. The shower/toilet was about the size of an airplane toilet. I am a frequent traveller, and most often book accommodation via the web, but the problem here seems to have been the blatant lies of the website describing the "suite." which was of course not a suite. The place was very clean, and the breakfast was adequate. The place was clean and there was a large tv screen on the wall, and having paid for the wifi it worked well, but our money for it was not refunded when we left on the next morning.

Staff were willing to debate issues between the hotel and customer in a respectful and polite way. The location of these suites is extremely handy for Kings Cross / St Pancras. Just 150 yards from the Euston Road, in a quiet side street.

On arrival at 11 pm, tired, having paid for a standard double room, we were first offered an unpleasant basement room (Suite No. 1) with a double- bed and two single beds, poor ventilation and and a faulty door handle. However after some debate and telephoning we were offered good replacement accommodation (Suite No. 14) on the 3rd floor. It is therefore best to request accommodation on any of the higher floors (1st, 2nd or 3rd).

We were in transit to Paris via Eurostar so the location of this hotel was excellent and very good value for money. It was clean and although we didn't have cause to use the kitchenette this would be an ideal facility if you are travelling with young children. We will be considering it again for short stopovers in London.

The staff Hack, Asad and Jawad were very helptful and had information at their fingertips. They were very warm and friendly and accommodated all our requests with a smile. The location was fantastic just a stone's throw from King's Cross Station and St Pancras Station.

The staff made us feel comfortable, they were friendly.

The size of the room was too small! Also, I have to say they do not offer a continental buffet breakfast. However the quality of the breads was good.

Cleanliness. Carpets, bathroom and linens were spotless. Very quiet considering you were 200 yards from St Pancras.
