Hotel staff, cleanliness of my room, self service for drinks (cafe, chocolate, tee) during the whole day. I was surprised at the »British« breakfast. It was like for vegetarians. |

The staff were very helpful. The room was ready and we were able to leave our bags at the hotel at the beginning and end of our trip. There was free hot drinks available all the time. It would be nice to have a bar area or larger area to sit together. |

The Receptionist on our arrival and during our stay could not have been more helpful.He took the time to ensure that our room was ready for us and allocated us to a room which suited our needs. The double bed in Room 601 was not the most comfortable, however we had access to the single bed as well which we made use of on the second night of our stay. Both my wife and I suffer from hip problems and if I might suggest that the bed here be replaced with a kingsize double and remove the single. This would be more suitable to people with needs like ourselves and also give that little bit more space for manoevering in the room itself. Breakfast suited us, we are light morning eaters. However again may I suggest that perhaps a different layout would help to avoid a bit of the congestion which seemed to occur each morning around 0900. |

Convenient for Victoria underground; easy to visit shops & theatre. Continental breakfast adequate and general decor pleasant and clean. Nobody seemed to know where this hotel was situated. Definately not on Buckingham Palace Road! The correct address was 10,St.Georges Drive which is 300 metres off Buckingham Palace Road and then the cab driver was uncertain of its whereabouts. |

the staff were very helpful. the location was great and all the facilities were excellent. great to have free internet access. great from our point of view was that we were able to have a room to accomodate 3 adults which i struggled to find in a lot of london hotels. i was slightly worried that our room was up a few small flights of stairs and although there was a fire hydrant outside the room there was no fire exit other than the window without having to go back up these stairs. i would be worried if elderly guests were staying in this room. a cooked breakfast would have been nice but can't grumble at the price! |

The main plus point is the location. Very good price for location next to Victoria train & Undergound station. Also next to coach station. So the transport links are excellent. |

the hotel was comfortable, clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. it was convenient to travel on the london gatwick express to victoria station and ideal for accessing many parts of london on the underground rail systen. |

The staff were excellent and the rooms very clean. The hotel is exactly what we need for a city break a 'base'The reson for choosing the hotel was it was cheap but although it was cheapp and you 'get what you pay for' Ryainair thinking, this hotel combined a low price with a service over and above the price reflected. |

clean excellent location for theatre and buckingham palace not much to do in lounge during evening, especially for our family, telly, little bar games for younger children, computer points only one, also no snacks. breakfast, this is england we like a cooked grilled, bacon, egg etc breakfast, 1 nights stay was not cheap for bed wash facilities and telly in room, not in it much. |

Hussein was brilliant and made the stay very comfortable. All our needs were met. The breakfast was fresh and everything was very clean. The room was very small in the lower ground. There were people smoking out the windows above us and throwing their cigarettes down by our window. Our room then smelled of smoke. |
