Cleanliness, breakfast, TV
Noise of trains all night, hard bed
The location meant that multiple transport options were minutes away.
Some train noise & vibration, but it didn't bother me.
Very clean. They upgrade us to family room. Did not try breakfast. The only thing is noise from the train. But we were on third floor and it was not bad with window closed and air conditioner on. Convenient for transport. Left lugguage cost ￡1 @. Nice staff. We arrived at 11:20 pm but check in is smooth.
Easy commute from airport to London Victoria station by train. Walked to hotel in 10 mins. Excellent location to get to London sights and restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel for location, value and cleanliness.
Room was a bit small and tight but not unexpected.
Clean well equipped room. Comfortable bed and simple air-conditioning. Close to Victoria station.
In my room one could hear trains going over points and rail gaps, but then I chose the hotel to be close to the station
Easy to reach room was very clean.
Room a bit small but it was a good touring base
Noise from the train station. breakfast not included only coffee.
The location was ideal, being so close to the victoria coach station and victoria rail station and tube. The rooms were of excellent quality with plenty of space. The bathroom was very modern and clean. Would recommend.
Location Cleanliness Recently renovated
First room located in basement and upon request the room was changed to one next to the lift and near the front door which for security reasons slammed shut and was in use all through the night
Room was small; trains outside the window were noisy all night; breakfast was not included, and when we purchased breakfast, it was not worth the money.
Great location just one block from Victoria Coach Station and two blocks from Victoria RR Station and Tube. Clean, remodeled room with GREAT towels.
Be aware that this hotel is right next to the railroad tracks so you can hear the trains coming and going from Victoria Station. Below average breakfast. Tiny flat screen TV with no CNN-I or sports channels.
good Location clean and rooms are small but modern not a lot of room for suit cases. Wi-fi
Staff are not friendly or helpful
Very clean, well ubicated, staff cooperative
Rooms too small, noisy from the trains, wi fi very poor
Bed was very hard and squeaky. It was difficult to get comfortable.
Great location. Within walking distance to both the tube and train station. Room was clean and comfortable, but not very spacious, which is expected.
I was not able to sleep at all for the 3 nights I stayed there! The room was basically next to the railway track, so I could hear the trains coming like every 5 minutes! So annoying! Felt like changing the room, but could not be bothered. Avoid room 517. On my 3rd day, I was not able to use my card to enter the building. Upon checking with the reception, they accused me of having another person in the room which is meant for a single person, as they saw an extra luggage in the room (which I actually bought to fit all the shopping I did in London). The accusation really put me off. They have CCTV installed and should be able to see any visitors coming in and out, and not just simply accuse their guests!
Very convenient for Victoria Bus Station (I had an early departure)
But also bang next to Victoria Train station: could hear (and feel the shaking)of the trains until 1pm and started again around 5am. Rooms rather bijou (fortunately I'm small) but beds comfy and overall clean enough. Had to request different room as both time they offered me a basement room first: felt very cramped and next to outside door: didn't feel safe.
size of room paying to hold bags on day of check out for an hour
The location was excellent for our needs. We went to both theatres near by which was perfect and were able to walk to the many tourist spots. We were fortunate to have a room on the lower floor and it was very quiet.
The location was excellent - near to Westminster and Victoria. Lots of local and friendly pubs. I had a lovely meal in a pub around the corner. Wifi available - but not for downloads though!
Staff not very friendly - it doesn't cost anything to smile does it? They were polite. At breakfast space was at a premium - very tight with suitcases around - as everyone wanted breakfast at the same time.
our room was facing the station. hard to get to sleep as trains were constantly going.constan noise at night
We had a very comfortable room with one double and two twin beds and it was perfect for my daughter, 2 sons and I. The room was spacious.
you can hear the noise from the tube, so if you like complete silence a lower floor may not work.
very close to Victoria coach station
Proximity to Victoria and places to both eat and see. Very clean hotel. Possibly a bit noisy for some people.
I couldn't get the Wi-Fi to work! Breakfast room!
The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful. It is in a good location with excellent transport close by.
The window did not let in much light - I had to have the light on when I was in during the day. This did not spoil my stay as I was not in the room long except for night time
suited our needs
kitchen a little small
