Nice and convenient being near to Victoria Coach Station. Was able to get into our room on arriving and on departing was able to leave luggage until it was time to catch the coach. Rooms were very clean and buffet style breakfast ideal. Staff were very obliging. Hope to revisit at a later date.

Ideal location for Victoria theatres, train and coach stations. No noisy traffic. Very good (if slightly cramped) continental breakfast. It is located next to Victoria train lines, which is no problem with the windows closed, however with no air conditioning it was hot, so we opened them and had to put up with the noisy squealing trains until the room cooled down enough to shut them again. Shame otherwise perfect.

Close to local attractions, walking distance to Buckingham Palace. Noisy at night, close proximity to Victoria train station ment it was too noisy to have a window open at night.

We stayed at the Comfort Inn for 3 nights in August 2011. Our party had 2 double rooms. The room allocated to my husband and I was fine as we could open the window, but this was quite noisey due to the main road outside, however, we didn't really find it a problem during the night. Howeve, the other double room was very small and cramped, with no natural daylight. There was only one person occupying this double room but had it been a couple, there was little space to move around. The staff were very attentive and rooms were very clean. The breakfast area is clean and tidy, but small if everyone decides to eat at the same time plus there were people coming in and out with suitcases while you were eating. Overall, a great location, very near Victoria Station and Buckingham Palance which suited us. We could also leave our luggage on our departure day for only £1 which was great.

I am afraid there was very very little I liked best, in fact I shall not be using the Comfort Inn again, nor shall I recommend it to others. The room had a very strong odour from the bathroom drains...it was not clean, the noise level was bad, and interupted sleep.

This is our second stay at the Comfort Inn and chose it again for its central location and reasonable cost. Also if you like to eat out there are many wonderful restaurants all nearby and would highly recommend Kazan specialising in Turkish dishes but just remember to book as it proves very popular amongst locals.

1. The convenience of being near to the tourist attractions which we had planned to visit, and close to the bus station in a quiet side street. .2 We were fortunate to stay in the new Annexe across the road and everything was brand new and well designed Thank you for your care, we had a great weekend a . . .Pat and Jack, Dorchester.

Very convenient place to stay - we went to Apollo Theatre to see Wicked and it was only a few minutes walk away. Also convenient for Victoria Station. Room was clean with good facilities, a bit on the small side but considering location that was to be expected for the price. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice for a Continental style breakfast. Due to close location to Victoria Station got woken early by train giving a toot.

Location, can walk to Palace, Westminster. Underground connections Most tour buses. Excellent breakfast (cold) for the price. Rooms well renovated and good use for the size. Modern bath Luckily weather was good and we could keep windows shut blocking out street construction and train noises. If it was hot without a/c this would have been bad.

First of all the friendly staff, they always had a cheerie look about them and were very attentive. I stayed with my son and sister and had a very comfortable room with a seperate section for my son. We had no problem with noise at all so maybe we got one of the best rooms. Breakfast was ideal and the girls were lovely. Overall the hotel was everything that we wanted and we would highly recommend it.

Excellent friendly staff and close proximity to all the attractions and train station Breakfast was boring, they should mix it up a little. Just to change fruit and bread selection would be a start. We stayed 8 nights and were very sick of what they had to offer. Small thing like this would make a big difference to guests.

The hotel were always very friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was well situated for Victoria coach station and close to local attractions. I would have liked more selection at breakfast. Last time we stayed the breakfast was included in the price - shame we had to pay for it this time.

I was put in the basement room initially but after I complained about the lack of wifi, the next day I was moved to the 4th floor, overlooking the train line. The train noises didn't bother me and I was very impressed with all the bird song I could hear. The staff were extremely accommodating, from helping me with my luggage and hailing a taxi to phoning the train station to confirm that I was going to the right station for my destination. I had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast

Despite the fact that the hotel did not have air conditioning and it was very hot, they brought us a fan as soon as I called down. There is a very nice pub just around the corner with great food and drink and the rear entrance to Victoria station is just across the street from the pub making for some reasonable means of transportation. Walking to the London Eye is doable along with the attractions near there. Restaurants along the way to stop and enjoy the scenery and take a rest. Overall, a fair price and clean accommodations. I would consider using again but not in the summer. Despite the fact that the hotel did not have air conditioning and it was very hot, they brought us a fan as soon as I called down. We were able to open the windows and get some breezes but did have some street noise but not enough to keep me awake.
