Nice and convenient being near to Victoria Coach Station. Was able to get into our room on arriving and on departing was able to leave luggage until it was time to catch the coach. Rooms were very clean and buffet style breakfast ideal. Staff were very obliging. Hope to revisit at a later date.

Close to local attractions, walking distance to Buckingham Palace. Noisy at night, close proximity to Victoria train station ment it was too noisy to have a window open at night.

Handy location for some sites in city and close to Victoria Station Not a luxury stop but decent value and clean. Space is a little of a premium but fairly well manageable. Got a little hectic in the reception area at times

It is a very well located hotel with personnel very helpful and friendly. The price is very reasonable. May have rooms a little small and some are accessed by stairs. Heating is very good.

That is was available during the event I visited. Price versus quality ... 300 pounds for a basedment room in which the room shakes every couple of minuites when the tube passes by is just crazy.

Clean, friendly hotel. Pretty basic but good value for money. Pretty noisy. No inside locks on balcony doors which ment we were worrying about the kids getting out on the ledge

Proximity to bus, rail and underground station. Breakfast was good. One member of staff was extremely rude on the last dy when we were picking up our luggage. The tv in our room didn't work and nothing was done about it when we mentioned this at reception. The rooms on fourth floor had slanted ceiling which was very uncomfortable ad had to walk bent over and still hit shoulders and head. It's a danger to people's health and those rooms shouldn't be used.

The location for Victoria coach station and the 'Mall' for after the London marathon was perfect. Price is good and many good restaurants and shops in Victoria coach station made it ideal for us. Facilities in the Hotel were just enough for our requirements, except limited tv channels and text not working. I was especially pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the politeness of the cleaning staff. I would personnally like a micro-wave in the room, or access to one. Breakfast is a little expensive considering you can get it locally and cheaper.

The location, the access for my dad as he cant use stairs so well, the new renovation is excellent, i was well impressed. beds really god and overall design of our room. nothing, great place and at the right prices for london.

Hotel has a very good location. Our room was quiet and clean with the new equipment. The personal was friendly and helpful. We had breakfast in a local cafe and we didn't buy breakfast in a hotel. a room is very small

The hotel is nice, clean, comfortable and well-located. Victoria Bus Station is around the corner as well as Victoria Station. The staff is friendly and helpful. I forgot my iPod in the room when I checked out and the staff gave it back to me when I came back later to take my luggage. The luggage room is not a real luggage room.

The cleanliness of the room was very good. Coffee in room was nice touch. Adequate breakfast. Accessible to Victoria Station but too far from city center. On arrival, was told a double was one bed, no two bed room was available. I specified two beds on booking. This should have been clarified when comfirmed. The next day, was moved into a room with two beds, so attempt was made to correct issue. The night bolt would not work but told not to worry-no one could get in, (any staff could have gotten in.) Baricaded door with a chair. Asked for wash cloths -told house keeping was gone for night. Doubtful I would recommend this establishment- "maybe" would be the better answer.

Central location A week ago we stayed at this hotel and had a room on the front of the hotel which was quite noisy with the rail and road traffic. This time we had a room on the side of the hotel which was much better, the only downside was the creaky bed!

Friendly staff, clean room and shower. The room we were given for 3 people was really a double, so we would have been very cramped to stay for longer than 1 night. Also the windows were very old, but with no air conditioning it was necessary to keep them open therefore being kept awake with heavy traffic noise.

A nice refurbished hotel with friendly staff and central location. We had a room on the front of the hotel and it was rather noisy with the railway and road traffic. Could do with better double glazing.
