The location was excellent for closeness to Victoria Station, tube, Central London and shopping areas. Good shower and clean bathroom. Comfy bed. Room (609) had a bad smell in it which the hotel attempted to mask with overpowering air freshners. Room was booked for two people but room had two twin beds and a double which meant room was very crowded, this meant it was not relaxing to be in the room. Room was right next to road and railway line so was noisy and this wasn't brought up when we made the booking. Room was also directly under breakfast area which was used 24 hours and had a wooden floor so every movement of chairs etc could be heard. Breakfast area was so uninviting we had breakfast elsewhere even though we had paid for it. WIFI connection worked first night but not for the rest of our visit even when I asked about it the reception said it was working. |

I liked the location, short walk Victoria St. The room had all we needed for a short stay. Good competetive price that included breakfast. Modern functional room. Shower and toilet particularly good. Outlook from basement widow very limited. The toaster at breakfast could not cope with the numbers taking breakfast. Suggest a larger commercial type. |

Staff faciltated move to far superior room after first night's problems. Newly refurbished therefore clean and comfortable. Closeness to all transport links. Basement room 604 was a hell hole and stiflingly hot and extremely uncomfortable. We could not be moved to the next day and then moved to another basement room which we refused finally being moved to a family room on the 3rd floor that was fine. Breakfast area needs review - poor layout. |

Check in was really simple, had a nice surprisewhen we got a free upgrade to a bigger room. Hotel was very clean & comfortable. Staff very polite & helpful. Continental breakfast was ample, the seating area was small but no problem finding a table. Would definately stay again |

convenient location, comfort room, very clean (they do cleaning everyday and I've got a new towel everyday!), staff is super friendly and helpful. Although the hotel is small, but it's very convenient and I feel so good during a week in London. Very good for solo traveler. Recommend to stay in Room 503, just like your private area. breakfast not that good but okay and crowded. I skipped bf here almost every morning. |

Excellent friendly staff that allowed us to check in earlier than we should have. Clean room and bathroom. Would have no hesitation in staying there again on a similar trip to london. The only slightly negative thing is the rumbling of the trains but as you are right next to Victoria Station its to be expected and it didn't affect our stay in any way! |

The people in the hotel were very polite and helpfull. Also in giving advice about local interesting things and the transportation. We've been there with six people in 2 rooms and it was all OK. The rooms were tidy and neat. the bathroom was a bit small but clean! For people who want to see the city it is an ideal place3 to use as a base. just 100 m to the tube and bus station Victoria. The only minus is at night that you can hear the trains.... but if you are tired after a whole day in town, you won't have this problem.... |

The staff were extremely helpful. For example: They organised for our room to be done as soon as possible as we arrived at 6am in the morning. Didin't realise it was over the railway station so was quite noisy. |

Was really impressed at how close it was to cultural venues. I go to London for classical concerts & plays. Extremely clean. Njoyd takng nice long shower after a whole day out. Reception staff were ever so helpful & friendly. I will definitely be back...hopefully soon. Dining area is a bit too small in my opinion. Had to wait for table to clear up. Noise of trains at night bothered me a bit but the good points about this hotel far outweigh these things. They will not stop me from staying at the hotel again, that's for sure. |

The front desk staff were very very heplfull. They were able to answer any questions i asked. there were three of us staying in the one room which i felt was a little to small. very little room for hanging clothes. |
