best location ever
room was comfortable enough for one night. the bed had some sort of plastic mattress cover which I hate. it was clean
very noisy. The window let in lots of sound from the rail station. The internet just did not work. I am very fed up with hotels advertising free internet and it then not working. I need it for work. basic breakfast but not expensive.
Very clean and comfortable. Checking in and out was efficiently done by pleasant staff.
My basement room was under St. George's Drive which meant there was a lot of noise above during the day.
Efficient cleaning of room
Very tight space in double room
Perfect location, great shower, very clean and friendly staff. We had a three bed room and although a little small for what we paid we couldn't have been happier. Very little noise from the station...cannot fault this place. I'd definitely stay again.
Perfect for what we were after. A good standard room and the chamber maid did a great job in keeping it pristine - it was a pleasure to come back to the room after a busy day
Not much - we weren't looking for much more than a good room.It was a bit small, but this won't stop us using it again
It was clean and everything was there, the bathroom modern but small
The room was much too small for a double
Bed made a greak sound when lying on it. Breakfast was too poor.
Only being given one key
Easy for getting a train, cab or bus without walking miles.
I would advise not to stay at this Hotel if you are wanting a good nights sleep. Located near Victoria Station is good but not hearing the trains rolling past your room until 2 in the morning. Sound proof of room is dreadful and other guests in hotel seem to not care about others. Cleanliness of room is poor. Marks over the wall which could easily be cleaned off. If i would stay in London again i would choose a more expensive hotel just to have some peace and quiet.
Very polite and friendly welcome. We were upgraded from a twin room to a family room without asking. Yes noise from trains but a very convenient position.
Train noise but unavoidable.
Location, price , clean
Extremely small, had to "negotiate" with spouse to move in the room, very small shower.
First "room" was literally under the pavement with a very strong chemical smell. Couldn't sleep. Had to change room in the middle of the night. 2nd night got an OK room.
Clean room and clean bathroom. Although we were right by the train tracks we had a good nights sleep. Breakfast was basic but good, staff watched us while we ate! It was close and convenient to the sites of London for our 2 day stay.
Elevator not working when we arrived, had to carry our own bags up narrow stairs to our room. Bathroom was tiny. Asked for a wake-up call on two mornings, they failed to call us on either mornings.
Location, adjacent to tour and travel facilities, helpful staff, reasonable price.
Small room, but this was expected.
Very close to station excellent location friendly staff
Very clean lovely room
Noise from floor above
Location was excellent, even though adjacent to Victoria it felt very residential. Hotel was very clean with A/C, breakfast was adequate and very good value. Definitely a rebook but only for single or double occupancy
We requested a triple room with occupancy for 3 but felt more like a small double with a single bed set in. The only criticism on a fabulous weekend.
My room was next to the lift which was noisy but add the customers waiting for the lift and their loud voices up to and past 1am did not help a good nights sleep.
You can't sleep because you hear the trains. Also I got bitten (possibly by bed bugs) several times during my 2-night stay in the LG level of this hotel - but the hotel front desk staff accused me of bringing bed bugs into the hotel! Also their breakfast is just so poor (boiled eggs, cereals, bread & jam that's all), better not add to your booking.
Very clean modern decor in room
Could have been a bit bigger room but usual for london
Nice Staff, was booked in sister hotel but was told there was no heating so was sent to this hotel. Room was in basement but had a window, room was clean, shower was very good. Free Wi-Fi was poor. Breakfast was Continental and good.
No bar or food available, would order in a pizza, having said that 5 minutes down the road plenty choice of food in Victoria Station food court
Efficient check-in. Convenient for Victoria and Pimlico. Good selection of pubs and restaurants nearby. Easy walk to the West End.
View of the train tracks Noise of the trains from early AM.
We had such a great stay at the Comfort Inn and it was perfect for what we mewsed! All staff were very friendly and the room was well serviced. Location was the best - walking distance to tube and Central London attractions!!
Location, helpful staff, nice breakfast and comfortable (if small) room
Bed was a little hard for my wife's liking and she would have loved a bath as well as shower after a hard day wandering round London!
