Room was a good size, with a full shower. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. There was a very good continental breakfast included. The location was amazing about a 6 minute walk to Victoria Station. I was on the 4th floor and the lift only went to the 3rd. |

It was close to Victoria Coach station where I had to leave on a trip from. It was also close to the tube station so it made getting around London a bit easier. The room was tiny. There was barely room to move in the bathroom but I expected that from London |

it was close the Victoria Apollo theatre, the room was modern, immaculately clean and the bathroom was lovely especially the power shower. I found the address misleading - Buckingham Palace Road? It took me longer to find the hotel because of this. My room backed onto a railway track which did not trouble me greatly as i was only staying for one night but if i had been staying for a few days i think i would have preferred another room. |

the location and convenience to local ammenities. the staff were also very friendly and helpful. i have stayed in a number of comfort inns in the past and i amlways feel a little dissapointed at the size of the rooms. they never seem to look as good as they do on the internet. also, i appeared to have no signal at all on my mobile whilst in my room and in the communal areas of the hotel. i had to go outside to send text and make calls and neither got through to me till i left the building |

friendly staff and the fact it was so central to everything only problem was a queue for toast at breakfast as toaster was only toasting one side of bread so had to be done twice. On last day of our stay it was replaced by a two slice toaster so the queue was no better |

Close to the Victoria station, walking distance to the Buckingham palace, T.James Park, etc. Very small dinning room, poor breakfast and uncomfortable beds. |

Very convenient for both Victoria Rail and Coach Station. Our room was on the fourth floor and the lifts only went as far as third floor - a struggle with suitcases, Also the room was in the roofspace and there were a lot of parts of the room where it was impossible to stand upright. We think the room's position could present a Health & Safety risk. |
