Simple check in, good value for money basic room Took time to notice I was at the desk, even though I was ringing the little bell provided, but once they noticed, I was dealtwith efficiently.I did ask for a double room, but was actually given a room with 3 single beds! |

Location, very close to the motorway and easy access to Chester city centre. The beds were uncomfortable, WIFI did not work and there was no hotel staff at reception in the morning or past 8pm. |

Peacefull and quiet. Very comfortable beds, everything was there. Did not like the state of the fan in the bathroom, full of dust and cobwebs. Fan had been switched off, so my husband had to reach up and turn it on. There is no separate switch for the fan, only the on/off above the toilet, fitted into the ceiling. Awkward to cross road for food. |

Cheap room Had to pick up key from another hotel across the road. Asked if I needed to bring key back to other hotel - told no. Nowhere to leave key on departure so left in room. Got a phone call later in day asking where key was. |

The location I stayed 2 nights and never met anybody from the Hotel? I had to pick up and drop keys at the nearby Deane Hotel.I was in the coach house annexed at the back. |

Cheap. Warm room. Near Ring Road for easy access. Please write at least 15 words No sound insulation. Staff did not respond to noise complaint. no staff sleeping in hotel at night. Sense of isolation and vulnerability to other noisy drunk? Guests. |

we did not get any sleep as the occupants next door made a huge amount of noise on arriving back to their room, and the reception is not manned throughout the night. to call it a comfort inn was not true as all we wanted to do was come home and get a few hours sleep. very dissapointing!!!!. |

It felt like home, the staff were extra helpful and the price was very reasonable. Internet was included and parking free. Overall, I would strongly recommend this in the budget class and would visit again. The TV was the size of a postage stamp with very limited offerings in the way of stations but not something that would stop me staying again. The shower was very weak and not exactly easy to work - a bit Heath Robinson in fact. It felt like standing out in the rain on a very warm day!! |

The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. Bus stops were close by as well. The hotel was pretty far away from the center of town. Only a 10 minute walk from the train station, but in the opposite direction. That is not advertised for the hotel. It was also extremely warm in the room. The staff could not tell us anything about the town. They knew nothing. |
